Best nail salon I've been to! Well run, nice people, lots of nail techs (especially on the weekend). I did have an apt, but I didn't really see anyone waiting. It's very busy in here, but everyone is moving. They have a lot of color options and they seem to do any service you would need (dip, UV gel, gel extensions, etc). Oscar was awesome for my UV gel - I did chrome pink. He pays attention to detail and takes his time to make sure he fixes any imperfections. Such a great salon!!! I've been coming to this salon for a while now and have always had great experiences, which is why I was a bit surprised this time around. The technician I had was very polite, but the whole appointment felt extremely rushed. They called to change my appointment time, which wasn't a huge deal, but during the manicure itself, the polish was left streaky, I had a few cuts around my nail beds, and no lotion was applied--leaving my hands quite dry. After only about 3 minutes at the drying station (this was regular polish), I was told I was good to go. I tried to be careful, but just pulling out my wallet smudged a nail right away. I totally understand that salons can get busy, and again, I've had consistently great service here in the past, so I'm hoping this was just an off day. Kiki could not do a French manicure/pedicure to save her life. Told her it was crooked many times to which she kept making worse and would just add on additional nail polish. Asked her several times to fix or start fresh again to which she just brushed off and continued to add more nail polish making it thick and uneven. Was so fed up after 2 hours that I went home and removed it myself. Absolutely disappointed as this was the time I had allotted before leaving for vacation. Front desk had no sympathy either and refused to take anything off the price. Had to argue to try to get any money back. So disappointed. read more

I've been coming here for over a year and only seeing Stephany who has done my nails beautifully and perfectly every single time. I would not go to any other nail salon and I travel over half an hour just to come here for a dip manicure by Stephany. I've only been here once, but I'm impressed! Located conveniently in the shopping center with Kohl's and Weis supermarket. Booked a Monday-Thursday special for a gel manicure and regular pedicure for $55 online via their website. Super convenient way to schedule an appointment! But if you have to cancel or reschedule, just know you have to call as there is no way to modify your appointment online once it's booked. The prices here are more than I used to pay when I lived in Parsippany, but I've noticed in my research that this price is pretty standard around here. The salon is very clean. My nail tech was very quiet during my mani/pedi, but she was courteous and did a good job. They also have a great selection of nail polish colors! They even use hot stones during a regular pedicure which is so nice. Highly recommend if you're in the Hillsborough area :) read more

I can't believe the horrible experience I had . First of all , the technician did not understand what nail polish I requested . But worse ... no other technician offered to help . I was on crutches ... so after several back and forth I had to find the polish I requested . The technician did not understand "marshmallow " A common Essie polish . I had to go to front desk ( on crutches ) tk ask someone to help me . Manicure was terrible . They asked Me To move to drying station after manicure.... On crutches? I finally had to move bc the customer next to me needed to use the little dryers at the technicians station . My manicure was ruined. No one cared. At one point my crutches fell and nine of the employees helped . A customer walked over to help me . These people are rude and unprofessional. read more

they made me pay 80 dollars and fined me 3 when they didn't give me what I asked to the tea. I showed them the picture of what I wanted (the people at the desk and the person doing my nails). Similar but sloppy, I went home to inspect and there were little infractions everywhere it's like the finishing polish had some mixed blue glitter on it too which isn't ideal to what I initially wanted (a simple French with a milky white base). There is slight bubbling, un painted edges, and builder gel not closely enough towards my cuticles. The individual doing my nails didn't even have gloves on and when cutting my cuticles cut directly above them. My sister went to this establishment before me and had told them that all she had was 60 and they had given her the same treatment. My mistake had not initially asked for a price or a set price that I had knowing what the work looked like. I am very disappointed, I was hoping for great results for my birthday the following week. Nevertheless I tipped 15 dollars and I stayed polite throughout I'll give it to them because it's Christmas time (which hadn't been acknowledged until I looked at the woman who did my nails). read more

