Fast forward 2 months. My mom wanted to use her certificate because she found out rather unexpectedly that she'd have to move out of the Tri-state area. I asked Elaine for her availability and she said that she typically books out three weeks in advance. However, she put my mom on the cancellation list and after a few cancellations, my mom was fortunate enough to make it into Elaine's Skin Studio three days before her move. Throughout all of these interactions, Elaine never showed an ounce of frustration or annoyance. She is truly a gracious individual who goes above and beyond for her clients, even her new clients! I called my mom after her facial, and she told me that Elaine was very friendly and knowledgeable. She remarked that the studio was pristine, cozy, and intimate, and that she immediately felt relaxed upon walking into the studio. She described the entire experience as peaceful and calming, and I'm so grateful for that since my mom had been in a frenzy trying to pack an entire house together in relatively short notice. Elaine also gave her some great suggestions to enhance her current skin care routine. I instantly found out the reason why is because my appointed was immediately sent confirmed to my iPhone, with the date, time and what I was having done. This is great! Again, everything was spotless! 'I COULD EAT OFF THE FLOORS." This is very important when choosing a wax place, and there's absolutely "NO DOUBLE DIPPING." The second thing I liked was she uses a type of BLUE HARD WAX. There are no strips to pull it off..Its great for SENSITIVE SKIN. The wax is kept at a perfect temperature and I never got red, like when they use the strips to pull off the wax. Sammy explained STEP BY STEP what she was doing, and music was playing in the background.. One thing that Sammy does that I found very interesting is she waxes the outer part of your nostrils ( there is a small charge.) The wax is molded into shapes this can only be done with hard wax.. I decided to try it.. I couldn't believe how much better I could breath.. I must say Sammy did a wonderful job and I am completely satisfied!!! My eyebrows look great! Sammy even explained what areas needed to let fill in.. Afterwards I decided to use her restroom that too was IMMACULATE! BARE BIZZ WAXING is the place to come for all your waxing needs..
