We got regular French manicures (no tips/fake nails) and they came off. I've never seen anything like it. They ask you to write a 5 star review while you're getting your nails done. They put a sign with a QR code up to you while sitting there & they watch you write the review to ensure it's 5 stars. Thank God Google wasn't working & I was able to go on Yelp and write a review later. Also, extremely unsanitary. Instruments re-used before being cleaned. I just about walked out. read more

Sadly my last time here. Manager Joy couldn't be nicer. Pictures of messy paint job and gross toe speak for themselves. I unexpectedly was charged an extra $20 for callus removal after I simply asked the tech to use the pumice more thoroughly. Mimi did my nails and they came out amazing!!! I will be back. They are also open on Sundays which is convenient and they don't up charge on credit cards. read more

This nails salon is poorly run and they don't respect appointments. I waited until noon to be taken for an 11:30 appointment and was never acknowledged after they told me it would be a few minutes. I decided to give this salon a second chance, which was a bad idea. I went in for a mani/pedi. The manicure was OK. The pedicure was the worst. One woman started on me then passed me off to another. The girl clearly did not want to be working. She kept whispering to the girl next to her and did not pay any attention to what she was doing. Joy (a manager) was extremely rude and when I expressed how it was only a week continued to talk over me and was very rude. Almost was yelling and would not listen. They do NOT honor appointments. I made an appointment for 3 pm on Wed. 7/10. I was made to wait for 45 MINUTES ! Then when I complained, they set me up on the pedicure chair and made me wait for another 10 MINUTES. That's a total of 55 minutes waiting time. When the receptionist, Lisa, finally came to do my pedi and I complained "What's the point of making an appointment if you're made to wait 55 minutes?" - she loudly and rudely shushed me with "Nah, nah, nah, no more talking please!" What kind of service is this??? My husband asked me why I didn't walk away and leave. I would have, except that she had started clipping my nails - and by the way, she accidentally clipped my skin because she was looking away and talking to someone else . Ugh. I absolutely love this place! It's my go to Nail Salon! They have a great point system too so make sure you sign up for that! Only thing you really need to be careful with is them Up Charging! When they ask you if you want something extra sometimes they don't tell you it's EXTRA! I know a lot of salons do that so just be leery of this and you will be fine! read more

When I called for an appointment I requested a specific technician & was told she could take me in an hour. When I got there I was given to someone else as the one I asked for was off that day. That wasn't right. The young girl that did my pedicure cut so deep & so low on my toenail that I'm still going to the podiatrist fir treatment 2 months later! The infection that I have is horrific, my toenail is very messed up & I'm constantly in pain. I wouldn't recommend this place ever!!! read more

A decent, no-frills place for a mani-pedi. Staff is friendly. The place is clean. Prices are ok. This my wife's go to nail place. I join her when the callouses on my feet crack and its painful to walk. Sure, I can maintain them my self with pumice stones, rotating pedi tools, A&D ointment and/or coconut oil but I get lazy. It's easier just to visit this place. They do a fine job, not to mention that my wife loves the company. So, why not allow myself a little pampering every few weeks. Try the hot stones. read more

I'm very critical of nail salons and there are a ton of them around to choose from and frankly none are excellent, I always have something to complain about. But, this salon is pretty well managed, it is clean, they are customer focused and provide little perks for the customer's like a frequent buyer program that gives points for redemption later on for free services. The language barrier is a little challenging but most of the women can understand enough English to have a conversation. It only gets sticky when you have a complaint and are trying to get a point across other than "manicure or pedicure". I do like going to Best Nail but I do have one complaint where the products they use for the services might not be the name brand on the bottle. Actually, because I've had such a great experience at this salon, I never thought they would do such a thing. This week I found out my assumption is incorrect. I have a severe skin allergy to some of these off-brand or cheaper solutions. When I go to a salon, I always have to ask for LCN brand or my skin will become inflamed for two to three weeks. I have also heard that some nails salons use inferior products (which can also contained banned chemicals) to save money. These banned chemicals are banned for a reason. I do not know what Best Nail is substituting into the "name brand" bottles and I'm not accusing them of using banned products but I didn't like what I found out this week and that should be not be allowed to be done. And since I have these allergies, it's a big deal. From now on, I'm going to buy my own product and have the nail technician use them. read more

I've been going here for several years. All the nail technicians are very competent and friendly. I get gel nails and they easily last three weeks with no breakage. They have a "points" program so that every couple of weeks I earn a free pedicure. They make every effort to adhere to appointment scheduling yet still accommodate walk-ins. The atmosphere is relaxed, warm and friendly. The salon is kept very clean. I highly recommend going here. read more

Avoid! I will NEVER return. I was a walk-in for a manicure, and told by the owner a few minutes...fine. They were busy, and 4 people walked without appointments. Two people wanted pedicures and manicures, and were put ahead of me..also fine, The owner kept saying "few minutes". After 45 minutes, she took a manicure that walked in after me..I had enough,. If she had been honest up front about time, or not put other people ahead of me, would have been okay. I will never again waste my time here. read more

I feel like I need to write a review for this salon to help balance out the other comments. I know that Lisa works hard to accommodate all her clients and that causes some of the issues, but if you truly do make an appointment and give them a break for 10 minutes or so, you will not be unhappy. They are lovely young ladies who are working tirelessly 6 days a week. They travel far to have these jobs and if you get to know them, they are hard working wonderful women. Do NOT come here. I got a full gel set and they glued some white plastic nails on me instead of actually painting the french and stuck a clear "gel" coat on top. I'm pretty sure it was acrylic and not even gel. after minutes it started bubbling and looked like grayish and thick and fake. after a day half of them had cracked off, and they were all bubbling. the gel separated from the plastic and dirt got wedged underneath. looked AWFUL! and for an expensive price too. go to gallery nails instead, they are expensive but you are paying for quality and they do a much better job. read more
