The staff were friendly and patient with me while I chose my colors. I got a regular pedicure which was $30 and a curved line on my big toes. They said starting cost of the design was $5, but I don't think they should have charged me so much for the line on my big toes. When I asked the nail technician to redo one of them, she wasn't too happy about it but did it anyways. I get my nails done twice a year so I want them to look nice. I also got the dip powder manicure and that was $50. The total before tip was $85. I was planning to use this $5 off coupon when I checked into Yelp but they said they have nothing to do with Yelp and they will not honor it. That was a let down. They should talk to Yelp and take that down so it's not misleading. I gave her a nice tip because she was patient with me. Overall, she did a pretty good job. Would I visit them again? I'm not sure. They were a little pricey. I may check other nail salons in the area before going back.

It felt great and the ten minute massage was included. The massage was decent. The sugar scrub on my feet and legs also felt great. The ombre dip manicure came out different than what I was used to. However, I love that my manicurist took her time and made sure each application was applied properly. No UV light was used. That was a bonus. She applied the white dip powder first and then the pink. It came out a bit brighter than what I've experienced at other nail salons. The other assistants marveled over the outcome of my nails. All in all, my manicurist did a good job. I'm getting used to the finished product. The establishment is clean and the staff is friendly. I received a shoulder massages as my nails dried and I was given a rewards card, too. First, I want to note that the gentleman at the front was extremely friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. However, the actual service left me quite disappointed. I requested a short ballerina shape and even showed an image. Despite asking several times to have them shorter, the technician seemed frustrated and didn't cut them down further. When shaping, so much was taken off the sides that the nails ended up in a true coffin shape instead of what I asked for. Unfortunately, she had already cut them before checking with me, so there wasn't much that could be done without starting over. For the ombré, the first color applied didn't blend well with the base. I asked to switch it after one nail, but the technician seemed visibly frustrated. The end result is a set of long coffin nails that are not the style I wanted. In addition, I feel the technician should be more approachable and friendly so customers feel comfortable communicating what they want. As a service provider, it's important that clients can clearly express their preferences and feel heard, especially at this price point. For $120 and an hour and a half of time, I expected to leave satisfied. Instead, I left unhappy with the results and am now considering going elsewhere to have them fixed.

Giana explained, "she doesn't speak English and doesn't understand". Then why are you doing my nails if you can't understand my request? I asked the mgr, why am I being met with an attitude, and the duo of O MY GOD? She apologized and finished my nails. I told her I was never going to Celeste again, this was suppose to be relaxation, not stress. The customer is always right, and you NEVER, EVER have an attitude with O MY GOD included in a sentence. The pedicure section. The nail section. All of it, packed. I was scurried right away to the waxing rooms which I was happy about. I was there early so I was glad I didn't have to wait. Allison had me in and out of that room in 10 minutes for all the waxing she did. I like this place a lot. Primarily because it's like a beautiful well-oiled machine. The prices are a little higher but some things are worth it.

My pedicure costed $30 which was fine since she did a good job. Their manicure costs $15 which I think is a bit much. I'll have to think on that one. The place was clean. The staff were friendly.
