This salon is no longer called "Studio Nails". I have been going to Studio Nails for close to 20 years. Sara who ran the salon left a few months ago and so did the old staff. The place is now horrible. It used to be spotless, now it is messy and not clean. The TV is on and blasting and sports are on, which is odd. The manicure and pedicure I have had (unfortunately more than 3 times) were horrible. I am moving on. Sad. read more

I would not recommend going here because when I went my appointment was at 4:45 and by the time they were done with my acrylic nails it was 8:00 plus the nails were not even good. All I wanted done was a French tip. When I got there they cut my nails super short and said that my nails where to short and tiny. I was so confused why there said that. For $35.00 pedicure you get the entire deal! I got a massage for like 30 minutes and the woman doing my feet was so gentle and careful. They used a bunch of different products and I think for $35.00 you get your moneys worth and more!!! I will be coming again! read more

For our first time going there, the experience was great. When it came time to pay was a different story. When I called I was told 45 for a fill in, it changed to 55 and the total came to 130, which then was fixed to 110. And then I was asked what about a tip. My mom and I went here for pedicures. I was hesitant because of the reviews but we both really enjoyed them! The place is very spacious and nicely decorated. Everything is very clean. One of the best pedicures I have had in a while. Something to note: the pedicures are $35 which is slightly more than some places I have been in the past, but with inflation I just assumed they were forced to raise their price like everyone else. most of their workers don't speak English, but they know the basics. Janet my lady did a very nice job with my pedicure she took her time. The man that greets everyone at the desk was very nice even offered us coupons. I also did a Manicure, lady (older Asian) that did my manicure seemed to be in a rush which I did not like and the manicure wasn't looking well on my nails. I went there today for pedicure, manicure and wax of eye brows and chin. Had deluxe pedicure. Young lady who did pedicure blew her nose. I had to stop her in process of doing my pedi, tell her twice to go wash her hands and use sanitizer, then finish my pedicure. Owner proceeds to do my gel manicure while I'm sitting in pedicure chair. It was rushed and very uncomfortable. She messed up my eyebrows terribly. I won't be returning to the salon. They did a terrible job. I had been frequenting them prior to Covid so went back. This horrible service cost me $185 read more

I was a little apprehensive after reading very mixed reviews but my daughter recommended it after I declined her first choice due to high pricing. I was very happy with this clean shop with plenty of parking. They were very busy ( Saturday) but I called and they took me right in. Reasonable pricing $25 pedi then I added mani for $10. My only complaint was the massage chair - I could not get it to do what I wanted lol and it kind of hurt... I really like massage chairs too but Mary did a great job on my feet and nice strong leg massage - I almost fell asleep! Grace made short work of my horrible cuticles and also very nice massage as well on shoulders and head while drying. My sister came to meet me for lunch and she got a quick mani - really looked good. I never felt rushed...but I bet I could also get in and out quick if need be. I'll be back and I hope to have the same experience. read more

I was afraid to go here after the bad reviews but honestly it was great. Amy did my matte black almond shaped acrylics and they came out amazing. I slammed my hand into a granite countertop and the tip of my thumb broke , but the acrylic did not budge or lift at all. That was entirely my fault but they fixed it free of charge . Jenny sculpted my nail to fix it and it looks like it never even happened. My nails feel really tough. They use the dip method for acrylic here which I wasn't used to but it came out awesome. Regular polish or gel, they do such a good job that the polish stays nice for over 3 weeks. PEDI: (4.5) As with the mani, they are quick and efficient if that is what you want. If you want the experience to last, they will take their time. WAXING: (4.5) This is the first nail salon I have ever gone to that does eyebrow waxing well. They have a small room at the back, with a large picture window looking out on the main room, where they do waxing. They always manage to do the job right, and I have received many compliments on the results. SERVICE: (5) Everyone, from the greeter at the desk to the girl doing your pedicure is very nice. Some are talkative, some are not, but they all care that you are happy with your service. A language barrier does not make someone rude. They also care about the general well being of their customers. I have witnessed the entire staff going out of their way to care for someone having a panic attack as well as someone just overwhelmed with stress. These are good, caring people. DECOR: (4) Overall the place is very clean and organized. The decor is ok. Kind of and oasis feel to the pedicure side and a modern salon feel to the nail side. I call td and the owner comes outside and is arguing with me and td saying it didn't go through on her end and to fight a dispute with td . If I could give this place 0 stars, I would!! Here is my story: I went with my friend to the nail place next to IHOP because Pure Spa was booked that day. My friend never had a pedi so I figured we can go there... never again! They were rough with my feet and I was burned by the foot covers that they put on my feet. They used the razor thing on my friend's foot. I have never seen that before and when I finally noticed what they were doing, they were done with my friend's foot. She didn't bleed, luckily, but they charged a lot more than Pure Spa and other nail places that I used to go to. NEVER AGAIN! The most stressful pedicure in my life! I called minutes before i went, asking if they would take a quick walk in for a manicure, no problem. The staff was very friendly, efficient, and did wonderful work in a short time. very professional. there were half a dozen or so other customers there getting work done and they all seemed happy and relaxed. Jenny, my technician, was fantastic and did a wonderful job. she was very pleasant and asked questions throughout the process making sure i was getting exactly what i wanted. the atmosphere is a little more business-y than relaxing, but it was still a wonderful visit, and the pricing was great. I have been to this salon many times now. When they are good, they are good but when they are bad they are BAD. Service is super inconsistent. When they are good, you get non rushed service, sweet employees and they do what is asked. You also usually get a message at the end of your service. When they are bad you get rushed services, nasty employees and no message. They also try and shove extra services down your throat. Also FYI avoid the woman named "Linda". She rushes you and doesn't do a good job even after an almost 30 percent tip. read more

