Coco did my pedicure. This review is not reflective of her specifically- she is very sweet. This place is extremely overpriced. I don't mind paying more if what you're getting is worth the price. This salon is not it. Peter (who wasn't wearing a name tag) I believe is the manager or owner. He acts like he's doing you a favor as soon as you step foot into the salon. Perhaps he needs a new career. He made the experience rather unpleasant with his demeanor and inability to be polite. I was disappointed with my experience. The salon itself is clean, modern, and well-maintained, but unfortunately the service did not justify the price. I received a basic pedicure ($38), and the service felt very rushed. There was minimal scrubbing or foot care, and the entire pedicure took about 15 minutes. While I was trying to choose a nail color, the technician hovered over me and repeatedly suggested random colors rather than giving me a moment to decide. For the price, I expected a more thorough and relaxing experience. The quality of service felt more comparable to a quick walk-in nail salon than a full-service salon. The facilities are nice, but I left feeling that the overall experience was not worth the cost. Won't return. read more

I visited this salon while in town with my cousin for a mani/pedi. They kindly fit us in within an hour and a half. Very clean, nice place. Pricing was a bit high , but since we had other plans nearby, we decided to go ahead for convenience. The staff was friendly, but nothing beyond what I'd expect from any other salon. The service took almost 3 hours, far longer than any other nail appointment I've ever had. While the results were nice, the technicians took much longer than necessary, and my cousin and I were seated on opposite sides of the salon, making it impossible to enjoy the experience together. While I was sitting alone, I had the pleasure of exchanging contacts with a sweet woman next to me. She ended up leaving an hour before us. Check out ....There were supposed to be some discounts and specials applied to our service as that is what , Peter had said as we were walking in the door. Upon checkout , I chose to withdraw cash due to signs and Peter heavily encouraging it to both my cousin and I. There conveniently was an ATM right next to the register. He did not provide a receipt or tell me the final amount until after the withdrawal from the ATM was made. No discounts were applied but I did not argue it or say anything. When I paid, I gave a 20% tip, which I thought was reasonable. Later, I received a message from the lovely woman I had met at the salon, saying she had left me a blessing with Peter to apply toward my bill, encouraging me to pay it forward. To my dismay, Peter never mentioned this "blessing" and kept it for himself. When asked about it, he claimed I hadn't tipped enough, and therefore he applied the blessing to the salon/staff. I am deeply disappointed by this lack of honesty and integrity. A blessing left with the intent to spread kindness should never be weaponized or withheld. While the staff may seem nice, and the prices are visibly high, the real issue is the lack of transparency and integrity. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I hope others take this into account when considering this salon. I do not wish any ill will on this business and the hope is that they do better! I hope whoever responds to this post does not show lack of accountability or give excuses for this behavior. read more

Everything could improve. Took two hours for a mani-pedi. One hand was not finished with a top coat. Asked for glitter on two nails and did not get it. Overpriced! Never again! read more

Working in customer service so I don't usually get to treat myself but I'm happy that I chose Spa Pedicure #3 dream. Perfect amount of time and the 10 min foot massage included in it was delightful. I went in here looking to get a dip powder manicure. Jessica did my nails and she did a great job, and her attention to detail was great. I went in for a second manicure and wasn't able to walk in so had to make an appt for another day. I did get a crack in one of my nails a few days later and they fixed it for free since I was within 1 week of the manicure. Everyone is nice when I go in and they have relaxing spa music playing which is nice. I'd def recommend! read more
