Powder and leftover product were all around my fingers, my nails weren't properly buffed, and the overall finish was sloppy. I went back inside to have Fatima fix them but they still weren't right. Sam also tried to correct them, but unfortunately, the result was still unacceptable. Please look at the photo!! What's even more concerning is the decline in cleanliness. The salon simply does not feel clean at all. During my last visit, I saw a bugs crawling across the floor, and I've become increasingly uncomfortable with how the equipment is cleaned and maintained. My last pedicure left me feeling very uncomfortable about the sanitation. My daughter also developed what appeared to be a nail fungus after getting her nails done there, and I have serious concerns about whether the salon was a factor. I've been coming here for almost two years, so I considered myself a loyal client, not just another customer. That's why it was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to be allowed to walk out with my nails looking the way they did. Unfortunately, I will never return. I do not recommend this salon. I started doing some research and calling around to see what different salons would charge for a UV gel fill-in. My nails were in desperate need of being done -- the last time I had them done was literally two months ago . Most of the quotes I received were on the higher end. They were still less than what I had been paying at my previous salon, but you also have to remember to factor in tip, which adds up. When I called Victory Nails & Spa, their quote was lower than the others, so I thought, why not give it a try? What can go wrong? I made an appointment and decided to check it out. When I walked in, the salon felt clean, calm, and quiet, especially for a Tuesday at 3pm, which I really appreciated. I like to be able to relax, feel zen, and enjoy the full experience when getting my nails done. As soon as I arrived, Annie handed me the color books -- and wow, there were a lot of options. It took me a while because I am very indecisive, but Annie was extremely patient, which I was grateful for. Once I chose my first color, Annie got to work. She was gentle with my hands and very pleasant. She made some conversation, asking what I did for a living and where I lived, which I liked. What I appreciated most, though, was that she read the room really well. When she saw I was relaxing, she let me relax. When I talked or asked questions, she responded and engaged. That balance is exactly what I prefer -- I like to talk on my own time without feeling pressured. When it came time for polish, Annie put the color on one nail first and asked if I liked it, which I thought was great. After seeing it, I realized it was too neon for me. I wanted something softer and more muted, similar to "Pink Slippers" (a shade I remembered from years ago). She immediately went to find another option. The second color was closer, but she could see I still wasn't completely happy. Instead of getting frustrated -- and yes, I admit I can be a little picky -- she patiently brought another option. The third color was the one, and it came out exactly how I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience. Annie was patient, attentive, and clearly cares about making sure her clients leave happy. I will definitely be going back and would absolutely recommend Victory Nails & Spa to anyone looking for a good nail salon.

During the callus removal, the bottom of my foot began burning badly. I immediately told the technician that my foot was burning and asked if I had been cut. Although I wasn't cut, whatever was used on my foot clearly caused a very painful burning sensation. She then began massaging my foot, and I had to tell her to stop because my foot hurt so badly. What upset me most was her lack of concern. I would have expected her to check on me afterward and ask how my foot was feeling, especially after I had specifically told her that I was experiencing significant pain. She never did. I should have spoken to the owner before leaving, but at that point I was so uncomfortable and upset that I simply wanted to get out of there. having this service done for so many years, I found the entire experience very disappointing. The pain was bad enough, but the lack of concern afterward was what bothered me the most. I am not looking for a response or explanation from the owner. I simply wanted to make you aware of what happened and how disappointed I was with the way the situation was handled.

I've had bad experiences at other salons when nail techs either don't pay attention or don't care, and too many times I've had my skin buzzed. NOT fun! So yeah, I'm a bit traumatized. Anyway, he was super nice but I was crying and sweating so the wife stepped in. She was super nice and explained that the filing down was necessary and she didn't want my nails to get spoiled. When I arrived, they told me they had no record of my appointment and I had to wait 30 minutes. I showed them my confirmation, and the owner said their website "doesn't work." My question was: why is the website still accepting appointments? After waiting 30 minutes, I received the pedicure. When I went to pay, I was charged $30 instead of the $28 price shown on my confirmation. When I pointed out the discrepancy, I was told the website had a mistake. It's not about the $2. It's about the wasted time, inaccurate information, and lack of apology or accountability. If your website doesn't work, take it down. If your prices change, update them. Customers shouldn't have to deal with these discrepancies. Unfortunately, this was not a good first impression, and I hope the owner corrects these issues so others don't have the same experience.
