I had a good first time experience here. I made an appointment a few days ago and when I arrived, right away I ushered to the massage room. The masseuse took her time and targeted all of my pressure points. From head to toe, it was one of best massages I've had. She incorporated hot stones. Though I am not crazy about it, she only used it on certain parts of my back. She maneuvered the stones for about five minutes. I didn't give them five stars, because I can hear another patron in the next room and I can hear banter amongst the staff. A bit disturbing. He's strong and is knowledgeable about muscles throughout the body and can pinpoint your problem areas and work them out really well. I always leave here feeling so much better physically then I did when I walked in. I've easily had more than a dozen massages here at this point and I can't recommend Michael more! Just know that it's a typical massage parlor so you should have that in mind that it's not a day spa environment. That said, I've never found it to be noisy. I've been so relaxed I've fallen asleep during my sessions more times than I can count! I've also gotten a facial here with dermaplaning ($100) and my skin looked and felt so much better afterward. I have never written a review in my life, good or bad but this was so awful I felt like I had to. If I could put negative stars I would. When I got there she started to put the eye pads on and was having difficulty and my eyes started to involuntarily blink and she mentioned how sensitive my eyes were. Well no, my eyes aren't normally sensitive but when you poke around at them and keep taping and retaping them then yes, they're going to be sensitive. But that wasn't even the issue, I've gotten my eyelashes done more than 50 times before and I understand sometimes the eye pad goes on easier than others. It was when she started to do my eye lashes that began to worry me. She went on to tell me how long my natural eyelashes are and that I have so many but it wasn't a compliment, you could hear the worry in her voice. More than several times lash technicians have asked me if they could take pictures of my lashes for their instagram because I have so many lashes and the outcome looks so full and glamorous. She continues to do my lashes and is pulling at them, pinching my eyelids and I can feel her pushing the tool down every time she leaned over to get a new lash and not paying attention to what she was doing with my eye. As she continued to do my lashes she told me next time I should just put mascara on because I have too many lashes to start and that she hopes she finishes by 1pm....she started at 11am. Normally when I get my eyelashes done, it takes an hour, an extra 5-10 minutes if I'm getting them super flared or something for a function. Every time and I mean every time, I've ever gotten my lashes done I'd actually fall asleep because it's soothing and relaxing except this time I had her tools digging into my eye with one hand and her arm leaning on my head as she leaned over to get each lash. When she "finished" the right eye, she asked me to open my eye because she needed to see something. Well she hadn't put a fan or anything on it yet so when I opened it, it burned immensely and started to tear. I asked for the fan to hold on it and she began to take the eye pad off, for what reason I have no idea. She then begins the other eye and is doing the same thing as far as hurting me. I have never had a worse eyelash experience in my life. This was completely awful. She kept telling me the tools weren't working because they were sticking together and I felt her ripping eyelashes off the top of my eyelid because they kept getting stuck. When she finally finished, I got up to look in the mirror and there was glue everywhere in addition to the fact that I can feel them on my eyelid. My eyelids feel like they're being pulled and feel crunchy. It actually hurts to close my eyes because she put so much glue. I went to talk to the person who owns the place and she don't even know what to say to me. She was not helpful and she kept trying to take care or other people who kept walking in who happened to be all men getting a massage. She kept answering the phone and telling me to wait. At one point I told her could she just ring me up so I could leave and she had the nerve to tell me to be quiet that she had other clients. This is the absolute worst place to get your eyelashes done. I could even deal with a snotty or nasty customer service as long as my lashes came out nice but they are honestly terrible and hurt. This is my first and last time ever coming here and I'm just happy it wasn't the first time I ever got lashes done because I would never get them done again based off this experience. My hesitancy in visiting a spa during a pandemic was quashed when they took my temperature immediately, asked me to use hand sanitizer, and had me read and complete paperwork stating that I don't have symptoms or been around anyone who is sick. Had my eyelashes done there and they are horrible. The lashes