Don't hesitate you must try, you wont be disappointed! read more

If you're looking for deep tissue massage without any frills, then this is the spot! Lulu was excellent! She asked about the pressure and happily obliged! I left there after 60 minutes pain free and relaxed. Their prices are reasonable. $60 for 60 min massage. I especially liked that there was a sink in the room where they washed their hands. Very good experience, this is my new go to in the area! read more

Zen offers a good massage at a reasonable price. The massage helped relieve my sore spots. Relaxing too

I have been home on disability for a little over a month. I'm going back to work next week and my doctor suggested that I do some things for myself so I figured why not get a massage.? I googled massage in my area, and it just seemed to me that quite a few other places were more about "Fluff" massages meaning they seemed more of an atmosphere and a higher price. I haven't really had success with those types of places in the past. Yes, of course it's relaxing, but I need some thing for pain management. I saw this place and I knew exactly where it was. I read some of the reviews and figured let me just give it a try. The price was extremely fair for 60 minutes it was $60.. When I arrived, I was a little taken aback because it really could use some updating. It didn't look dirty, but it was very outdated, dark and dingy but I figured like I said, I'm not paying for decorations I'm paying for a massage. . I went into a room and a massage that are person entered. She was amazing. She kept checking on me throughout the massage to make sure that the pressure she was applying wasn't hurting me and when I tell you, her hands worked magic I'm one of those people that is always stressed out and don't really know how to relax but she had me feeling like Jell-O. Her name was Jenny and I will definitely be going back I'm going to try to go once a month. read more

I just had the most amazing experience at Zen Spa! I've struggled with back and leg pain for years and felt all of that tension and pain go away! I couldn't be happier. what an amazing way to start the new year! I'm looking forward to going back soon. read more

I've been coming for massage in this place every month. Easy to make an appointment. Most of the masseuses massage with hard pressure. You have to informed them what kind of pressure do you want and if you have any achines parts of your body. The place is clean. They all very nice. One thing that I like the receptionist when he found out that my shoulder still sore, he gave me acupressure and taught me how to stretched. Without any charged and he didn't ask any tip. read more

This place is fantastic! I came here to see what the hype was all about from my parents (who by the way, come here monthly). The therapists were so nice and very strong. My massage therapist would periodically check in to make sure that the pressure she was using wasn't too much/just enough. I left here feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated. read more

Great massage, you can't get this type of massage at even the most expensive. It's is no frills,, but well worth it.

Mai gave a wonderful massage. Place is clean and ample parking on main road lot. Will be coming back soon.

Great massages for reasonable prices. When you pay for 90 minutes you get the full 99 minutes.

Best massage I've ever gotten! Suzette has very amazing strong hands! I will definitely be retuning again

Everything went well. The service, the staff and the place. It's affordable. They treated me like a queen

My massage was ok but she hurt me. Michael use to be great ! He knew the right pressure and the right spot. Also I feel uncomfortable with how they post that we need to tip 20$ plus if u ask for a hard massage it'll be another extra 20$! read more

They have only one good masseuse Lila, the rest of them change every day. My biggest problem is with the owner, like other people said, when you call they tell you that they close at 10, when you get there little after 8 they are closed. If you get there at 7:30 and want 60 or 90 minutes, they get you in and have 2 girls do half ass massage for 30 or 45 minutes. When I went a week later I complained to the owner and told him that he owes me a discount and a good massage and he said OK, then he gave me a new girl that didn't do a good massage and at the end he charged me a full price and plus they wanted a $20 tip on top. I reminded him about the discount that he promised, he said that it doesn't work this way and demanded the $20 tip. I wanted to leave and they blocked the door demanding the . read more

Great massage place, as others said I was a bit skeptical at first. Two years since my last massage, my muscles were sore and tired. They did a great job at relieving my stress and knots. I highly recommend. Great prices! Very friendly, & comporting staff. Believe there's deals for the holidays. read more

I have to say I was a little skeptical at first when I walked in. I needed a deep tissue massage and was referred to by a friend. I have to say - if you are in need for deep tissue massage and are good with a "causal" environment, look no further. Nothing fancy, but wow they do an amazing job. I love hard/firm pressure, because I think there is nothing worse than a massage without them working out your knots. The masseuse kept checking in to make sure the pressure was okay, which I appreciate. There have been so many times when I get off the table annoyed, and this was not one! One of the things I liked about it here, was they allow walk ins. I called in advance, but sometimes I'm randomly in the mood for a good massage! If you feel the same on a whim, give this place a try. They also have foot massage chairs in the front if you want a quick foot massage. I haven't tried this yet, but it is next on the list! read more