Needing a simple manicure I stopped into Studio Nails as a first time visitor. When doing my cuticles, the woman cut my one cuticle enough to make it bleed until I got home. I should have gotten up and left, however I gave her the benefit of a doubt and stayed. She kept trying to "fix" my cut and I told her several times to please leave it alone. During the polish part, the French manicure that I received was not precise and very sloppy. I am severely disappointed with the service I received. Went in for a nail polish change and the girl was super rushed and was stabbing my toes with her nails to hold them in place while painting?? I watched and she did a sloppy job. Also $15 for a polish change?!?! That is so insane it literally takes 5 minutes. I called around town for pricing last week on a gel fill. $35 seemed reasonable and I wanted to try Studio Nails since it's close to my work. I made an appointment and was seen right away. Sarah who did my nails was courteous and worked hard to make the shape and length even and square. Sounds great right? Minus still being able to see some of my old polish under the new polish and 2 bleeding cuticles, the nails looked pretty nice. I went to check out and she rang me up as $45. I let her know I was told $35 on the phone. She then explained because I got GEL polish on my GEL fill there was an extra $10 charge! She is the one that gave me the basket of GEL colors to pick through after I asked where I should look. This extra charge was never mentioned during the process. Will not be going back! read more

They're not the friendliest, half of them speak no English, but they do a very nice job and that is really all that matters. Sarah does the absolute best gel manicure I've ever gotten from a nail salon (especially compared to the horrible nail salons in the area). They do a nice little massage while your nails are drying. Priced comparable to the other salons in the area, if you make an appointment they actually are ready for you right on time which is a huge bonus. read more

I would not recommend coming here. i got tips and a pedicure a week ago and it was a very painful experience. Not only was the lady rushed and quite rude, she painted my nails two different colors thinking I wouldn't notice! The employees are rough on the cuticles and I found myself bleeding many times. I was told they don't do acrylics only gels. I pressed them on this and they said yes, they do acrylics but gels are much better. I should have walked out at this point. I sat in the chair each time, which was only twice that I've been here, for over an hour. This shouldn't happen. My nails are average length, not long. I was so frustrated the 2nd time here, that I told her to put gel on my nails, I couldn't stay any longer. The gels lifted after 7 days. I'm looking for another salon. read more

This was the absolute worst place ever to get acrylics. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THEY WERE DOING. I have had the nails for not even a week and the nail polish started to PEEL off of my nails. I used crazy glue to glue the nail polish onto my nails. Two of the nails fell off for no reason. Just got loose and popped off. It was the biggest waste of money, and overpriced. Being last minute on christmas eve with my favorite place in mansfield being closed I decided to go to Studio nails. I called over the phone and spoke to Sarah and I know she answered the call because the whole time she was doing my nails she was answering calls. I made an appointment at 1, confirmed the location was near Ihop, and asked how much a acrylic gel set of nails would be. I was told 45. I asked if they could do ombré. She said yes. I get there and I'm told they can't do ombré so I picked out a color. I get Sarah and she tells me that "they don't do acrylic, only gel".. I was fine with that. She formed an extension using gel. When I put each finger in it hurt very bad and she processed to ignore me when I asked "is this normal!?" "why does this hurt so bad!" I got there at 1 and did not leave until 3:45. First of all she's almost finished and she thinks by forming with gel and telling me she doesn't have acrylic that she's going to get away with rubbing my back for 5 minutes and exfoliating my hands and CHARGE ME 70! I showed her picture of the shape. All I wanted was long narrow nails. My nails ended up being filed down way more than I wanted and extremely coffin and wide towards the nail bid. I basically got in a fight with Sarah towards the end telling her she's trying to scam people and gave her a 50$ bill and walked out. As I was in there for 2 hours and 45 minutes I listened to her change prices with other costumers as well and other costumers were complaining when their service was over and all of a sudden it was so much more expensive. My nails are different lengths from the fingers on the other hand and extremely sloppy for two hours and 45 minutes. I made eye contact with a young girl working for a good 10 seconds as she proceeded to pick her nose then work on a lady. Maybe some of the other works have skill but this place is ridiculous and Sarah will try to scam you. read more

Worst nail experience I have ever had! Not only did I wait 40 mins while my nail tech talked to a Comcast employee about their wifi, but my nails turned out horrible. They are over priced for a such a bad quality of work. One nail broke the next day, and most of the others chipped within the next two days. This was my first and last experience with this place.
