This salon is absolutely filthy. I changed where I normally go to see what other salons were offering and I deeply regret it. My nails turned out so bad I'm embarrassed. The guy who was doing my nails used old dirty tools and kept them in a drawer. A drawer in the time of COVID? What the heck????? This salon doesn't even do temperature checks or has a customer fill out a contact tracing form. Another thing that I firmly affected my service was when I admitted I go to school for aesthetics. As soon as I said that, the guy doing on my nails changed his attitude towards me and that result in my nails being covered in gel polish so roughly, they look like my skin is pigmented and they are all shaped in different directions. The amount of laws broken in the salon is so high, I lost count after ten. Do not go there unless you want to subject yourself to service like that. read more

I was referred to Ocean Nails by two good friends. Their prices are competitive and they truly know what they're doing. I didn't realize how crappy my last nail salon was doing. They are the go-to for designs as well. Gel Pedi lasts 1 mo+ and is only $40. I get dip powder tips and its also $40 a fill. Great staff too. read more

I came here for the first time in years, yesterday. I had the pleasure of having Cindy take care of me. She was very sweet, gentle and talkative. She did a good job on my nails. Everything was great but I left a little annoyed because when I was prompted to pick a color for my gel mani, i picked a color and was not told there was a $5 upcharge until it was time for me to pay. I find it to be sneaky & unprofessional. another nail tech sensed my frustration, and immediately told the woman in her chair "hey honey, this is going to be $5 extra because it's a color gel, is that ok?" it's all about respect! i will be back, to give them another chance because she was sweet and did a good job! read more

I now take my daughter here for her nails every time. We love them - they do an amazing job and can do almost any request on her tips. They are very friendly and reasonably priced. Walk in for a pedicure and a gel refill. I waited over an hour to get a refill. Well, they don't clean their tools at all. They use some old dirty nail clipper, and the water is cloudy. Their brushes are dirty and brown looking. The staff are eating, on their phones, or watching tv. The owner Connie great person but her work doesn't look nothing like the pictures posted. The bathroom is dirty and they don't clean at all. Over priced for the service and how dirty the place. So disappointed. Paid over $65 for a half ass pedicure and a crappy refill. read more

Came to Ocean Nails today for the 1st time because my usual tech at Funky Nails was booked. I must say I really enjoyed the lady who did my nails, she did an awesome job. She took her time, and offered to wax my brows which I accepted and was happy with even though I usually thread. However, I hated the way the one girl did my toes, she was extremely insecure and mad me feel uneasy, which I hate because we go there to relax. As for the actual salon, was disappointed... it's called Ocean Nails and I expected different. read more

I went here last week to get a fill and literally the following day my pinkie nail tip came off - bad job fixing. So I went to get the nail fixed and while I was there, I guess the lady fixing my nail got impatient while i was looking for the right color out of their 5 rings worth of colors and she actually slapped my arm and told me to sit back down. I finally found my color on a ring on the couch, away from the others and finished getting it fixed (which she messed up as well) . At the end, she told me it was $5 so I paid that and left (I already tipped her the first time). The next day, two more nails cracked off. Not going there anymore. read more

Just got my nails done here yesterday my Appintoment was at 1 I was there almost till 230 afternoon. Two different people did my nails first the gentlemen took care of me I wanted certain style , he screwed up and took all off , I sat and waited for different person to do my nails I had choose different style.... still charge over priced for almost full new set. Not to mention my nails have bubbles spots on it . Looks trouble. Never recommend coming here read more

Not even worth one star! I went to Oceans nails for the first time to use the gift certificate that my son got me for my birthday. I thought I would bring my friend with me. We where told that we would have to wait. So we sat and sat, waited and waited. Two manicures and two pedicures. The manager just sat there at his station talking on the phone. In walks a woman without an appointment. He sits her down and starts doing her manicure! When asked he said "your getting pedicures, I don't do pedicures!" Of course but we are getting manicures also. He could have started one of us. Up and out. I will not go back. The management is awful! read more

Usually not very busy, which I like. Very cheap, and you do get what you paid for, but honestly, I got tips done for $25 and they lasted for three weeks without one chip! So I'm happy enough with the results. There's no massages or any of that, so don't expect it. read more

I called earlier in the day and asked 2 things: how much for gels? can I make an appointment? the answers: $20 and no. $20 for gels? I'll take my chances with wait time. I got there around 5 on a weekday and there was no wait. The place itself is not much for atmosphere, but again, $20 for gels, amirite? Service was quick, entertaining, but in terms of quality, my fingertips got a decent amount of gel and my nails are thicker than I'm used to. Which again, $20....when it came time to pay, it was actually $24 - not sure if that's because I got a different ring finger color or not, but my nails look nice. We'll see how long they last because, even at $24, I'd still come back. read more

I just recently went to this nail salon on this past Saturday with permanent French gels on my nails and have been doing nails for over 15 years. I have recently moved to the area and have been in search for a new place. I go religiously every other week. I have heard about this place through my teenager's friends that they are good, so I figured I'd give it a try. I called and the girl on the phone said that they dont take appointments, that you just have to come and take your chances. She said they get very busy on weekends, so come early. So I gave it a try. Needless to say, there was a good 8 women waiting. I got taken by a fast talking man who cursed and smoked alot. He insisted that i did powder and glue rather than my gels so he could fix the shape of my nails. i agreed. Strange thing was after the powder he put a finishing coat of clear gel nail polishing promising me it wouldnt chip or peel.... Long story short - here we are3 days later - they are all peeling, i have no more shine on any, they are lifting, and the white is chipping...crap job. DON'T BOTHER GOING! UPDATE: I went back yesterday Tuesday (they were originally done on Saturday) argued with the man there at when i had originally came in. showed him that all the nails had peeled and were lifting. he told me that bad manicure was due to my nails and that i don't react well to powder and that i was very picky. i would be better off staying with gels. I insisted that they filed them down and put on a layer of clear gel. He and I continued to bicker about the process he used, etc. Very unprofessional Bad job, worst manicure I've ever had read more

I'm happy with what was done which was a full set of acrylics with gel top coat. She suggested a french with the pink powder instead of white and they came out beautiful, and she was very gentle with the drill which I appreciated. I also liked that she used an emery board the majority of the time. I was given a price of $45 which I think is a bargain. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name but her station is right as you walk into the salon, in the front. As of right now, I am a customer. read more
