Very disappointing experience. I paid $165 for a pedicure and full set, in EVe nails and the quality was very poor. The technician, Rebecca, was rough and uncomfortable when handling my hands. My nails came out thick, uneven, with bumps and visible waves--the design looked messy and unprofessional. Also, I noticed other clients received shoulder and neck massages, but I wasn't offered anything. Definitely not worth the price. read more

Spent most my of my time at the nail salon today swatting flies because they refuse to shut the door and put on the air conditioning. Even in the heat and humidity of the summer there was so air on. I did inquire if it was working a few times and was told every time that it was most definitely working. So aside from the humidity, and flies the pricing has increased tremendously. My last visit was $131.00 for a gel mani and gel pedi. The color selection is limited- they have none of the new colors, nor can they do the new nail trends due to lack of materials (ie glazed donut nails, etc). This year they have had many clients start with lash extensions- however those doing it do not have esthetician licenses. The pedicures are rushed and terrible. The girls doing them talk more to each other than even acknowledge the customer! There is always a "party" going on in the break room. Cooking smelly foods, and loud laughing and discussing customers and their personal lives in Spanish. No one there subscribes to the belief that this is a service, and customers come to relax. A visit there is far from relaxing. If you are there close to the end of the day you get to be part of the max rush of the pedicure girls cleaning the whole place. So lost of cleaner being sprayed and vacuums, totally what I think of when I want to relax Sadly, this place used to be really good but has lost focus on providing a positive customer experience and keeping up with trends within their industry. read more

As soon as I walked into the salon, I was impressed with how clean and well-lit the entire place was. I had an aloe Vera jelly spa pedicure, and it was quite the experience. Strange, trendy, cool and nice. They have a large selection of gel polishes, and a fair amount of regular nail polish as well. One thing that was very strange to me was that although a certain woman began my pedicure, a second one finished it . They took me instantly I had originally been going to do a gel manicure but after seeing a couple of patrons' pedicures, I decided to get a pedicure as well. I had an appointment for 10:30 for 2 people, which were both ACRYLIC FILL INS. As we walked in they started my fill in which took an hour and a half due to her running around and helping the other workers with their customer. My sister was with me and when i called they told me i'd be 65 at most for a fill. they didn't start her until 11 and took almost 2 hours to complete her nails due to her taking all of her old nails off which did not need to be done. then proceeded to charge both of us $80. which yes our nails looked good but definitely not worth the wait and stress getting my nails done. read more

100% would recommend this place to anyone! When I walked in their covid procedures made me feel safe. I am a nail technician myself so I know when salons aren't clean but they used new files and buffers and all tools were properly sanitized and I saw the proper sanitizers to do so which made me really happy since most salon reuse files and buffers which is poor practice. My pedicure was amazing and the polish job is flawless! I have to get an extension on one toenail since it doesn't grow and honestly I'm shocked at how amazing it looks, a lot of salons can't get it right but this one did! My friend and I went to Eve Nails today for dip powder manis. We called and made a same-day appointment without a problem. I had a bit of a jacked up dip mani to get off before I could get to the actual mani part of the visit. My nail tech was extremely patient and friendly even though it took a lot of elbow grease and time to get through. It seemed like they just got into the dip powder business as they had limited colors and had to have lots of convos with each other about the process. I did have an issue where one nail wasn't fully dry, but they worked hard to fix it. Overall, it was a good experience and our nails look great. We were just visiting but would definitely come back. I went there for a full set manicure, with like the modern French tip look. I loved it! I think the lady technician who did my nails did really grade on the color and design, however one of my nails is quite crooked. In fact at the start of the appointment the lady put this same nail on extremely crooked to the point where she had to redo it, and it's still a little crooked. In the end it's not noticeable unless I hold them up all together for you to see. All in all I like my nails a lot but it was quite expensive. Typically I try to pay around 60-70 for tips but these were 85 minimum. But I love the color and way they came out and the lady was really gentle when using the cuticle clippers which was a big plus for me. I came here today for the first time because I purchased a Groupon for a gel manicure and pedicure. Everyone here is very friendly and the woman doing my nails took her time to ensure that they looked just right despite the fact that it was moderately busy. I'm so used to being rushed at nail salons so this was refreshing. Also the salon is small but clean, and they open sterilized packages right in front of you. They also use disposable liners in the pedicure tubs and disposable foot scrubbers, which I like. I would have given them five stars but they don't have a very big color selection. read more

Pedicure was fine here, no better than other places I've been to but I specifically went that week because clumsy me had walked into a board and broken the corner of my toenail so I thought they could wrap or glue it before it broke off entirely. I showed the nail tech and she even consulted with another employee but she assured me it was "fine" and just painted over it after filing it down a bit. Of course in a day or so you could see the line in the polish where it cracked and for the next two weeks I just kept putting clear polish on it to prevent it from lifting and catching on socks etc. Nothing else made this salon stand out, from all the reviews I expected it to be my new favorite, and with them not trying to fix the nail, I won't be returning. read more

Even if you're a walk-in, they try their best to accommodate you and are honest about wait times ( none of the - 5 minutes and an hour later you're still waiting!)
