I've been coming here for years now and can't believe I haven't left a review. My experience has always been above average. The cleanliness of this salon along with the attention to detail every employee gives to ensure you leave happy are what keeps me coming back. There is NO WHERE that I've gotten a pedicure like here. Yes it is $65 for the spa pedicure but I only do this one every so often. It's truly a wonderful spa experience, with scrubs, massage, hot towels - ahhhh! Even the regular pedicure is great! We just moved to the area and I have been trying various nail salons looking for a replacement for my long time spot back in CA. After several disappointing tries at other places I made an appointment with Rayna at 206 Nails! I found my new spot! By far one of the best pedicure massages I have ever had! My feet feel and look amazing and summer ready now! The only drawback was that the color selection was not quite as broad as some other places I have been but I can easily bring my own from home! Otherwise it was an amazing pedicure! Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for! I got a Sea Salt Spa Pedicure and added 10 minutes of back massage while my toes dried and it was $80. I wasn't shocked by this as this is similar to what I paid back in CA. If you want to invest in treating yourself to some relaxation I definitely recommend!! read more

Terrible quality gel manicure. I got my nails done on Saturday March 30th and today is Thursday April 4th and the gel has peeled off several of my nails in sheets as if it was applied as a whole. What a waste of $30. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND read more

New comfortable massage chairs with beautiful abalone foot basins. My technician, Dalyn, was so detailed and her massage was heavenly. Much appreciated during these rough and ever so confusing times. Classic pedicure scenario... make an appointment, expect to wait 5-10 mins anyway. However, made an appointment, waited ten mins. Every pedi chair full and none were near completion. Also throw in that one woman was waiting and another pedicure appointment walked in the door. The only employee left was trying to do gel nails while simultaneously helping everyone. No bueno. I got up and left. It's not cool to make appointments and then have people wait anyway. What's the point? You're just pissing off customers and losing money via word of mouth. My first pedicure was amazing and I was psyched to go back. This just wrecked that first fantastic visit. I wish there was a nail salon in our area that actually honored appointment times. Let me start off by saying, I've been coming here since they opened years ago. I've lived in the area all my life and this has been my go to nail salon. Not anymore. I went in today wanting to get my pink and white acrylic nails taken off. I've had them for awhile and it was time to let my nails breathe. I've gotten new sets before and it's been a quick process. Joy was busy so she told one of the other girls to get started on the process. Two hours of filing and buffing later, the acrylics were off. I was in pain. My nail beds bruised from the two hours of friction. On my way out I asked Joy if this is how acrylic nails are usually taken off. She said "no, the girls don't know how to use the 'machine'." So a process that would have taken 15 - 20 minutes and not left me bruised and in pain wasn't used because the girl that was assigned to 'take care of me' didn't know how to do it. I've never been so mad, upset, frustrated and confused. A place with a good reputation left me mangled because apparently the girl didn't know how to properly do nails. Instead of telling me to come back at another time when she could have 'used the machine' - I could potentially lose my nails. If I could give them 'no stars,' I would. If you live in the area and go to 206 Nails & Spa, I'd advise against it. read more

Ok this place is AMAZING. Went in for a spa pedicure ($60) and gel manicure ($30). I opted for the lemon pedicure, they had many options. The girl who did my pedicure was very friendly. I received an amazing pedicure and 20 min leg/foot massage, definitely worth the $60! My gel manicure was great too. The girl who did my manicure was professional and thorough, and my nails look amazing. Definitely will be back!! read more

