It was, hands-down, the best massage I have received in decades. My therapist, Jennifer, was phenomenal. She used the exact right amount of pressure everywhere and checked all the boxes for what I needed. I never once felt uncomfortable; the entire session was a purely serene experience. Beyond the incredible bodywork, the boutique itself is stunning. The decor and atmosphere are fantastic, and they have soothing ocean waves playing in the background that instantly wash away your stress. I was so impressed that I became a member before leaving and plan on stopping by regularly. If you book a session here, do yourself a favor and ask for Jennifer!

First time there and will NOT be returning…read more Was only able to book a 50 mins deep tissue massage (that was the only option but I'm happy because wtf). This 50 mins included cupping. Everything including tip came out to 175. Absolutely overpriced. Massage was mediocre. So much so that I had to go to another massage place shortly thereafter (check out my reviews). Wouldn't return. It was not worth the drive there.

I discovered Bichelle and The It Girl Massage Therapy business after doing some Google searches and…read morereading the reviews and also reading the reviews via yelp. I was not able to meet with my regular massage therapist so Bichelle held it down in the meantime! I went in for a myofascial release session, and I walked out feeling very relieved and lighter in body and mind. As a very active individual, and also working in a profession that always has me on my feet, and on the go, I was glad to leave the session feeling the way I did. The massage space was very clean and the lighting created great and comfortable vibes. Bichelle was very professional and extremely knowledgeable at her craft which made me feel at ease when trying out a new therapist. Another plus was the great conversation, asking for feedback as the session went on and being able to handle/maneuver a guy of my size, little over 6,3", 290ish. I will definitely utilize her services again in the future, and I highly recommend anyone that is very particular about their bodywork services to give her the opportunity to increase your wellness.

I was referred to Montclair Massage Therapy and Wellness by my Chiropractor. I soon realized that therapeutic massage was essential to my healing and wellbeing. That was 5 years ago. During that time, I regularly had therapeutic massages, and thus my back has since stabilized and improved despite the damage and advancing arthritis. Almost as importantly therapeutic massage has become necessary to recover from overdone weekend activities and unavoidable aging. The facility is immaculate and comfortable and there is ample parking. I strongly recommend Montclair Massage Therapy and Wellness. Terry and Bianca are terrific. My experience has been excellent.

My masseuse was Jamie. She was so nice, and very attentive to what I needed. She asked if there were any specific pain points that she should be aware of, and if there were issues that I wanted her to address. She also checked in often about her pressure level and if I was comfortable overall, which was much appreciated. She even gave me tips and suggestions for at home pain management and relief to hold me over until my next session. When Jamie was done, I felt so much better! The pain I had when I first came in was gone. She focused on the problem areas that we spoke about, but still worked on all the usual spots expected in a full body massage. The establishment itself was very clean, nicely decorated and had a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful the entire time. They made my self care day a wonderful one, and I decided to become a member so that I can do this once a month!
