I don't understand how a store can have a manager like that, she had absolutely zero respect for her employee. This isn't the first time i saw something like this at this walgreens. I have also heard that she takes items on sale and keeps them in the back so the customers are unable to buy them. I met another customer at the entrance with the same complaint who also called ahead. I wonder if the owner/management is aware that their employees leave work early. Are they getting paid for a full day's work? I hope not! When I worked retail, we were not allowed to lock up until closing time and we had to provide service to any customers remaining in the store. Then we were allowed close. After that we worked to clean and prepare for the next business day. That's how to run a retail business.

The whole experience felt uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I usually enjoy shopping at Ulta however this visit really missed the mark in terms of basic courtesy and professionalism. They're scammers !!! Don't buy your hair products here it doesn't matter if you follow their return…read morepolicy or if an item you're returning isn't listed as ineligible for cash/charge/refund they will refuse to give you any money back just store credit. Got scammed $84 returning 2 packs of leftover unused/unopened hair extensions that THEY have on their shelves, that said real human hair and they were in fact not real human hair extensions. Complete waste of a lot money and all I have is a store credit to a store I don't even shop at - only came to buy hair extensions to style my hair for my baby shower and couldn't even get the curl style I wanted with my hairdresser because they're fake, either synthetic or other material but the hair was breaking off the wefts and melting onto iron with heat..... I've purchased plenty of human hair extensions before without having issues to style, so they have products that aren't authentic and still have the nerve to refuse refunds in form of original payment. NO ACCOUNTABILITY, NO COURTESY, NOTHING!!!
