They have a larger selection than many of the dispensaries I've been to, and the prices, while not the lowest I've seen, are still competitive. One area where they really excel is customer service. Lori helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she also was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Casa Verde, even if it's a bit of a road-trip to get there (as it was for me).

She had to use my large pair because she doesn't have any!!! OMG! She knew that this Ross just opened up in the "outer mall". There are buildings like annexes... They are open-air shopping opportunities. It looked like a regular Ross to me - furniture, personal care items, pet supplies, clothing for men/women/children, accessories, luggage, jewelry, household goods, footwear, and more! Everything is at a discounted price - I really appreciate this! We didn't find any Clark's brand on this trip, but she did get a pair of Crocs flip flops... they have arch support and are washable! I waited some more. I sent an email asking for order status. Radio silent. Finally after two weeks, I call to get a tracking number. I am told three times that "someone will call you" and get no call back. I finally get a hold of someone on the phone who tells me that some parts were out of stock, they sent me an email about it and were waiting for ME to respond! Fine, I tell them to refund me for the outs and ship the rest of the order. They promised to ship it expedited, process the refund and send me a tracking number. I wait a day and got no response. I called again, was put on hold and then was told "I'll call you back in 2 minutes." 10 minutes after the call, I get an email that they've cancelled the entire order and refunded me the entire amount.