Really great experience. The massage was amazing. I have to say it was the best massage I have had since I moved to the USA. Very reasonably priced and very friendly staff. I will definitely be back. read more

Five stars! Great service and easy to book an appointment on phone. Individual rooms for body massages, curtain for a door but that's not abnormal. read more

These guys know what they are doing. If you want massage from real professionals, definitely should try. I religiously went to Taiji (look at my previous review on them) but now I can stay in town instead of driving 20 mins for a legit massage. read more

Xixi was phenomenal!!!!! Literally felt so good after. My body definitely needed this deep tissue massage

So 2 things to take into consideration before coming here. $10 -$15 Tip is REQUIRED and the oil may cause itchiness. When paying my bill I gave my lady a tip, she then came and told the boss that it was too little. The boss told me I should give at least $10-$15 for her hard work. I completely understand the tipping culture and it would make sense if this was a waiter minimum wage etc. But this is a private business, if they believe that she is working hard then they should pay her appropriately instead of relying on customers to do so. And honestly paying $15 tip wasn't even the problem, I just wished that they advertised their tip requirements and I thought telling a customer that their tip was too small was rude and unprofessional. Also when getting my massage I felt a crazy amount of itching on my back. I thought it was just due to having that area touched but since having the massage my body has been itchy all over which I believe is due to the lotion they use. I could be allergic to some of the ingredients in the lotion. It's been 2 days and I'm still having itchiness. The only reason I gave it a 2 star was because I was greeted upon entering, they offered me water and it was very easy to make a same day appointment (there's probably a reason for that). I won't be returning and I wouldn't recommend going. read more

There should be a 7th STAR for this place. Not only is the staff courteous and nice, they are the absolute best at what they do. My last massage there was nothing short of spiritual. Don't bother telling them what aches, they will find it, and like a heat seeking missile, destroy it ! I've been from here to there in my 50+ years, and my home town favorite is hands down, the BEST deep tissue massage I will ever have. But what do I know? Actually stay away, they're very busy. read more

This place is the BEST! I won't go anywhere else. I just got a message from Jenny and she is absolutely amazing. My neck and shoulders were hurting so bad. They were so tense with so many knots. And in just 30 minutes, she took them out and relieved my pain. They have relaxing music playing in the background, it's small but clean and everyone there is so friendly. And you can't beat the price. I've been to many other chain massage places and this place is so much better by far. I highly recommend it. Go check it out for yourself. read more

I love this place. I have been going to Zen massage for over 2 years now. Now my husband started to go too as good massage always helps him with his shoulder pain. You can tell how strong or light you want it and what hurts. At the end I always feel like "newborn" and I only wish I can have more time to come often. You really feel the difference in your entire body. And I also like their prices. read more

When i first came to the store i wasn't really expecting much because afterall this in Wayne. But the girl (which i forgot her name) had actually surprised me with her hand strength. She looks tiny and small which i thought 'oh it's gonna be a bad one or boney experience..' but it was not at all. She did a wonderful job to take out all my knots. She doesn't speak much English but she was trying the best she can to ask me if I'm cold or hot, is this too hard or soft. So I would def go back again and bring my girlfriends with me. read more

Super nice people. Great service! Very clean place! Their massages were very reasonably priced.

I called Zen Spa to make 2 massage appointments for my husband & I. I asked what time they closed at night & I was told 10pm. I asked if they could accommodate both of us at 8:30 & she said yes. We got there at 8:15 the door was locked but the lights were on. We knocked, called... Nothing. We went to Walgreens & came back at 8:30... Same thing. Needless to say we left at 9:00 & no one was there. I guess they are not interested in doing business. read more

Went back again this past Friday some guy Tony gave me massage. Would not recommend him . He said to me 10 minutes. Then when I went to pay for hour he charged me additional 10 dollars for the 10 minutes. He did not tell me that would be extra. He scammed me. Watch out for him. read more

I went in for a massage at Zen a few weeks back.. and i gotta say it was awesome! Ive been to other places near by like massage envy and another place on hamburg and although I do enjoy the chain sometimes the therapists are just not for me.. But the therapists at Zen really work out your problem areas if you let them know where youre tense or have issues anywhere... The workers there arent that great at english but if youre patient and just talk it through with them you wont regret going.. they have things like salt scrubs for exfoliation and reflexology and just massage... after the session they bring out some cake and fruit with some tea or wine of your choice as a complimentary perk which was awesome! I used this coupon I found online for them it was only $45 bucks an hour!! which is really a steal compared to the other places nearby going at $100/hr great place to go with friends and or loved ones.. after massages you can sit outside on a nice day and enjoy a ice cream from carvel! really great place to try out... read more
