I like getting manicure is done as well as eyebrow waxing and I like to get them every three weeks. The only thing is that I just don't like getting nail polish put on my nails I just like getting the other parts of the manicure. And they just cannot schedule you. Like they don't do every three weeks if you want you have to call only a couple days ahead and then it fills up because most people come at the same time. So while they do a good service, it's just gotten so frustrating that they aren't able to have more availability and that they don't let you schedule a longer time in advance.

I'd never been there before, the cost seemed high to me, but I didn't ask when I booked so that's on me. My manicure chipped in 24 hours. I drove home from the salon and packed, loaded a dishwasher and took a shower. More than one finger was chipped before I drove to the airport less than 24 hours after my manicure. This is a splurge for me. I'm retired and can't have this done as often as I'd like. I needed to get another manicure before the event I was attending in Santa Barbara California, at the cost of $40 + $5 tip. This manicure lasted 7 days before chipping.

Within the spa section, you really feel transported to a zen zone. I was happy to wait there, but then was left ten minutes once in my designated room for my appointment. The massage therapist listened to my specific needs and helped problematic areas of my head, neck and shoulders (since I get migraines). I was given the option for tea or water afterwards which was gladly accepted. My mothers nails were nicely done, but I hate to say they chipped just a couple days afterward. I also was disappointed she could not get a massage appointment close to mine and chose to get her nails done instead. It seems they have very few therapists on staff to do the massage appointments. Overall - I had a great experience, but I think there are definitely improvements to be made on the salon and spa sides.

My nails were filed down so much it started to burn and my cuticles started to bleed. The end result was bubbled thick gel mani. Pedicure was also painful. My nails are destroyed after removing the very thick gel polish. Took several tries to remove the gel polish using a combination of methods such as filing, soaking, and scrapping. I will not be coming back.

I asked for a manicure that would look thin on my nails and they suggested the hybrid. It came out looking like a thick overlay on my nails, and you can feel the coat is not even. I came next time and got this other woman who was SO POLITE, so knowledgeable, gave great suggestions. I really wish I remembered her name. She sat to the left of the cashier, where the original woman sat to the right of the cashier. I'll be back for the woman to the left! I can say though that their LCN Gel lasts me 3 1/2 weeks to a month & I'm rough with my nails. Inspo & what I got pics. The pink design was with the first nail tech. The teal was the 2nd.
