I have noticed a huge difference in my skin's health, elasticity, hydration, and youthfulness since my first facial at Harmony. After my first appointment, Kelly emailed with me about my skin care products and what was best for a longtime and healthy skin routine. At my second appointment, Christine gave me a sample toner to use at home and told me about the products that would support my skin's optimal health. Everyone is always so nice! The environment is soothing and peaceful! I will never get a facial anywhere but Harmony.

The places I normally go to could not accommodate us at the time we needed so I found this place. They barely spoke English which is fine but was very difficult to determine what we needed to do. My therapist spent more time leaving the room to heat up stuff and use a microwave than I feel like she did to actually massage me. The entire massage was to my back only (laying face down). I appreciate getting my face and front of my body massaged as well. Overall it was fine but there are much better places to go. I would not go back.

My physical therapist recommends that I get a massage once a month to help with circulation and ease tension. I am so glad that I found Regina, she really knows everything about the body, your muscles and pressure points. Each session is better than the next. When I enter her studio, there is positive energy and all my worries fade away. What I love is that each session she will focus on my more tense areas as well as provide a full body relaxing experience, coupled with soothing music and essential oils. It's not a full body massage, but they do work on the lower half of your legs, your feet, and briefly your arms and shoulders towards the end. You sit in a comfy reclining chair with a warm blanket over you and heated pads over your eyes and around your neck. It is a community room so you do end up sitting with strangers but every time I went it was with my mom and brother and only once we had to sit with a stranger. It honestly didn't bother me at all. My favorite reflexologist is Shadeed. His pressure is consistent and has great communication throughout the session. If you're like me and like a deep masage, he is excellent for that. At the end of your session they serve you tea and a butterfly cookie which I think is a really nice touch. The place is clean and has a very relaxing atmosphere. The only caviat is getting appointments can be tricky so be sure to book in advance to get the time slot and day that you want. Other than that, one of the best places to go for a massage in the area.

The therapist didn't speak any English so with this language barrier, she did whatever she wanted and I just had to make the best of it. The massage tables were uncomfortable and the sheets and towels were old rough on my bare skin. The amount advertised for the 90 min or 120 min treatment is totally different from what you will be charged on your way out. I find it distasteful and rude to demand a tip greater than 18%. At one point I felt uneasy and disrespected after paying for the treatment in full and leaving a tip greater than 18%. I wasn't aware that it was mandatory to have to pay an additional amount on top of the fee and Tip that was already paid. I wasn't sure I was allowed to leave if I did not leave atleast 30% tip to satisfy the cashiers demand. Not sure if this is a regular practice, however I won't subject myself to this embarrassment and uneasy feeling of disrespect. 06-04-2026 - @approx. 1pm est I received a call from someone named Sophia, saying they are "the manager" . The first red flag was I was text thru an automated system from the business then I was called from someone calling from a Pakistan phone number +92 99 239080. Conversation started pleasant and immediately went left once I began to explain my issue with the service & treatment I received while patronizing this establishment. It almost seemed like a rehearsed script used for all complaints and issues. First I was told that "maybe there was a language barrier , that was misunderstood. 2nd she immediately informed me that she saw my review and began contesting "my experience at this spa". 3rd she then told me that she "reviewed camera footage" , and this is what didn't sit well with me. This wasn't a call to resolve or fix a situation with a customer, this was more confrontational. She also said I was free to leave at anytime due to the fact that I stated , I wasn't sure if I would be allowed to leave without increasing the tip. I wasn't sure also accused of leaving a false review of my experience and at that point I asked if it was possible to get an email contact for the owner. The last thing this "manager" said before I ended the call was "this is what I mean, I am trying to work with you" as if she was doing me a favor. No thank you. Have a pleasant day.
