I've recommended it to countless friends and never have I, nor any of those friends, come away with anything but wonderful things to say about the services and the highly competent staff. From the moment you walk in the front door, you'll realize that you're someplace special. The staff are caring, friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is fun - and yet, you know that, when it comes to customer satisfaction, they're all business. The service providers, are exceptionally well trained in various style and cut techniques - and the colorists are probably the best I've ever seen, anywhere. I used to travel into NYC for my cut and color. Since discovering the Bernard's Salon, I'm no longer having to travel so far to have a great hair day. Give it a try - your hair will be happy you did. I've been coming here for years, and always enjoy my trips here. Their service is wonderful and they out-do themselves every time I come in. I'm always kindly greeted and offered a cup of coffee, or water. Hats off to Eileen for always going above and beyond for every customer and making sure they are relaxed and comfortable. I have been going to LOREN for years she is truly a miracle worker!!! She is a master with thick, coarse, curly hair ! She listens to your needs and I was never disappointed . My hair looked so smooth and like real hair with movement and not the helmet hair look. The color and highlights were always right on, people would stop me and ask who did your hair. My husband also went to her and his problems were the opposite. Baby fine hair. He would not go to anyone else! Wow! I am new to The Bernard's Salon and on Friday I had a Brazilian Blowout/Keratin Treatment for the first time with Loren J. I have very thick, wavy, frizzy hair and always wished for straight, sleek, low maintenance hair...Loren promised me that she would give me just that. Well, today is Sunday and I have slept on my hair for 2 nights and it looks just as amazing as it did when I left the salon on Friday!! Had my make up and hair done here for my wedding February 28th. Couldn't have been happier, my hair came out just the way I imagined as did my make up. Leah did both and I'm so happy she did. The first time I went to the salon LynnAnne cut my hair and did an amazing job as well. My 2 bridesmaids and my mom got their hair done also by Lindsey and Stacy, make up by Leah and they were very pleased with the results. Karen cuts my hair and does my color. She is an expert at what she does. Karen is also wonderful person. I have never had anything except complete satisfaction with each visit. I know that even IF I did have a problem it would be dealt with in the most professional manner. Eileen , at the front desk , wrote the book on customer service. Before I came to The Bernard's Salon, I had my hair done in NYC. In all sincerity, this salon is as good as the salon I went to in NYC on 57th St. Each hair stylist is as good as the next. You cannot go wrong with any of them. They are all deserving of the 5 star rating I gave above. The colorists are outstanding and the cuts just about perfect. Today was my first time going to Bernard Salon and I had a wonderful experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. In particular, my hair stylist Loren Jefferey was amazing. She did a Brazilian blowout treatment on my hair followed by a fabulous cut. My hair feels super soft and voluminous. Loren is so sweet and bubbly- I felt so comfortable in her hands.
