After coming in contact with The Body Dept on Instagram and studying all of their brow work, I decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did! 1. My brows looked incredible, perfect thick shape and clean crisp corners. 2. I have really sensitive skin and normally when I wax I break out in terrible hives. But her wax didn't cause me to react, when I brought it to her attention she uses special hypoallergenic wax because I'm not the only person who this happens to (huge win in my book) 3. On the day before my appointment, I had just returned from a business trip and realized that my appointment was a day away. I called and explained to the stylist, but they charged me for the appointment in FULL and put through several charges so that when I looked at my credit card statement there were five attempts. I had only been there once before so I would hope that a business trying to establish itself would make an attempt to accommodate its customers. Of course, the person I spoke with was a stylist not management which is Unfortunate for the owners who will definitely suffer as a result of this type of poor customer service. For the owner: Words to the wise: your customers pay your bills and support your business. Treat them with the same treatment you would want as a customer and you will be a success but if not your business will become your failure.
