They have a larger selection than many of the dispensaries I've been to, and the prices, while not the lowest I've seen, are still competitive. One area where they really excel is customer service. Lori helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Casa Verde, even if it's a bit of a road-trip to get there (as it was for me).

I am told three times that "someone will call you" and get no call back. I finally get a hold of someone on the phone who tells me that some parts were out of stock, they sent me an email about it and were waiting for ME to respond! Fine, I tell them to refund me for the outs and ship the rest of the order. They promised to ship it expedited, process the refund and send me a tracking number. I wait a day and got no response. I called again, was put on hold and then was told "I'll call you back in 2 minutes." 10 minutes after the call, I get an email that they've cancelled the entire order and refunded me the entire amount.