NOT recommended - ZERO STARS. Owner/manager guy is rude and adversarial. I called to book appointment with "Victoria," but forgot her name. I asked him for names and he said "you want me go through all names for you??" Um. Yeah. All six names. He refused. This is your business - anything more important than assisting a customer? Then, when I asked for Victoria, he said, "she no do regular manicures - only if she no busy." So, he wouldn't let me book an appointment. Saving her for gels I guess. Gets better. He hung up on me while I was speaking! BTW - we're adults and this is 2018: The big screen TV in the salon runs Micky Mouse cartoons in an endless loop. It takes forever for your services and the services are done with minimum effort. Nothing personal about this experience. Third of all, it is completely overpriced. I received a great nail service by Joy. The prices were a little steep but my nails held up well. Unfortunately, I will never go back there since the guy at the front desk was so rude to me. I have lived in Mt. Olive my whole life and have tried NUMEROUS nail salons from Budd Lake, to Flanders, to Hackettstown, to Randolph - even as far as Sparta to try and find a salon worth my $$. Over the years, I found a few I "tolerated & settled" for. I found myself moving on many, many times. I'll admit, I'm pretty particular about my nails, but never wanted to spend much. I have definitely realized (after being referred by my Aunt) that you get what you pay for - and I will never go back to those cheap places that get you in and out without much thought and detail. 206 Nail & Spa exceeded my expectations from the first visit! It was hands down the BEST experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. It was bright & clean and the staff was SUPER friendly. I was referred to Joy for my nails and she was AWESOME. Her attention to details was precise and she listened to EXACTLY what I wanted. No exaggeration - no one has ever been able to get my nail shape and length so perfect - no one. She's my new girl! And while i was there, I opted to get a pedicure. June was available, as Joy was on to another client - understandably busy. Let me tell you - her hands are MAGIC. I told her that, I told everyone in the salon that, and I posted it on FB. MAGIC. The BEST pedicure I've had to date. Again, I've been everywhere around here for nail services and this hidden gem I always drive by, but never considered, is my new nail place for good. I called ahead of time to ask for gel pedicure and he responded with we don't do gel pedicures(what nail establishment doesn't do gel pedicures) I should've not even went through but over the phone he told me pedicure only $25.00 and they last over 2 weeks. He sold me. I walked in nice and clean don't get me wrong and I sit down and the women doing my nails very nice as well she realizes my toes had gel on them previously and she takes them off. I think things going well she did an awesome job with the shape and cleaning up. I go to pay and the Asian guy there who u presume is owner says my total is $33.00 I am so confused because over phone he told me $25.00. Did he really just charge me $8.00 for removing my gel nail polish? You bet he did. Never coming back. OH his nails last more than 2 weeks--more like 2 hours. My feet were dry I left and not even 2 hours later I put socks and shoes on and I come home to find out they were completely ruined. Maybe you have to be a regular to get the best service and a decent mani. Decided to try this place because it was on my way home from work and I had a wedding the next day. I grew my nails so I would be able to have a regular manicure and try the shellac. First thing manicurist said was my nails were too long for shellac and he cut them sooo short. I was so upset. I guess you don't get a manicure with the shellac? He didn't even trim my cuticles and my nails were filed uneven. I would never come back here or recommend this nail salon to anyone! read more

HORRIBLE customer service! I visited this salon on Friday, for the first time, to get a pedicure and upon leaving, I made an appointment for a gel french manicure at 5:45 on Monday (today!). After a 45 minute commute in which I arrived ON TIME, I was told that there isnt sufficient time to do my nails since it is UV gel and it will cost $60, which was $20 more than what I was told on Friday. They explained to me that the man who made my appointment in person on Friday didnt know what he was talking about and that they needed more time and it was going to cost $60 vs. $40. WOW, I am sure he would love to know what his staff is saying when he is not there! Guess they arent worried about the competition. There is a nail salon on nearly every corner in this area...are these people FOR REAL? I am beyond angry that I made sure to have a detailed conversation when making my appointment, arrived on time, and was ready to relax, yet instead I was turned away, the price was jacked up and they made a big scene over it. He was trying to stop the bleeding, and now it's very inflamed and infected. Who wants to pay over $50 to look nice and have to walk around with band-aids on their fingers? We stopped by this place on a visit to my in laws and were really impressed with Terry's professionalism and friendliness. My husband and I received spa pedicures and I got UV gel nails with color gel color. Their techs really do a great job shaping and painting and their massages were divine. We were so relaxed after our treatments that our legs were jelly when it was time to leave. I will never go back. While it is a pretty place the management leaves a lot to be desired. Once I was there when the owner was screaming at one of the workers in front of everyone. This time I called the day before and scheduled an appointment. When I got there there was no place to even park. Inside all the chairs were taken and I had to wait 45 minutes. When I complained I was told that all the other people there also had appointments, however the appointment book was open and this clearly wasn't the case. The owner was nasty and not at all apologetic. You will not leave here feeling relaxed and appreciated. Stay away. read more

I had my nails done at a different spa for a few years. They were unable to fit me in so I tried 206 Nail salon for a gel manicure. I was shocked when they were done and presented me with a $60 bill. I figured it was because it was the first time they manicured my nails with gel. I went back for a fill 3 weeks later and was charged $60 again! Definitely not worth it as it is double the going rate...I feel cheated and will not return. The gel finish began to chip about a week later. It was also placed over my cuticle..sloppy work. 10 minute pedicure? Need I say more???? I never received the scrub on my legs and feet, I thought that was routine in any pedicure? I didn't get a hot towel (my favorite part of a pedicure) but others did get a hot towel. To dry your polish, you have to put your legs under a dryer that is a foot off the ground ???
