They had no explanation as to how that could have happened and indicated that the vial/container arrived at the lab empty. The negligence that had to occur for this to happen is insurmountable. As a cancer patient in the throws of treatment for another type of cancer, a lost lesion sample is not only reckless and unforgiveable, but dangerous to a patients overall health. Because the entire growth was removed, there is no way to take another sample. Their solution was to offer me some antibiotic ointment for the area. If you value your life, stay as far away from this place as you can. Both my oncologist and the insurance company have been notified.

She snipped a test section and we agreed on the length. However by the time she was done with the whole haircut I ended up with basically a chin length inverted bob which is exactly what I didn't want and SO much shorter than what we agreed to. As I was leaving she said oh I guess it ended up being shorter than you asked for. My comment was yeah I guess it'll grow back.
