I left there with a bad cold, an allergy attack, a hurting back and a hundred dollars poorer. She did NOT massage the areas that were most sore on my body nor did she stretch out my limbs. I walked out feeling cheated and tbh if I paid on credit card I would've challenged the charge. The masseuse was extremely pleasant and wish her nothing but the best but 3 things: 1) engaging in a convo with client is great and all and it's advisable to focus more on the job at hand. 2) if you're sick, stay home! We had a massage scheduled with them for my cousin's patents on their gift cards but we had a cancellation occur due to a family emergency. They decided to take all of the money on our gift cards and steal it from us. When we call to reschedule or ask why they took all of our money off the gift cards, the manager became quite rude and insulted us, being quite profane. We have complain to their corporate headquarters as well about this behavior. I do not recommend anyone getting a massage from them. So I signed the waivers and added a few services on top of the healing rock treatment I initially wanted.I added Eucalyptus and CBD oil treatments too. Massages are supposed to be silent time to relax and medidate, not venting. I did not know what I received. While the massage was going on there was NO communication to let me know now you are getting the CBD or EUCALYPTUS soooo did I get it or not? On one of the waivers and forms it asked if I wanted to add extra time I said yes and added 30mins more.Did I get it, you asked???NO!! The older man at the desk was not wearing his mask until I walked in next to his associate. They offer a "new client" offer but fail to tell you it's based within their ENTIRE date base. I have been going to Elements for a few years, and have seen a few different therapists over this time. All have been different in there style but but just as great as the next. The studio is clean, modern and still feels new. They have never tried to sell me a product or upsell a service which I honestly didn't need. I appreciate this as much as the massage. The customer service from all of the staff is good, however it is really nice to have owner/managers that are easily accessible when an issue did arise. Been comming here for the last couple years and finally got around to make a review. The place is very clean and professional. The front desk is attentive and I get text message reminder a few days before my appointment so I don't miss it. I have been getting a massage from Souzan and she is very, very good. So good that I recommend my family to see her and they all feel the same. She is attentive to what you say and what you like to have covered during the session. She can find areas you didn't even know was giving you problems. During the session you can physically feel the tight muscles soften as she works on them and she checks with you to see if her pressure is too strong or not. Jackie, If you need to apologize for something, you should apologize for blindly and defensively siding with your staff and dismissing a clients feedback. First of all you weren't there to witness what happened. Second, if you have a camera at your Spa you can check "your facts" straight! I wasn't 5 minutes late so for that reason I wasn't told that my service will be cut short. I also received no apologies whatsoever neither from the desk staff nor from the therapist for the long wait. Furthermore, you can also check for the "professional" desk associate who wears her sunglasses on her head while talking to clients who according to you "happened to just step in". Also you can probably educate your "experienced and certified prenatal therapist Jess" on what does round ligament pain means! What a shame! You clearly are desperate for good reviews. It wouldn't happen if you continue to blindly support inappropriate behavior and poor customer service. Instead of lowering my standards and going to your Spa or any of its different locations, I would rather save my money for a better Spa with professional owners who value their clients feedback. I've been coming to Elements massage for years now. I skipped around therapists at first but now I stick to Robert. His schedule is almost always filled up if you don't book weeks in advance and I think that speaks for itself. I ask for a deep tissue massage every time and every time he delivers! He is so consistent and I've never been disappointed. He taught me how to breathe properly during my massage and now I am so relaxed during my massages I could fall asleep. In my element at Elements! Wish I came here sooner. I always see it when I go to Orange Theory Fitness so I decided to come here with my mom and we absolutely loved it! Always call to make an appointment no matter where you go. If you've never been before, a 60 minutes massage is $69, when it's normally $109. They clearly state that it's a 50 minutes hands on massage, leaving the 10 minutes to change in and out of your clothes and get yourself prepped. You can control how loud/low you want your music in the room. My masseuse Michelle was amazing. My mom had the masseuse Liz and said she was great as well. Super friendly and made sure the pressure was just right. They don't make you feel bad if you want them to go softer/harder on certain areas of your body. When you're all done with the massage, they give you a full sized water bottle (how nice!). They also leave gratuity envelopes inside the room for you to leave your tip so be prepared to bring cash. I also like that in the form that you fill out they give you the option of getting your face, glutes, and feet massaged. I personally don't like my face being touched so instead of awkwardly telling the masseuse mid-massage, they would've already seen it on the form. Elements is all about your relaxation and comfort level. The staff is so nice. They also offer monthly rates! It's $69 per monthly massage and if you don't use it that month, it rolls over. They have special offers for teachers, too. I'm highly considering in signing up for that package. 5 stars all around! read more

I had a 90 min massage today and even though it was good it wasn't the best I had. And the other thing it kind of bothered me is that she finished 10 min before the time. I won't be coming back and won't recommend this place. This was my first trip to elements massage in totowa & it was amazing! Suzanne (Souzan?) was my massage therapist and she was absolutely fantastic. She knew where all of my "knots" were and knew exactly how to relieve me of the pain. I immediately wanted to schedule my dad an appointment with her and the front desk was very quick to help me do that! The establishment was very clean and it was nice that they gave us a complimentary bottle of water to rehydrate after our massages! Also, I know a lot of places are pushy when it comes to getting you to sign up for their membership. I had deep tissue massage,it was ok just be aware you are not getting what you paid for however therapist Gisele was amazing but can't say the same thing with front door reception desk. So I decided to give this place another try and I am glad I did. I spoke to the owner about my previous experience and how upset I was. She was very apologetic and assured me I would have a better experience since they have changed some personal. I figured it was worth a shot. I made an appt with Christina who specialized in deep tissue. Before the massage, she asked me my trouble areas and exactly what areas I wanted to be worked on which I liked. Her massage was very deep and asked me a few times during it how the pressure was. When she was done, my back was on fire, so I knew right away she worked my knots pretty good. Also, the new monthly plan is much better than when they first opened. Basically its $59 a month (for first 3 months, then goes to $69) and your entitled to one massage with this price and if you want another during the same month, you pay that price. You can also allow a significant other to use your monthly massage if you want as well. The best part is that they do roll-over if you dont use them and there is no long term contract. You can cancel with 30 days notice. I am going to keep trying this place and will update if anything changes, but for now, I am sold! read more

The massages are ok, but they have a turnover in massage therapists, so as soon as you get one that you like, she leaves. Anyway, don't get the membership plan. While you save a few bucks, they turn nasty when you try to cancel. They will not accept a cancellation on anything other than their particular form, will not allow a fax or email. They require it to be dropped off in person. So pay the higher fee and go when you want to without the headaches of a membership. read more
