I truly enjoyed how she took her time and scrubbed my feet for more than 10 seconds! She was great. There was a little discussion between the workers, seemed like no one wanted to do the pedicure or nails, I arrived there at 5pm and they close at 7.Got sat for a pedicure and they also started on my nails. As the girl who started drilling my nails she had only done 2 and I looked and she had this weird rounded coffin shape done to my nails and they were extremely short. I guess she saw me looking like what the heck happened because my nails were a decent length and they were a sharp square. So she finally says "do you want them filed" and I said "just a little bit not too much". She proceeds to finish the one and they are completely short with a weird shape. I am not one to speak up during nail appointments but I was so disappointed, I asked her can you please make them square and she says "later". So I'm like ok maybe just trust the process. She does the other hand and walks away, I look at both my hands my left hand is now longer than the right and they are all completely different shapes, just literally anything but a sharp square. I asked for 2 white nails, 2 black, and one silver, and a heart on the ring finer. The manager showed me a heart sticker they could use and I was 100% ok with it. The girl sits me down after my pedicure is done and she's constantly asking if my nails were even (which they weren't at all) I even left with some of them still slanted because she just couldn't fix it. When she went to put the sticker one it took 45 mins and 5 other people to try and figure out how to do it, I told them that it wasn't a big deal but they just kept trying and let me leave with it messed up. Also during my pedicure the manager uncharged me to a spa pedicure that I did not ask for. I asked for a simple gel pedicure. Attached I have my nails that I walked in with and a picture of nails that I left with. I was told my service would be $57 for nails and $47 for pedicure, ended up paying $119 not including tip! i also did not leave the salon g until 7:20-7:30pm!!!!! I have never gotten both services done that took that long. I did not feel heard and I was not asked before shortening and shaping was done, along with asking me if I wanted a spa pedicure done, feel completely ripped off.

Basically I'll continue to get my hair cut from her wherever she goes! Her rates for cutting long hair is very reasonable( about $45). She's friendly and is able to cut your hair according to whatever style you want it to be. She also understands how to cut Asian hair! When you go, you'll get your hair washed first and then she'll style your hair. Make sure to tip the hair washer and the hair stylist separately!

My group of three went in for pedicures and ended up being charged $405, which was completely unreasonable for the services we received. We were encouraged to try a "gold package" pedicure listed at $95, and two out of the three of us agreed since it was a special occasion. We also chose gel polish. From the start, the experience was off. One staff member smelled strongly of marijuana, and unfortunately, that smell transferred onto one of my guests hands and feet after her service. While the staff were polite on the surface, there was constant upselling throughout the appointment, which became uncomfortable. The service itself was average at best. The polish was applied fine, but nothing stood out. We were supposed to receive a 30-minute massage as part of the package, but it only lasted about 15 minutes. I chose not to complain at the time because the quality didn't justify pushing the issue anyway. The biggest issue came at checkout. We asked to pay separately, but before we could even review the total, the employee took my guests card and processed a charge of $405 without properly showing or explaining the breakdown. When we questioned it, the charges did not add up: * We were charged the $95 package three times, even though only two people selected it * An additional $35 charge per person for gel was added, which made no sense since the price difference between a basic pedicure ($35) and a gel pedicure ($60) is only $25 * A $10 French tip charge was added once which was correct. * One person was incorrectly charged for a higher service they did not request that service should have been $55 not $95 When we tried to get clarification, the owner avoided giving a direct answer and was unwilling to explain the pricing inconsistencies. She just kept repeating it's a $35 upcharge that's what it it. Based on their own posted prices, our total should have been around $330 at most, yet we were charged significantly more. After arguing the charges, we were only refunded $40, which still leaves about $30 completely unaccounted for with no justification. To make matters worse, when I continued asking for clarification, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. I was told to "treat people with respect" while being spoken to in a condescending tone. I will admit I raised my voice toward the end out of frustration, but it came after multiple attempts to calmly understand the charges. Still do not have an answer where the rest of my money went. Another major issue: although they didn't realize it, I understand Spanish fluently and heard staff members speaking negatively about my group during the service. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since it had nothing to do with the services we were receiving. I even asked the owner to pull up my past visit history to show that I had never been charged this supposed $35 gel upcharge before but that was ignored as well. I've been there multiple times since the new owner and never was I charged an upcharge of that magnitude. Overall: * Pricing was inconsistent and not transparent * Services did not match what was advertised * Staff behavior was unprofessional * Customer concerns were dismissed I understand that everyone is working to make a living, but if you are going to run a business, it needs to be honest, professional, and transparent. Couldn't say this business was anything like that and I should have called the police. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. If you value your money and want to be treated with respect, I strongly suggest choosing a different salon. I will never go back here and I hope the karma they deserve gets back to them. I'm sure just by the way the owner was this wasn't the first time and she was upset she was confronted on the issue.
