Highly recommend T&T nails! This was my second time and this will become my go to nail salon. The first time I went I had a great pedicure and knew I'd be back. I got this style exactly as I asked for and love the way they came out! I think they have some of the best prices out there at $35 for a gel manicure on my natural nails. The place is so clean and the staff is very friendly, helpful in picking colors and ensured I liked the results. I almost gave up on getting nails done until I found Tracey!!! She is amazing and friendly! My nails were always lifting and I got a full 3wks with no lift just natural growth before my next fill. My nails also don't look like they were a fill as she cleans them out super well, looks like I had a brand new set. I love simple designs and she has nailed it making them look simple but stunning! I wish it was possible to give more than five stars. I have been going to T&T nails since I was 15 and I refuse to ever let another nail salon be my #1. Being 8 hours away at school was so difficult because I had to choose between a sub-par nail salon or patiently wait until a holiday break so I could go back home and see them. Tai and Tracy are fabulous. I have legitimately NEVER left unhappy with my nails. Since I was in high school, I have brought them images of wacky nail designs for my shellac gel manicures, and they always do it perfectly. Everyone here is very friendly. This is my go to spot if i need to get my nails done. I've been going there since i was 14 and i have never really had anything to complain about,except for recently. I have recently gone in to get a gel manicure and each time my nail immediately breaks without out me even doing anything strenuous. I went in the first to time and they fixed it for free which thank god because it just broke again. I'm looking for a new nail place just to see if it is them or my nails. I love getting gel manicures here. I've shopped around and been to several nail salons in the surrounding area and the quality was never consistent. But here my nails always look great, making an appt actually makes a difference, and they're very friendly. They should definitely take off walk ins welcome from here. I walked in at 9:30 am and she told me they had no time for me since they were booked. Wasn't even professional enough to book an appt, offer a card or a number to call to book an appointment (they were all sitting around talking btw no one was there) As someone who works in management, I feel like there should've been a nicer approach, then embarrassing me by pointing at your schedule to show me how many appt you have... and sarcastically saying your too busy for me. T&T is by far one of the cleanest, most professional nail salons in Roxbury. I have read some not so nice reviews. My only conclusion is, THEY ARE OTHER SALONS!. Reviews are true. I stopped giving my business to them because Tracy is so rude. She spends all her time on her cellphone while she's doing your nails. Two times in a row she yelled at me because I made an appointment with her, was not taken at the time of the appointment, another girl who I knew did a good job and was fast, WAS available so I said I'm just going to have her do my nails if you are that busy. She got very nasty and said then don't make an appointment with me! And I said then take me at my appointment time!! That was it, done, stopped going and not giving them my business. read more

Tracy..one of the owners and the first "T" of T & T in my opinion...lol...is outstanding ! Been going here for about 8 years....place is very clean and sanitized. I had surgery back in early Aug...could not get there until mid Sept as I could not walk or sit...well...today is Nov 12 and I will be going there by tomorrow.I do not have ONE CHIP on my 10 gel nails ! Not one...Yes- grown out a bit...but no chips ! She does outstanding work and prices are super reasonable. I HIGHLY recommend this business ! and truly I would not do this if not sincere... I stopped here today 5-6-16 to get my Mom a manicure-pedicure for her Mother's Day gift. I walked in the door and just started to ask about the manicure-pedicure and the moment the woman saw I was a man she immediately said to me "you man" we have no time for you. Now mind you,this was for my Mom,who is wheelchair bound,and my Mom was in the car while I walked in to inquire for her. The staff is extremely rude. They can barely stumble through a conversation because their English is so poor. My nails were uneven, not shaped properly and within two days the acrylic/polish had chipped off. When I went back to have them fixed I had to argue with the owner and he made it the most unpleasant experience when he was in the wrong. I will never go back and I suggest you STAY AWAY! read more
