First, I want to note that the gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the actual service left me quite disappointed. I requested a short ballerina shape and even showed an image. Despite asking several times to have them shorter, the technician seemed frustrated and didn't cut them down further. When shaping, so much was taken off the sides that the nails ended up in a true coffin shape instead of what I asked for. Unfortunately, she had already cut them before checking with me, so there wasn't much that could be done without starting over. For the ombré, the first color applied didn't blend well with the base. I asked to switch it after one nail, but the technician seemed visibly frustrated. The end result is a set of long coffin nails that are not the style I wanted. In addition, I feel the technician should be more approachable and friendly so customers feel comfortable communicating what they want. As a service provider, it's important that clients can clearly express their preferences and feel heard, especially at this price point. For $120 and an hour and a half of time, I expected to leave satisfied. Instead, I left unhappy with the results and am now considering going elsewhere to have them fixed.

I used to be a chronic nail biter (still am when I get stressed out) and Julie is always able to fix any issues/ breaks and put a smile on my face. They have a wonderful rewards card program where you earn points for every dollar spent and after you accumulate 10$ worth (or more) of points you can apply it as part of your payment. Really helps to make you feel special and cared about. I usually get a gel treatment on my nails before then getting a gel manicure and Julie pays very good attention to detail to ensure your nails look amazing. I've also had just about every pedicure package they offer and I've always been VERY happy with the results. This is a clean, friendly, and reasonably priced nail salon. I think it was a mix of her rubbing different types of treatments and liquids on my eyebrow and then waxing the same area multiple times with very hot wax. I get my eyebrows waxed every three weeks for the last 10 to 15 years and it's very easy for me to tell when the wax is too warm and obviously when your eyebrows are wax, your skin is red, but I could tell that the skin was just much more red. I did reach out to the Front Desk staff but nothing was done. I then tried calling multiple times, but to this day, I have never gotten a call back. And I honestly don't think I should have to reach out multiple times just for them to call me back. So while it does have very low prices and it's a beautiful salon I just had a negative experience that was not handled correctly so I really cannot recommend it. There are many salons in the area even within a one minute drive so I would recommend going to those locations over this one.

The staff were friendly and patient with me while I chose my colors. I got a regular pedicure which was $30 and a curved line on my big toes. They said starting cost of the design was $5, but I don't think they should have charged me so much for the line on my big toes. When I asked the nail technician to redo one of them, she wasn't too happy about it but did it anyways. I get my nails done twice a year so I want them to look nice. I also got the dip powder manicure and that was $50. The total before tip was $85. I was planning to use this $5 off coupon when I checked into Yelp but they said they have nothing to do with Yelp and they will not honor it. That was a let down. They should talk to Yelp and take that down so it's not misleading. I gave her a nice tip because she was patient with me. Overall, she did a pretty good job. Would I visit them again? I'm not sure. They were a little pricey. I may check other nail salons in the area before going back.
