After the consultation, I was able to get settled on to a prepared table and had complete focus and attention placed on areas needed. Stephan made sure to alert me that soreness will be common for the week ahead, but that it wasn't anything to worry about. I walked out of there still feeling a bit stiff, and the days following were pretty sore. After about a week (just as he said!), things lifted and I felt 100% better and good as new. This was my first experience and I really appreciated all the care and attention (and even the follow up email!) that was sent to ensure I didn't have any other questions or concerns following the appointment. I hope to not get to that level of stiffness again, but for any needs I have, this will be my go-to place!

It was, hands-down, the best massage I have received in decades. My therapist, Jennifer, was phenomenal. She used the exact right amount of pressure everywhere and checked all the boxes for what I needed. I never once felt uncomfortable; the entire session was a purely serene experience. Beyond the incredible bodywork, the boutique itself is stunning. The decor and atmosphere are fantastic, and they have soothing ocean waves playing in the background that instantly wash away your stress. I was so impressed that I became a member before leaving and plan on stopping by regularly. If you book a session here, do yourself a favor and ask for Jennifer!

It was not worth the drive there.

AMAZING !! The owner…read moreBichelle is a delight to deal with. I called and instead of simply telling me her next available time, she asked me what my schedule was and worked with me to get me in at a time convenient for me and her busy office schedule. Bichelle is a professional and an expert at her craft. She was able to work out some knots in my shoulders that I've had for a long time due to poor desk posture at work and stress. She takes her time going over the questionnaire you filled out at check-in with you, discussing your goals, and learning about your particular muscle and joint pains. I was impressed with how thorough she was. When she was done she explained where she felt knots, tension, and how to best avoid those in the future with specific stretches. She also offered some advice on diet and exercise. She was very polite and kind, not pushy at all. I felt great the next morning and my back and shoulders feel so much better. Thanks Bichelle!! Parking in the area is easy, there are plenty of metered spots on Bloomfield Ave as well as a metered parking lot a block away. Overall highly recommended! A+++++++

I was not able to meet with my regular massage therapist so Bichelle held it down in the meantime! I went in for a myofascial release session, and I walked out feeling very relieved and lighter in body and mind. As a very active individual, and also working in a profession that always has me on my feet, and on the go, I was glad to leave the session feeling the way I did. The massage space was very clean and the lighting created great and comfortable vibes. Bichelle was very professional and extremely knowledgeable at her craft which made me feel at ease when trying out a new therapist. Another plus was the great conversation, asking for feedback as the session went on and being able to handle/maneuver a guy of my size, little over 6,3", 290ish. I will definitely utilize her services again in the future, and I highly recommend anyone that is very particular about their bodywork services to give her the opportunity to increase your wellness.

My masseuse was Jamie. She was so nice, and very attentive to what I needed. She also checked in often about her pressure level and if I was comfortable overall, which was much appreciated. She even gave me tips and suggestions for at home pain management and relief to hold me over until my next session. When Jamie was done, I felt so much better! The pain I had when I first came in was gone. She focused on the problem areas that we spoke about, but still worked on all the usual spots expected in a full body massage. The establishment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful the entire time.
