I wasn't aware that it was mandatory to have to pay an additional amount on top of the fee and Tip that was already paid. I wasn't sure I was allowed to leave if I did not leave atleast 30% tip to satisfy the cashiers demand. This wasn't a call to resolve or fix a situation with a customer, this was more confrontational. She also said I was free to leave at anytime due to the fact that I stated , I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to leave without increasing the tip. I wasn't sure also accused of leaving a false review of my experience and at that point I asked if it was possible to get an email contact for the owner. The last thing this "manager" said before I ended the call was "this is what I mean, I am trying to work with you" as if she was doing me a favor. No thank you. Have a pleasant day.
