However, I was assigned someone who seemed to be new. When I asked for a thick (and short) toenail to be filed down, someone else instructed her how to do it. Every time I have had this done, they thin it in a rounded way so nail polish can go on normally. I do it myself at home and it's not a big deal. Instead, she only thinned it in one flat back and forth motion over top so it is oddly shaped and turned out looking like this (I eventually asked her to stop since she was getting so close to the skin). I appreciate how hard and long she worked, but I much prefer the result I do myself at home for $40 + $10 tip. I guess like with anywhere, it depends on who you get assigned. read more

Look - if you want a plain mani or pedi, it's fine... but don't ask them to do a design on your nails. The quality from two different techs was embarrassing. I took it off when I went home. At least my cuticles look good. read more

I wish I could give them 10 stars!! I originally went to a different nail salon in town- HUGE mistake. The first salon did an epically awful job on my nails- see the first 2 photos. I left the first salon in tears. I drove immediately to Coco 2. They were super busy but I threw myself at their mercy and they took pity on me. Sandy, who doesn't normally do nails, squeezed me in. She listened to what I wanted and brought my vision to life. Even though they were packed, she patiently attended to my nails- smoothing out the lumps the previous salon left me with, carefully polishing them to perfection. I left Coco 2 in tears as well, tears of joy and gratitude. This may seem like an over the top review, but the difference in what Coco 2 did for me compared to the first place, well, it is epically different (see the last picture). Long story short, GO HERE! I go for pedicures mainly. Jenny & Isabel are my favorites. Definitely book an appointment - they are very busy here! Regular pedicure is $30 & the one I like is the Green Tea one which is $45 which includes the callus removal & extra massage. Personally, my pedicure experience was alright since it lacked attention to detail (don't quite recall the name of the person), but Yooni did my manicure and did a phenomenal job. It was exactly how I had envisioned my nails to look like for my wedding. She even made several recommendations for myself and others to make sure our nails looked event ready! Took my mom here Easter weekend for a little pampering. I called ahead for appointments that afternoon so we would've have to wait. When we arrived they were busy but we were greeted and seated right away. The massage chairs were very comfortable as were the seats for manicures. The woman who did my names (I forgot her name) was great, lovely to talk to and did a good job on my nails. She did mess up one, but she fixed it right away and you can't even tell. I had a gel mani & pedi done and they came out fantastic. Great people, friendly. Only thing is they use two separate people one for the mani one for the pedi, so you have to tip twice....I also didn't see any signs of pricing anywhere except behind the register hidden on the wall. My personal opinion is you should have a price sign where people can see it....due to that I ended up paying $90 bucks for a mani & pedi!!!!! The pricing is outrageous and having to tip two separate people is outrageous to me as well..prolly wouldn't go back due to prices. read more

Came in today (called ahead and booked an appointment for the 4 of us) to get a manicure and pedicure with my friend and our two kids. We're visiting from the UK. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The customer service from the manager was abysmal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Myself and my daughter just wanted normal pedicures and I a gel manicure. My friend had already had acrylic on both hands and feet but just wanted a touch up of the gel polish. Apparently this was an issue which left my friend only getting the massage aspect of the pedicure and one fixed nail. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The lovely ladies that were working couldn't understand why the manger wouldn't let my friend get the gel manicure to fix the chips on her nails.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Even when one lady was so kind to fix the chip on one nail, the manager became cross and said that she couldn't do it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The one nail that the lady did fix was beautiful. The ladies work hard and do great work. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The manager on the other hand is rude, unhelpful, unprofessional and I am completely unimpressed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The whole vibe in this place is giving stush. I had a day off unexpectedly and wanted to get a pedicure. I went to Coco nails other location and the owner greeted me outside, and I explained I didn't have an appointment but wanted to see if they could fit me in. He explained that they didn't but he had a 2nd location nearby and called them to see if they could fit me in. He was so nice and it was really kind of him to do that. Luckily they had availability so I headed to the other location. Once I arrived they took my temperature, gave me hand sanitizer and asked me to sign in. Shortly after I was given a chair and the technician started my pedicure. All staff was wearing proper safety equipment and the salon was impeccably clean. I saw them continue to sanitize as they worked as well. My technician took her time and did an excellent job on my pedicure. The leg massage was so relaxing and longer than most other places bother to do. All in all I was very happy with my pedi and with the friendliness of the staff and their cleanliness and would be happy to return! read more