lay in all different directions making it look so bad, lashes hanging down near my eye because they were not put on properly and consistently bothering me, and not evenly spread out. I went back to try to have them fix it because I was so upset and they had no clue what I was talking about and they kept telling me they look beautiful. They are very hard and short lashes. DO NOT USE THIS SPA - your personal property can not be considered safe here. They stole my sister's phone during what started out as a joint massage. We had to get the police involved, and the phone was miraculously found the next morning. They get one star because zero stars is not an option. In addition to all of that, the masseuses were speaking to each other in Korean the entire time we were in the same room, and my 60 minute hot stone massage was only about 10 of 55 minutes, which she had to come in and out of the room several times, so my massage was continually interrupted. They switched places 10 minutes in, and the owner (who completed my massage) had the phone for the facility in the room with me and was taking phone calls during my massage. She also tried to sell me other services while I was on the table. The robes they keep in the rooms are reused between clients (I have no idea if they wash them daily, or if ever), and slip on sandals that probably aren't ever cleaned or otherwise sanitized. I didn't see any kind of sanitizing materials or machines (they also give pedicures on seats in the lobby, and I don't know if they clean the tools properly), other than a "disposable" cover for the table. All in all, this was a horrible experience, and I HIGHLY recommend finding ANYWHERE ELSE to get a massage. read more

I had my first hour massage here last week and found it a very pleasant experience! The staff was friendly and welcoming. I was escorted into the massage room, was given instructions on how to get ready for my massage and introduced to the lovely woman who would be giving the massage. The massage was wonderful, most importantly, she asked several times if the pressure was ok. I've hand hundreds of massages and hate when the person doesn't ask and I have to tell them! Had a massage Groupon as a gift for Mother's Day. The place seemed clean, the reception was nice, and my massage was a 5star rating. The reason I'm giving it a 3 is that, while my massage was good, the guy in the room next to mine got what seemed to be an "orgasmic" one. So firstly I bought a groupon for a facial for this place and didn't realize until after the fact I only received a couple dollar discount. Whatever. They were able to take me the same day I called around the time I requested, great! When I got there I saw the owner/managed. Now I'll be honest this is only my second facial. Once undressed and robed and on the table, she came in. I realized the walls separating the room from the lobby did not go up to the ceiling and she continuously talked to the other women in Korean... not relaxing. Next, she reprimanded me for buying a Groupon... what?! She complained to me about how Groupon does not give her all the money. And that is true, I worked for a company who offered groupons and Groupon is more of an advertising gimmick fo get customers in than it is for actual productivity. She told me next time to call her and she will give me the same price... okay fair enough but there's no need to have this conversation during my facial or making me feel bad for using Groupon. So the facial I think was good. But she also told me how horrible my skin was continuously (seriously, why do you think I'm getting a facial?). Then she offered to use "the machine" on me for an extra $20? I think it may have been microdermabrasion based off the sensation? I didn't see anywhere that this was an additional service they offered so I think she took advantage of me there. Then she tried to sell me these cheap looking products over and over again after I told her many times I was not interested and I have good face products from my doctor I just fell off my routine hence my break outs. So the only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because my skin did definitely improve over the next week or two after. She had a good technique for the extractions so I wasn't in horrible pain. They also were able to take me the same day and their price without the Groupon is still very good. My mother and I have been getting our eyelashes done here monthly for the last 6 months and I have never, ever been disappointed. The price is cheaper than I've found anywhere else (by literally half or more depending on what you have done - and I've been to my fair share of eyelash places). They do everything possible to make you comfy and are just so incredibly nice that it makes you happy to give them your business. I wish more places were like this! THEY TRIED TO STEAL MY PHONE AND DON'T WASH THE ROBES BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. I wish I could give them 0 stars. So my sister and I went for a relaxing massage but what was supposed to be a 