The only downside is the traffic noise on the street - but I won't take any stars off for that because it kind of comes with the territory for any business on this street. I always leave feeling refreshed after an hour body massage. It's also affordable compared to many spas I've been to with less professional or trained staff. Also, it's in the perfect location for a self-care day alone or with a loved one. There are sooo many restaurants and boutiques in the area of explore before or after your massage. Even a liquor store next door if you hope to end your night with some wine lol. I would recommend this place to anyone I care for because of its cleanliness, friendly/professional staff, and easiness of booking. FYI - I only went there again after my first time because I made the mistake of getting a "deal" by buying $200 in gift certificates. 1st video - Judy the manager incessantly yelled at me on Sept 12 when there were no customers there, she finally toned down after I started filming this. As my mother tried to get him off of me, I had to witness Judy punching my mom twice and holding her as the owner put me in a chokehold. He finally let up after I was able to get the camera on, but then he took the camera away from me. It's not a full body massage, but they do work on the lower half of your legs, your feet, and briefly your arms and shoulders towards the end. You sit in a comfy reclining chair with a warm blanket over you and heated pads over your eyes and around your neck. It is a community room so you do end up sitting with strangers but every time I went it was with my mom and brother and only once we had to sit with a stranger. It honestly didn't bother me at all. My favorite reflexologist is Shadeed. His pressure is consistent and has great communication throughout the session. If you're like me and like a deep masage, he is excellent for that. At the end of your session they serve you tea and a butterfly cookie which I think is a really nice touch. The place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The only caviat is getting appointments can be tricky so be sure to book in advance to get the time slot and day that you want. Other than that, one of the best places to go for a massage in the area.
