This is NOT A PLACE TO RELAX! I had a Pedi on Saturday with Samantha, she was amazing, did a great job. Went back today to be met with a TERRIBLE attitude from Celeste. I asked for my fill-ins to be just like they were, square and on the thicker side. I asked for a pink base, and she kept telling me "we don't have it", the mgr translated to her in Spanish and by magic she found the color. She was doing my nails and I explained they are too thin - I was met with "O MY GOD" the mgr Giana translated to her to make them thicker. The Mani continued and I asked for my French white line to be thin - met again with "O MY GOD" from Celeste and a TERRIBLE attitude! Giana explained, "she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand". Then why are you doing my nails if you can't understand my request? I asked the mgr, why am I being met with an attitude, and the duo of O MY GOD? She apologized and finished my nails. I told her I was never going to Celeste again, this was suppose to be relaxation, not stress. The customer is always right, and you NEVER, EVER have an attitude with O MY GOD included in a sentence. Poor job, not even a drop of lotion was applied to my dry hands. Not worth the price to be met with an attitude! Unfortunate business ethics after speaking to management disputing a service. She charged me $10 w/o telling me. It's not about paying it's about business ethics. She would not understand my point of view as I was coming in because the service they did two days ago which was putting a rhinestone on each big toe fell off within 12 to 24 hours. I don't get my nails done often maybe every four months and was unaware that it would've been an up charge to do a design to ensure the rhinestone would stay. She appeared not understanding and I felt I handled myself in kindness to express my dissatisfaction of being charged without being told ahead of time and she didn't want to help. I'm new to this area and been trying to find a salon. This looks so nice inside and the work done was beautiful Though I cannot support Management who is rude to clients.. The wait time is horrendous. You make an appt for a certain time and still 45 min later you are waiting. It's terrible Service.. I also witnessed the owner reprimanding and employee for being on his phone and it was just a minute he was in his phone while the customer was walking over to sit.. the owner told him to leave and think about it... after he started the woman's manicure.. absurd... rude and no one needs to see that.. for that alone, I would not go back.. My first time at this salon was two and a half weeks ago, Vi did my nails and did a great job and I also got my eyebrows done which also turned out well. Today, I came in today for a scheduled appt with Le, when I arrived, Le didn't have a client but pushed my appt off with him to Melissa who did a great job with my nails but the problem is, I did not request Melissa, I requested Le and without any explanation I didn't get my nails done with Le. Yesterday (Saturday afternoon),was my first visit to Le's. My daughter and I had an appointment for gel manicures at 2 pm. When we walked-in, I saw quite a few people waiting & despite having appointments,thought we would have to wait too, but we didn't wait over 10min to be seen. They have a system that moves people right along from the waiting area to the chairs very quickly, ((not hurriedly, but smoothly), and it works very well accommodating those with appointments & walk-ins. My daughter has the SVS gel manicure with Lucia-she loved her nails & Lucia!! I had a regular gel manicure with Claudia. She was amazing! She took her time, she was very attentive & kind. I brought in 2 pictures of what I wanted painted on my nails and she did them perfectly! Le's has a relaxed, slightly modern ambiance with ongoing videos playing on the flatscreens. They also have plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee & snacks available. All of the nails Technicians wear face masks & they open up the sterilized tools from a fresh pack in front of you, (I really appreciate this!) I would definitely recommend Le's and I can say that Claudia has now gained herself a loyal customer, (yes, I am leaving the local nail place I've been going to for years for Le's Nails). Prices are very reasonable & they take their time & do great work-I highly recommend! The owner Le is rude and obnoxious. I have looked pass this because Melissa is a great nail technician. I missed one appointment in four years and he told me I could not make an appointment that I just needed to call ahead. This would be fine but because melissa is so fabulous you have to make your appointments 2 to 3 weeks ahead. I have been a loyal customer through there slow times of Covid and beyond. I am so sad to write this review. Lee always is difficult to make appointments with but I have worked around that because Melissa is fabulous but today Le crossed the line. I would not go here. I just got home and could not wait to write a review. This place must have employees writing reviews with all these 5 stars!!!! I sat there for 40 mins before someone finally took me for my nails. The worse job ever I might say! I was getting a full set done and wanted round tips. The guy cut the nails short and and in sorts of different direction. NONE OF THE NAILS LOOK THE SAME - or even in size and length. Absolutely horrible job! I have acrylic left on my fingers and under the nails, and nail polish on the sides. I hate it! Not worth $35. I would rather go pay $50 for a job I walk out happy and the place does a back massage. This place is way too crowded and they don't take their time. Best pedicure I ever got. There was no wait. They had enough people working. I got a regular pedicure which included honey, lemon, scrub, shea butter and hot stones for $25! Melissa was super nice. She polished my toes perfectly and Im fussy!!! Also, sometimes when you get a pedicure somewhere the staff speaks little English and it is hard to communicate. Everyone spoke English here. Lee did a wonderful job! I will definitely be back! I am new to the whole nail thing and I had to get my nails filled (solar- white & pink powder) and he was so good with me. He was gentle with the filing because of how sensitive I was, and he took his time to explain everything he was doing and how often each portion needed to be replaced. I will definitely be back. I also sat next to a woman who said she's been coming to them for years and that Lee's is the best place around and the most reasonably priced! I was looking for a place close to work, and this was perfect- right next to the Shop Rite in Dover- and such a great atmosphere inside. They ran out of my preferred gel color weeks ago and have not ordered new ones, made my cuticle bleed, and we're not attentive at all. My wife showed up for her 5 o'clock appointment that had been pre-scheduled a week in advance. Another young lady walks in and stated she has a 5 o'clock appointment also he then grabs both of the ladies and tells them that "I'm booked for the rest of the day." And he has double booked their 5 o'clock session forcing both of them to pick different appointments for a different day. I understand things happen as he stated one of his employees called out but where is the common courtesy to pick up the phone and let your customers know their appointment should've been canceled don't wait till someone arrives all the way to your shop just to tell them you can't you can't provide service. When I walked in I was pleasantly surprised with how inviting the place was. The interior design of this nail salon is gorgeous. Kelly was my nail tech. She did a great job. I asked Kelly what her name was as I advised her that I like to go to one person consistently. She also did my pedicure which was equally as great. My pedicure consisted of a scrub, leg/foot massage, lemon and a cellophane wrap for my heels. The scrub for my foot appeared to be newly opened. That was quite impressive and sanitary. This is my first time patronizing this establishment. So my review can not attest to the longevity of my acrylic overlay or pedicure. The only issue I had was the price. When I inquired with the gentlemen over the phone about the price for acrylic set I was told $30 but I was charged $35. I think Kelly did a great job. I just want there to be pricing consistency with everyone working in the establishment. There was no discrepancy with the pedicure. It cost $25 and worth the service. read more