1 hour spa treat became a 5 hour nightmare. Here are the reasons why they get 0 stars: -They stole my phone while I was there and didn't return it until the police were called, looked through cameras, and had a detective question them. Then they "found it" THE NEXT DAY where I had already looked and would have heard it ring when we called it to find it. (full story below if you would like details why you should NEVER go here). - When my sister and I were in the same room, the two women kept talking to each other in Korean which was NOT relaxing. It made me feel like they were talking about us. -Their "hot stone massage" was only 10 minutes of hot stones, and 45 minutes of regular massage which is not what was advertised. - THEY REUSE THE ROBES BETWEEN CUSTOMERS. I used one of their robes and then when I went searching for my phone, we found the robe hanging back up like it was fresh and clean. Disgusting. - The owner was taking phone calls while my sister was getting her massage. -The rooms didn't even have full walls so you could hear everything between the rooms. Every time the door opened, when the phone would ring, everyone talking, sounds from the highway ( no noise cancelling devices), etc. So this is what happened with my phone: (Who knew you couldn't trust employees at a spa?!) I left my phone on the cabinet in the room my sister and I were in(I know I should have put it somewhere like a bag, but why would I think something would happen in a closed room with only my sister and employees in it?!) When they asked if I wanted to switch rooms for the walking massage I was more than happy to do so because the two women were speaking in Korean to each other the entire time and it was not relaxing AT ALL.But when I came back to the room where I left my phone, (not thinking an employee would steal a phone), it was gone. We called it 10 times and it was on vibrate, so if it was in one of the rooms I would have heard it. But we didn't. Finally after them not giving up the phone we called the police and had them watch the cameras. The owner pretended not to know how to work the cameras which is why it took an extra 4 hours.... finally we went home after filing a police report. In the morning they miraculously found it behind the shelves where they keep their towels. I looked behind the shelves, through the towels, and tore apart the room looking for it. Never took the phone into the room they said it was in. And my phone was on vibrate so I would have heard it buzz if it had actually been in that room. Worst massage ever! Not trying to be mean or overly negative but the facts are the facts - this place is neat and clean and smells pleasant but that is the extent of the good things I can say. The place is right on the highway so it is loud and not relaxing at all. The massage was more like a horrendous trip to a chiropractor. My boyfriend and I had a couples massage this week and both massage therapists continued to massage our spines and bones no matter how many times we asked them to stop. What happened to massaging your muscles? This place doesn't do it. My boyfriend's massage therapist must have told him 100 times "you're too tight" (no kidding - that's why we were there) and even left mid-massage to go answer the phone. My massage therapist climbed on top of me to massage my spine over and over even though I asked her to stop. With half the massage left to go, we were both ready to stop the massage and leave. We were relieved when it was finally over. To top things off, strangely, both massage therapists and one other person stood at the door and watched us leave - bizarre. Never going back! read more

While the massage itself was good, the rest of the details about the place can't be overlooked. First, it is absolutely freezing in the salon. Yes, it was a cold day, but still unacceptable. I have had numerous massages all over the place (US and abroad) and I never had an experience where I was led into a room, the door was closed behind me, and the masseuse said nothing - gave no directions. I knew how to prepare, but not because she gave me instructions. Next, She came back into the room to get started and within minutes the phone started ringing and she took the calls - right in the room - then she would open the door and go into the lobby to check the book and take appointment information. Not once but four times during the massage. She claimed they were short handed due to someone calling out sick - again, unacceptable. When another customer arrived, she again left to greet them - opening the door, Letting very very cold air in. Overall, yes it was inexpensive, but as with most things you get what you pay for. Came upon this place through a Groupon. What a find! The service was excellent. The massage was very thorough and relaxing. When I first got on the table, to my surprise, I found it was heated! What a treat. They put my husband and I in a couples room, which was nice. The massuse was friendly, asking if everything was ok, or if they were hurting us or wanted something different.
