If you're going there for a simple gel manicure/pedicure it seemed like they knew what they were doing. If you're looking to get a fill/full of acrylics or tips I would NOT recommend. When I got there the staff was not completely welcoming, possibly because I'm not a regular (not a good way to gain loyal costumers). I started off with one lady, she put on the tips. One of the tips were completely crooked and when I put my hands under the light to cure my nails BURNED like nothing I've ever experienced (I've been getting my nails done consistently for over 7 years). First Lady did not fix the crooked tip, and then passed me onto the Second Lady to finish. I showed multiple pictures and consistently told her how I wanted my nails shaped because she didn't listen the first time when I politely said I wanted them coffin. She kept on making the almond even after the 4th time I said something. Second Lady then passed me back over to the First Lady to fix the shaping and I lost half the length I originally wanted due to her having to do filing. Shape still did not turn out the way I wanted but at this point I said thank you and let it be because I felt as if they were getting annoyed with me. I was then passed on to a third lady to finish putting on my gel color and I had color on my actual skin that was not taken off. After all that I then get to the counter to pay and was charged $90. Absurdly overpriced to begin with, but unacceptable considering the work that was done.

With a standard $10 tip each tech, and $80 mani/pedi, my visits just aren't worth $100 twice a month. -It's very difficult to communicate. I've said multiple times, please don't make my naturally short nails shorter, but they've over-filed every time. -On one occasion they cut my nails so short I had to switch from a regular gel manicure to a full acrylic set in order to extend my nail length. I shouldn't have had to pay more for their mess up. -The dark green nail polish from a previous pedicure was left visible in the following light purple pedicure. It really stood out. I had to ask another tech to fix it. This mani/pedi visit took three hours. -I've experienced painful drilling gel removal. -The massage portion of the pedicure is kind of careless compared to other nail salons in the area. -I believe they apply nail polish and acrylic too thickly to the point where it feels "wet" and bulbous after leaving. -Frankly it feels like you're just a number... I'm giving them 2 stars is because they're open on Mondays, they have a great variety of colors, and have lots of availability, but now I can see why.

It was a very cute store, they had free beverages and plenty of examples on show. These nails also seemed slightly expensive, I asked around my friends on how much their nails were and most of them got them done for 40-50$ but mine were a bit under 80$ which at first I thought was normal but now I feel was a bit too much money for the quality I got, one of my nails already fell off while I was writing and it hurts a lot! The nails itself came out really good, except it didn't feel too great seeing as some of them didn't fit right and felt crooked. I also asked for more natural nails but these felt very flat, and this shape did not match the size and shape of my hands.
