Like they don't do every three weeks if you want you have to call only a couple days ahead and then it fills up because most people come at the same time. So while they do a good service, it's just gotten so frustrating that they aren't able to have more availability and that they don't let you schedule a longer time in advance.

The color selection is limited- they have none of the new colors, nor can they do the new nail trends due to lack of materials (ie glazed donut nails, etc). This year they have had many clients start with lash extensions- however those doing it do not have esthetician licenses. The pedicures are rushed and terrible. The girls doing them talk more to each other than even acknowledge the customer! There is always a "party" going on in the break room. Cooking smelly foods, and loud laughing and discussing customers and their personal lives in Spanish. No one there subscribes to the belief that this is a service, and customers come to relax. A visit there is far from relaxing. If you are there close to the end of the day you get to be part of the max rush of the pedicure girls cleaning the whole place. So lost of cleaner being sprayed and vacuums, totally what I think of when I want to relax Sadly, this place used to be really good but has lost focus on providing a positive customer experience and keeping up with trends within their industry.

The massage therapist listened to my specific needs and helped problematic areas of my head, neck and shoulders (since I get migraines). I was given the option for tea or water afterwards which was gladly accepted. My mothers nails were nicely done, but I hate to say they chipped just a couple days afterward. I also was disappointed she could not get a massage appointment close to mine and chose to get her nails done instead. It seems they have very few therapists on staff to do the massage appointments. Overall - I had a great experience, but I think there are definitely improvements to be made on the salon and spa sides.

My nails were filed down so much it started to burn and my cuticles started to bleed. The end result was bubbled thick gel mani. Pedicure was also painful. My nails are destroyed after removing the very thick gel polish. Took several tries to remove the gel polish using a combination of methods such as filing, soaking, and scrapping. I will not be coming back.
