Read on this vendor's site (Oasis) that walk-in's are welcomed, only to get there (early afternoon) to be told, we need to call and make an appointment because other people are coming. It felt great and the ten minute massage was included. The massage was decent. The sugar scrub on my feet and legs also felt great. The ombre dip manicure came out different than what I was used to. However, I love that my manicurist took her time and made sure each application was applied properly. No UV light was used. That was a bonus. She applied the white dip powder first and then the pink. It came out a bit brighter than what I've experienced at other nail salons. The other assistants marveled over the outcome of my nails. All in all, my manicurist did a good job. I'm getting used to the finished product. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. I received a shoulder massages as my nails dried and I was given a rewards card, too. First things first, I was walking to the door when I saw an older gentleman working on his car. Little did I know that he was going to be doing my pedi and didn't even wash his hands before starting. I sat down at 1:05 and was done at 1:22. This place is also the home of Kim's (Owner) husband's antique shop. This place is filled with old furniture which some pieces are in the way of mani/pedi equipment, etc. This is a very dirty and unprofessionally ran business.

During my pedicure…read moreshe tried to scrape off my gel polish with a cuticle pusher and I had to ask her to stop and use a drill.... Then she continued to push me forward until my knees were by my chest, so uncomfortable!! Then someone came to drill the first layer off my DIP manicure and it was burning every single one of my nails. I decided not to get my nails done after that and just get them taken off, well I left and was charged 13$ for removal, which is totally fine except it's not all removed. I hope they can improve from this.
