This place is okay in a pinch. When other nail spots are full or I haven't had the chance to make an appointment earlier in the week, this is my go-to spot. The ladies who do the gel nails do a great job. They have a ton of Shellac, OPI Gel, and Perfect Match colors to choose from. My pedicure experiences had been so-so. The first time I went, I had the only Hispanic woman who works there. She was more concerned with her cell phone than doing a good job (my nails were crooked and the polish was everywhere on my skin). I've had another woman do my toes and she was ok. The water was rather lukewarm and I felt there weren't many regular polishes to choose from (their polish wall lacked a lot of new or recent selection). She also used a nail file to remove some of my toenail polish and that HURT. They use plastic pedicure liners in their tubs, which I think keeps it fairly clean minus some crumbs in my armrest. Plus, they have a TV with awesome daytime TV playing. read more

First time I went here, the work was good. I forget who I went to, but it took too long just for a gel mani. But I went a week ago and I went to Lisa, I assume she's the owner. The was much faster and used a generous amount of gel polish. Not skimpy like a lot of other salons. The prices are more though. I paid $40 and she said she gave me a discount. It's because the area is more expensive. Regardless, they are very nice and do a good job so I paid it lol. read more

The formula of my polish wasn't as opaque as I wanted but they did the best they could to make it opaque. With all the salons in and around Warren - go somewhere else. Went in for a pedi after work and was given such a rush treatment, they didn't get all of the old polish off, and didn't do a thorough cuticle treatment and overall a sloppy service. This was a standard pedi and at $25 - not money well spent. Try and skip this place if you can. read more

I decided to try this place out after finding some time to get my nails done. The service is fast and nice. The technician explained what she was doing and why. My old gel color came off fast so I was happy I didn't have to wait long. The color application was clean with no visible brush strokes. The only reason I gave it 4 and not 5 is due to the fact that I didn't think the trimming of my cuticles was clean enough. There were still some stragglers sticking out after I left. I would go back again to give them another chance and see whether that changes my initial review of them. read more

Just got back from having a gel manicure and pedicure. As always they did an excellent job Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I am not good with colors and they are always very helpful to me when it comes to picking out a color. They seem to know what I like and what will look best too. One thing I noticed today is that in the foot spa tubs they now have disposable liners. This is just an extra step they take in making your pedicure safe. And the best perk? The little massage at the end of your treatment. That is wonderful. All in all I give them a great rating and can recommend them highly. read more

I've only got regular manis there but for 10 bucks the service is everything and then some, and by then some I mean in addition to a great manicure you also get a nice and relaxing 1 min back massage while your nails are drying. I went to this salon with my mother and 5 y/o Daughter. Upon arrival it seemed like a nice environment. We were greeted and asked what services we wanted. Manicure for my mom, polish for my daughter and nail removal and full set for myself. My mother was seated and started her manicure as myself and my daughter continued to wait. Then came a walk in customer who was taken before the both of us. She was started and then they got to me. The lady started my nails and then in the middle of services told me that I was going to take too long can I come back at 3:10 (which would've been 2 hours from the time I was there) that alone was extremely rude as I am a paying customer. In came more clients who was seated again before my daughter. I went to see how my mother's manicure was turning out so when she showed me her hand that wasn't even being serviced at the moment her nail tech rolled her eyes and threw her head back as if she was extremely bothered. With the unprofessionalism, rudeness, and also not rendering services to my 5 year old we left and needless to say I did not return at 3:10 pm. One more bit I would like to add is myself and my family are indeed African American and residents in Warren. I truly believe this salon is racist and we were treated unfairly in comparison to the other clients that entered the salon. We will never return or recommend anyone else to this salon. read more

I went to this salon on someone else's recommendation. The mani/ pedi was mediocre. They were nice but not very attentive. As I waited for my nails to dry I asked for a brow wax and they said "just a few minutes" I waited 20 minutes and had not been helped. Then another customer walked in, requested a brow wax and was immediately taken in. She looked at me and told me to wait a few more minutes. She finished that customer's wax and proceeded to completely ignore me. I will not recommend this salon. read more

When we arrived I was told by Lisa the salon owner that Grace would not be able to take care of both of us. I was very annoyed. I spoke to Lisa when I made the appointment.
