I've had two back to back bad experiences here, and I will not make the mistake of coming back…read more A couple weeks ago, I came in for a gel manicure and she proceeded to put what I thought was maybe a new/different base coat on. I didn't ask her since she didn't seem to speak English so I just went with it. When I went to pay the owner said $65 (but their gel mani price is $45) and I asked why. He told me it was for the builder gel base. I said I didn't ask for that. Then he started speaking with the girl who did my nails, and another girl sitting next to her. The other woman said "she said you insisted on builder gel" I told them I never said a word about builder gel. The owner said "fine we will charge you $50". At this point I was so done with being there and just paid it and left. Thinking this would be a one-off bad experience, I came in today for a pedicure. I was so disappointed. the girl never turned on the water...so she just cut my nails and painted them. I asked why no water and she said she would after cutting. But no water and the polish is on now. So weird!!

I routinely get compliments on how pretty my eyelashes are and everyone thinks they're actually my own! When I tell them they aren't, they are always surprised at how naturally beautiful they look. I have also had facials done several times and they made my skin look and feel much better. I'd do it more often if I had the time for it all. Diana is not only amazing at what she does, but she's incredibly friendly, gentle and efficient - I get in and out in a timely fashion. She is also beyond accommodating to my many last minute appointment schedule changes because of my work schedule. I can't recommend Babydoll Beauty Boutique highly enough!!

Do not go here under any circumstances!! Worst lashes I have ever had! The owner, Ashley Gambino,…read moreis highly unprofessional. I had lashes done on Friday. The lashes started falling out that night. By Wednesday, there were barely any lashes left. I took photos and sent them. The woman I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude when I let her know how bad the lashes were. Ashley refused to make it right and tried to blame me. She even threatened me with police action if I tried to dispute it with the credit card, which is an interesting business practice. She sent me a series of harassing texts and blew up my phone with calls. The length this woman would go to not do the right thing for a new client over $300 is astonishing. So unprofessional and very poor quality work. She responds with lies about how she offered to fix her disaster, but that's not true. I have the threatening texts and the repeated calls as receipts. It was sent to the credit card company. Only an unhinged person calls the police to intimidate a client posts negative feedback on bad service. That's not how a normal business operate. Go somewhere reputable. That's certainly not here.
