Absolutely terrible customer service! I booked 6 manicure Pedicures here today for my wedding tomorrow, I booked over a week in advance and called yesterday to confirm. After 1pm (my apt time) there I am with 5 people staring at a packed room and waiting room being ignored by the staff and told just to wait. Chairs opened up and others went into them. I finally walked out and went to another salon in Wharton on s Main Street that took us right away pampered us and even gave me a gift at checkout to congratulate me on my pending marriage, now that's customer service! read more

My Mom and I went to Le's for pedicures right before Christmas and had a great experience. Despite how packed it was, we comfortably waited in the soft chairs up front for our appointments. Our pedicures were thorough and relaxing, and I felt like a million bucks afterwards. From the shea butter heal treatment to the wide range of professional nail colors available, it was a great experience the whole way through. We'll definitely be back! read more

Love this place! A friend of mine comes here regularly from Denville and she highly recommended this place to me about 6 months ago. I drive from Morristown once a month for a gel-color. Staff is very friendly and nice. I usually like to ask for a small design on both ring fingers and every time they surprise me with something really nice looking. I've heard pedicures are really great here too... just haven't had the chance to try it out yet. read more

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon walking in at 1 pm . For 2 pedicures , was told the wait would be 10 mins . Waited for over an hour and 4 people walked right in and sat down and got their nails done . At 220 pm I asked why we have been waiting for over an hour and was spoken too rudely . She takes her time and pays close attention to detail... you really get an amazing pedicure for your money... I've been here three times now for a pedicure. It's the only place I'll come now. They're always busy no matter what time you come so expect a but if a wait but it'll be worth it. They do a really great job...always make sure my nails are perfectly trimmed or filed and that there's nothing left under my toenails. They do a lemon and honey scrub that feels great then a fairly long massage and finish off with hot stones. They also do a heel paraffin treatment. Will keep coming back. read more

I would like to start stating that I LOVE to get my nails done! I go every 2 weeks without fail. I just moved to Wharton and needed to find a nail salon ASAP! Based on the reviews I was so excited when I found Le's Salon. Unfortunately I was sadly disappointed by my experience today. I would like to start by saying the place is very pretty and has a great atmosphere that promotes relaxation. I had made an appointment and arrived on time. The receptionist was nice and pleasant. I was taken to a station immediately and the process began. This is when it went downhill, way way downhill. The gentleman (younger of the two) never introduced himself so I have no clue what his name is at all. He never spoke or asked me what I liked to have done. I told him short as they can be (my nails grow crazy fast) and round. He nodded. Well they are short which is the one positive thing. I have just as much polish on the skin around my nails as on my nails. The polish is bumpy and uneven on a few nails. There is actually a sharp point which I don't know how that happens but it is there. The polish doesn't completely cover my nails on most of the nails. Don't expect a hand massage (my FAV part). I was given very little lotion, no massage and all to be followed up by a wet semi-warm towel to wipe away what little lotion I had on to begin with. My hands were soaked, I had to wipe them on my own pants since the guy got up and left the station with the towel and supplies. I was in and out in less then 30 mins which would be great if I was in a rush but my nail time is MY time during the week where I like to have a little pampering. This place is anything but pampering. This place was not worth the money and I will continue my search for my new nail salon. If you go here I hope your experience is different and a better one then mine today. read more

the owner has the worst time management and is always double booking clients. be prepared to wait 30 mins at least to even get seated, and yes even with an appointment. i love all the girls that work there, they all are very talented and super nice but management is definitely the biggest issue. read more

Have been to this location twice for a pedicure and each time has been great. $30 for Pedi w Callus remove. The second time Paula did my pedicure and she was wonderful and very nice. Based on the reviews, I stopped by for a gel manicure last week. Not the best job, only last a week before the polish started to get that worn in look and peel away from the edges. However, they only charge $20 so really, what could I expect. I went in on Friday for a pedicure. The process of the pedicure felt great and my feet felt and looked amazing afterwards. However, she did a very sloppy job painting my toes (the top coat was literally all over my toes) and she painted the color very unevenly. I'd highly recommend bringing your own color so you can do touch ups (I know this won't last long) but the massage, callus removal and hot stones were worth the $25. Do NOT get a gel mani though if you expect yours to last 2+ weeks. read more

The pedicurist just talk/complained about how much she hates her job, bla bla bla etc. I have not received a HAPPY FEET PEDICURE here like in a year. Big mistake- the rushed through our mani's and pedis were ok, stones werent warm at all. It has only been 5 days since my mani and all of my nails have chipped polish.. I tried this salon a few times because I like the way that they use Shea Butter and hot stone massage. But now I'm fed up. The last time I was here the girl cut my toe. The time before that I brought my daughter with me and her pedicure was done in 15 minutes and mine was 1/2 hour. They did rectify it with a gift certificate for my next visit. But today I had an appointment at 2:00. I sat for 20 minutes then someone who came in after me was taken before me because she was pregnant. Lee has been doing my nails for nearly 18yrs. The entire shop is respectful and polite. They welcome walk-ins but clients with appointments will be taken before walk-ins. The instruments are all auto-claved and all stations are sterilized after every use.Very clean atmosphere. There are 3 types of pedicures and each is as great as the next. The employees are accommodating and very friendly. Vi is in total control at all times she makes this shop as great as it is! Vi and Le are great at what they do. read more

I went here for the first time today and I absolutely love it! One of my students gave me a gift certificate at the end of the year so I decided to try it out- boy, am I glad I did. I decided to splurge and get the most expensive pedicure they have $45 (they have $25 and $25 pedicures as well)! The entire pedicure last an hour, and I cannot even tell you what the girl, Diana, did because I was so relaxed. I do not get my nails done often because I ruin them within a few days, but I plan on going back to this place for my next pedicure. I really liked how friendly the staff was, and there was no wait when I went in. I thought for a place right next to a shop rite that it would be packed, but it wasn't. As I was ending my pedicure, the place was... filled, but not crowded. I would highly recommend this place and plan on going back and will request Diana! :) I think their prices are very reasonable, almost "cheap" compared to the other places I have been.
