If I wanted to be treated with contempt by a place I give my money to, I'd skip the spa and book me a water boarding. Why do businesses still think it's ok to have rude people in customer service positions?! It's 2026. And no, I don't want a performative, canned response. The spa itself is small, but very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They also carry a nice selection of authentic Shiseido skincare products from Japan, which is a huge plus if you're looking to continue your skincare routine at home with high-quality products. My facial was with Zoey, and she was absolutely fantastic--attentive, kind, and very knowledgeable about both skincare and the products she was using. She explained each step of the process and tailored the treatment to my skin's needs, which I really appreciated. On top of all that, their prices are very reasonable, especially given the level of service and quality of products they use. Overall, I highly recommend Shiseido Beauty Couture Spa if you're looking for a professional yet affordable facial experience. Buy the package if you get facials like me monthly. It absolutely makes the most sense and cheapest way. I believe in taking care of the person that takes care of your face, so don't forget to tip your aesthetician! *Ask for Zoey