I had SNS done many times and the girl put on 6 layers, drilled them down, put on more layers, drilled them down, then again. I asked what she's doing and she asked if I'd ever had SNS before, stating this is how it's done. After some more condescending banter from her, I approached the owner. He agreed my nails looked awful, but allowed her to make faces, smirk and treat me her sister rather than a customer. He was willing to do whatever to make it right, but after sitting for 2 plus hours, life was calling. Two stars for the other positive experiences. read more

I've been coming here for two years now. They just did a gorgeous remodel, adding more tables and spa massage chairs. The prices are great. The pedicures are well worth the $25. The pedicure includes honey and lemon, hot stones, shea butter, scrub, good scrubbing, massage, and paraffin. For a pedicure anyone is good. They are do a great job. I also get my nails done here. I've gotten gel polish and SNS nails. Both are great with a wide selection of colors. I've been going to Kelly cause she always gets my shape perfect. She is very friendly and good to chat with. The owners are nice as well. They know your name and always treat their customers well. The place can get busy. But I look at that as a good thing. Went here because it was so close to my hotel (homewood suites in dover). It's in the shop rite parking lot. Didn't expect too much since the area and shopping center weren't super nice on the outside but it DELIVERED! Got a regular mani and pedi for $35...but the pedi was beyond what i was expecting. The spa itself is nice and clean inside. The staff is friendly and not intrusive (how i like it!) so it provides for some great quiet 'me time'. The pedicure chairs were massage chairs and the service was awesome. Lemon, honey, and shea butter treatment on your legs followed by a short massage! I was checking on yelp for a new nail place and saw great reviews for here so I figured I would drive the ten minutes to go here rather than my regular nail place two minutes from my house. So glad I did! I think his name was Anthony, but he took his time and my nails came out great. Made friendly conversation during the time I was there and this place was cheaper than I've paid for a gel mani elsewhere ($30 here but I believe it is $20 just for the gel) and they have a big variety of colors. 5 stars! The salon was very very nice inside. The waiting area was clean and modern styled. The nail stations were neat and organized as I walked by, and the pedicure chair was also a massage chair. Big plus for me. My french pedicure was only $30, which in my books is an excellent price, considering my pedicurist Angie did an amazing job. She did all the normal things, like the soak, pumice, cuticle care, etc. But when they brought out the honey and fresh-cut lemon juice to massage on my calves and feet, and then shea butter last, I was speechless. She also massaged with the hot rocks, which is my favorite part. It felt amazing, and the entire process lasted about 30-45 minutes. This was my first visit, and most of the previous salons I've visited took credit cards, and so when the manager approved my card this time but specified they preferred cash for future visits, I was kind of surprised but it wasn't a big deal. First time here after a recommendation from a friend, I won't be back. Made an appointment for me and my mom for two gel manicures. My mom had gel polish that had grown out for over a month. They set her up in a chair to let them soak, no big deal. It wasn't until 45 minutes later that they took her for her manicure. I was almost totally done with mine. I asked the girl a few times if she was going to get in soon (this is why we made the appointment) and she first told me yes, and then continued to tell me they were busy. I totally understand they're busy, which is why we made an appointment, which should be priority over walk inns. If you couldn't take both of us at the time I requested, no big deal! Just let me know upfront instead of making my mom wait 45 min just to get in the chair. I've never experienced letting gel polish soak for more than 10 - 15 minutes. As if that wasn't enough, they cut my mom's nails uneven and mine too short! I won't be back. TLC Nails in Sparta in much better, and cheaper! Plus they give you a free mini massage, and are much more professional. read more

He paid very close attention to details and my picky requests. I will definitely be coming here regularly since it is close to where I work. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The techs didn't know how to use their tools; they cut my cuticles with their clippers on both feet and hands; didn't have licenses posted in the salon; and they used one coat of paint. The only issue with my manicure if that I bled because she cut into my cuticle a little too far but nothing too serious.
