Even in the heat and humidity of the summer there was so air on. I did inquire if it was working a few times and was told every time that it was most definitely working. So aside from the humidity, and flies the pricing has increased tremendously. My last visit was $131.00 for a gel mani and gel pedi. The color selection is limited- they have none of the new colors, nor can they do the new nail trends due to lack of materials (ie glazed donut nails, etc). This year they have had many clients start with lash extensions- however those doing it do not have esthetician licenses. The pedicures are rushed and terrible. The girls doing them talk more to each other than even acknowledge the customer! There is always a "party" going on in the break room. Cooking smelly foods, and loud laughing and discussing customers and their personal lives in Spanish. No one there subscribes to the belief that this is a service, and customers come to relax. A visit there is far from relaxing. If you are there close to the end of the day you get to be part of the max rush of the pedicure girls cleaning the whole place. So lost of cleaner being sprayed and vacuums, totally what I think of when I want to relax Sadly, this place used to be really good but has lost focus on providing a positive customer experience and keeping up with trends within their industry.

First, I want to note that the gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the actual service left me quite disappointed. I requested a short ballerina shape and even showed an image. Despite asking several times to have them shorter, the technician seemed frustrated and didn't cut them down further. When shaping, so much was taken off the sides that the nails ended up in a true coffin shape instead of what I asked for. Unfortunately, she had already cut them before checking with me, so there wasn't much that could be done without starting over. For the ombré, the first color applied didn't blend well with the base. I asked to switch it after one nail, but the technician seemed visibly frustrated. The end result is a set of long coffin nails that are not the style I wanted. In addition, I feel the technician should be more approachable and friendly so customers feel comfortable communicating what they want. As a service provider, it's important that clients can clearly express their preferences and feel heard, especially at this price point. For $120 and an hour and a half of time, I expected to leave satisfied. Instead, I left unhappy with the results and am now considering going elsewhere to have them fixed.

I asked for a pink base, and she kept telling me "we don't have it", the mgr translated to her in Spanish and by magic she found the color. She was doing my nails and I explained they are too thin - I was met with "O MY GOD" the mgr Giana translated to her to make them thicker. The Mani continued and I asked for my French white line to be thin - met again with "O MY GOD" from Celeste and a TERRIBLE attitude! Giana explained, "she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand". Then why are you doing my nails if you can't understand my request? I asked the mgr, why am I being met with an attitude, and the duo of O MY GOD? She apologized and finished my nails. I told her I was never going to Celeste again, this was suppose to be relaxation, not stress. The customer is always right, and you NEVER, EVER have an attitude with O MY GOD included in a sentence. Poor job, not even a drop of lotion was applied to my dry hands. Not worth the price to be met with an attitude! I really think it's a buyer beware that the person doing your nails may not understand your request. Try another nail salon!!!
