Tiffany is the best. She can do anything you want. She's fast at doing acrylics and an amazing person overall. So peaceful in this salon.

My mom and I moved to Oak Ridge and stressed finding a new nail place, we tried Olive Nails and loved the whole experience. All the staff is nice and polite. My mom had shoulder surgery 3 weeks ago and they went above and beyond to be helpful and make sure she was comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. And we love everyone participates in the fun game shows they have on. I haven't had tips since before COVID and LOVE them! Always a great experience. read more

Giving 3 stars instead of 2 only because the price was low. But for a $20 pedicure I don't know what I should have expected. My friend and I were the only ones there and felt rushed. They close at 730 and were just waiting at the counter by 705 for us to leave, mopping while we were getting our pedicures. Then they didn't tell me until after they ran my card that they don't accept tip on a card. Generally there's a sign that says it. My big toe smudged the next day and the other toes were chipping in a week, my peds generally last 3-4 weeks. The massage was more like a gentle run for less than 2 minutes. I asked her to scrub a callus that she missed that I knew was there and she rolled her eyes. Definitely won't be back!!! read more

I went here because it was close to my house. I was a walk-in and they took me right away. I got a manicure and pedicure ($30). I don't know why I'm like this but it bothered me that the colors were all haphazard on the shelf - not in a color order to make it easier to find and compare colors. The pedicure was standard although at the place usually go to, they put paraffin on your heels - this place did not. Once I got to the manicure, the place started to pick up a little so my nail tech started to rush through a bit. I noticed she didn't put the cutters in the barbicide just hung them on the outside of the glass. This didn't matter much this time because I always ask to not cut my cuticles. Once I was done and drying - no one came to check on me to make sure my nails were ok or to take off the paper towels between my toes (I'm 8 months pregnant and getting to my toes is a bit of a struggle right now). Because she started to rush, she went a little thick on the polish making the final product a little sloppy looking. I had to put a clear coat on at home to make it look nice. I have polish on my cuticles which is a result of her rushing. It was good for a quick emergency I-need-a-manicure-now situation but I will not make this my regular place. read more
