The place is good but Beware as what is portrayed on the board does not always reflect what is charged. They say there acrylic fill set is 60 but it is only if you have no color on your nails . I'm in town visiting family and thought I'd stop to get a gel mani and pedi. The receptionist is very nice but the other staff made me so confused as they just jumbled me and others around. Their nail palettes were also just a jumbled mess. The girl who did my nails didn't say one word. She also cut me twice, which I'll be watching closely to make sure I don't get an infection. Her filing was painful and when I said something she just ignored me. She started painting my nails and did an awful job of getting them fully covered and even. If you look closely you'll see different variations of the color due to the different amount of polish. When we were done my nails still felt gummy but I assume it's because of the brand they use. I then got shuffled to get my pedi. I told her three times I wanted a gel pedi...def did not get a gel pedi. Also I don't feel like I got the best service as she barely scrubbed my feet. This nail salon is absolutely appalling. My experience was a nightmare and such a burden. You walk in and someone expeditiously greets you. That's a positive! The interior was okay, but inexpensive decor and furniture. Nothing really matched so it gave off a unstable feeling from poor interior design. Not really a positive because they give off the " high end salon" vibe. The receptionist is such a sweetheart and had a great smile, that will boost your mood, but I got a highly strung vibe off her, like she was concealing from customers. The head woman was impolite, disrespectful, and insincere to some customers. Although, she may have been having a bad day. That's no excuse, leave your problems at the door and be professional in your place of work. We as the customer depend on you to give us a good experience. She was to assertive toward her customers, and very dominant with her "bad" ideas for my nails, even though i kept saying what I want. I was told to sit with a young woman. She wasn't the head woman. She was actually very kind, and listened to what I wanted. She was doing my nails exactly the way I told her too and I was happy. Until the same head woman took over, and told my lady to go to someone else. I tried telling the head woman what she was working on but she very rudely ignored me. I mentioned I wanted my nails long and she started cutting them short. When I spoke up " that's too short." She looked up and replied with an attitude " Don't tell me how to do my job." Okay well, you're running this salon like it's a game of musical chairs, and that's fine. I respect how you want to run your business, but if I'm paying you a lot of money for nails, please listen to what I want because your prices are high. I'm 23, and I have rent, bills, and a car to pay for. We don't all come from money, there are people that work hard and can't afford your blunder service. She was so rude, and it was actually embarrassing. While they were putting gel on my nails, air pockets kept appearing and the head woman kept blaming me. The light from the dryer was too hot, and hurt my hand. The dryer was very compact, so it was hard to even fit my hand in it. Maybe I wasn't the issue. Maybe it's because you're too irrational to admit you should have spent more money on your dryers. My experience with the nails is dreadful. Well, turns out my nails aren't waterproof. When I took a shower my nails bubbled with massive pockets of air, faded in color, and chipped a lot. I couldn't believe how deficient my expensive nails are. Quick review for whom ever: The good: The receptionist is nice. The interior is decent, clean. The Bad: expensive, poor communication, lack of attentiveness towards customers, they lie, two-faced, painful not gentle with your hands, cheap material (nails didn't even outlast a week, they claim a month.) I will not recommend this place to anyone. I just want my money back and never look back. I'm really considering leaving this review on Facebook, Instagram, and twitter. This place is so bad, and I feel horrible for anyone that has trusted this salon and had a bad experience. I'm certainly, not the only one and thank you to the people who spoke up. This place needs new ownership or professional help. I wish everyone at Endless Nail Salon in New Providence, NJ the best of luck. Please get your act together. You're running a business. I am very disappointed with the quality of service I received at Endless nails. I purchased the gel mani and reg pedi combo last week thinking the service would be adequate based on the seemingly clean and welcoming exterior. Boy, was I wrong! My gel mani and reg pedi started to peel with the first couple of days! Typically a gel mani should least at two; although, I've had excellent jobs done that lasted up to 4 weeks. Now a week into the mani, several of my nails are completely peeling and I now have to premature remove my gel mani. I don't know if this is due to the use of low quality products, service, or both, but my advice to management to double down on delivering quality service. As a working professional new to the Summit area, I had high hopes for this salon to become my new "go to spot" as it is quiet convenient or considerably clean. Unfortunately, I will not be returning due to the low quality service received, especially for the price. P.S. I paid $25 for my gel mani and $27 for my reg pedi. I got a dip manicure at this place about a month ago and after a few days it started to chip off. I decided to give this place another try today because it's close to my house and it's hard for me to make time with a baby at home. I didn't need for my nails to be soaked because the dip powder from my last manicure had already come off completely. While doing my nails, the tech used the electric file to trim my cuticles but she trimmed too close to my skin causing my cuticle to bleed. Another woman who I would assume was the owner came over while the tech was doing my nails and told her she was filing the powder incorrectly and had her refile them, but the tech left 3 nails the way they were so I'm sure the polish will be coming off again this time as well. I mentioned the bleeding to the owner as I went up to pay because I was still bleeding on my way out. She told me that skin gets dry in the winter and that's why my cuticle was bleeding. I told her that I felt the tech trimming them improperly, and that it actually hurts, and she rudely told me that the tech has been working there for at least 10 years and knows what she is doing I guess this was my fault for expecting a proper manicure in the winter time. read more

I decided to try Endless Nails for the 1st time on Thursday because I don't get a full 2 weeks out out my gel nails with my regular nail tech. So on Thursday I went in to Endless Nails and spent $45 (tip included) on a gel manicure and by Friday my nails were peeling and cracking and my exposed nails were breaking low. I had an event on Saturday and was busy through the holiday weekend. On Tuesday morning I sent a message on Facebook with photos of my nails and received a response back from Endless Nails apologizing and said that they would redo my nails. So I went in after work today Thursday to make an appointment. To my shock and dismay, the woman at the front desk was very rude and didn't believe me that I had my nails done there and treated me as if I was trying to scam them. I showed her my nails and had her read the message on Facebook. Reluctantly, she finally agreed to book me with someone. I asked her please book me with someone experienced as that was the reason I was trying out this salon in the first place. She told me "everyone is equally experienced" and I showed her my nails again. I told her I'd rather have someone experienced otherwise I'd go back to my regular place and spend extra money fixing the poor job that I got at Endless Nails. So the woman at the front desk told me to leave and go back to my regular salon. I left and went home to respond to the Facebook message. Unbelievably they now blocked me on Facebook. I'm just stunned at the poor quality of gel manicure and I'm even more stunned at the response by the employee at the front desk and whoever blocked me on Facebook. I would imagine that this is not the owner but an employee. I'm sure the owner has integrity and is part of the community- and probably the one who wrote the initial message on on Facebook offering to fix my nails. So this message is to the owner - I wasted $45 on a shoddy gel manicure that didn't even last 2 days and then treated as if I was a scammer and told to get out. So customers- beware. read more

I called ahead of time to find out if they have chrome and they didn't have most of the colors.
