He offers a variety of techniques at very reasonable prices including deep tissue and myofascial release, which I really needed after a recent knee injury. I've had similar treatments done in the past and have been sore afterward for days, but not this time! Today I experienced a little bit of heaven, and his name is Dane. I was visiting NJ for a week and while here I did something to my neck and back. It had to be from my heavy purse. Anyway, I checked Yelp for massages near me. I scrolled down and came across PRoBody. All I knew was that I was in pain and needed someone to work on my neck . So the place is small but very comfortable. I had my choice of music and he used a wonderful collection of oils. Now on my the massage... So he immediately felt what was going on and so he focused on that area. He worked ... and worked.... and worked and worked (like Rihanna) on my knots. What I loved about this massage is that he was firm yet gentle , strong yet tender.. just perfect. I felt like a new woman when he was done. I wish I could visit Dane regularly. So I broke my ankle in three places in addition to dislocating it a couple of months ago...I had to have two surgeries which resulted in me having a metal plate and ten screws. Fast forward to present day I'm back at work (on my feet all day) and was in so much pain (due to my injury, standing, tightness) I was NEEDING some relief. Unfortunately a lot of massage places don't really specialize in therapeutic massage so I had some difficulty even finding someone that felt comfortable taking me on with my injury. Dane however (the owner) was a totally different story. He was super pleasant to talk to, really listened to me as I explained my injury and where I was having pain and checked repeatedly with me throughout the massage to make sure the pressure was good. I saw immediate results after my massage and am already planning to return for follow up visits. The place itself is up two somewhat large flights of stairs but his studio in down a quiet hallway (so no weird unwelcome noises) and the massage rooms are very nice. read more