Beginning with the receptionist, I realized that this was going to be a great experience. There is always a helpful and kind greeting. My regular nail tech recently moved salons and her new one is about an hour away, so I was trying to find a new one closer to where I live. I tried this place twice, first with Yuki and then with Su, and both were for acrylic fills with gel polish and both were bad experiences but this recent one was honestly mortifying. First off, I booked with Sophia but was moved to Su without being told. When I checked in I even stated I was seeing Sophia and no one said anything about this tech NOT being her (she was not wearing a name tag), and I booked with Sophia for a very specific reason as she had amazing reviews and I wanted an experienced tech. I showed Su a nail inspo from Instagram, and she immediately said she could not do it. Not an issue, I showed her a new one (a nude with gold leaf pieces scattered through out), also a no. After she said no to the second one she then back pedaled and said she could do the first one (a chrome to cat eye ombré). The full went fine, but my nails were left extremely bulky and bulbous looking. After that was the really uncomfortable part. She attempted to do what I had showed her, and was clearly struggling very hard, so I offered to pull up the video on Instagram for her which she said yes to. She tried to imitate what the video showed but to no avail. Another stylist, Allen, was nice enough to try and guide her but she refused to listen to his advice, and after over thirty minutes of trying said she could not do it. She originally said no so I don't know why she said yes after and wasted not only her time but also mine. The entire time she was trying multiple other techs came over and would just stare and then mumble something to her and walk away. It was a terribly uncomfortable and mortifying experience. I felt like a circus animal being spectated. I eventually just got a nude set with a chrome French tip, but she seemed to struggle with this as well, as on multiple nails she didn't apply the chrome base far enough up and had to do a second coat which left very obvious ridges. I honestly almost just asked to leave after the nude was applied and now wished I had. This entire thing took 1 hour 45 minutes. I paid $68 and tipped $30 because I felt so horrible at how long it took her and just wanted to go home and cry because the staff treated me caused me to feel like a nuisance for wanting a decent manicure. It's been two days since I got my nails done and they're already peeling and look like awful little jelly beans. I tried to call and request a refund as the entire experience from start to finish was horrible, but was told the best they can do is give me a free refill with a different tech, but after how this went I absolutely never want to go back and feel like that again. read more

After going for three months. With out issues. Last week I went for a refill one of my nails chipped while sleeping. I went in the second day after I got my refill. Instead of removing the whole tip the technician only replaced what was missing. Now while on vacation It chipped again ‍. Worst experience getting waxing done. This one person Lyn was rough waxing entire face. Specifically said not to touch eyebrows toward end but she waxed off my partial eyebrows. And the wax was extremely burning hot that she kept applying and would just yanked it off. Wasn't gentle at all. My skin is burned with the hot wax and yanking as she may have pulled my skin with it. Still didn't do whole face and got charged $44. I've gotten waxing done there with two different ladies before with no issues. They just should not have folks that can't understand or speak English working on customers. Also the front desk person should have patience and be friendly. This new one they have now is quit impatient and always pissed. So far with Mani/Pedi who I go to have been very good. read more

I just had the worst "pedicure" I have ever received in life. Firstly, my appointment was for 4pm, but my actual pedicure didn't start until 4:17. The individual giving the pedicure was named Jennifer and her technique was novice to put it mildly. I felt like an inexperienced child was working on my feet and it was frustrating. She rushed through every single step of the process. At some point, I decided to speak up and let her know that I didn't appreciate the rushed work being done. I am not used to pedicures that last 20 minutes. My feet barely got a chance to soak in the water and that explains why the bottom of my feet look untouched. Long short, it was a disaster. I cannot in any way recommend this place. This was my second time visiting and although the first time left much to be desired, I figured I would give them another try. Never again. If you have time and money to waste, feel free to pull up. But if you are uninterested in making donations to this business, do your research and find another place to go. read more

Well...I'm obsessed! This was my first time getting gel extensions here and they exceeded all of my expectations. I worked with Sophia and not only was she super sweet, she took extra care and time with me to ensure I get the exact nail shape and design I wanted. Nice modern updates, and has a nice spa like feel when you go in. Great selection of colors and the massage chairs look pretty néw and super comfy. They do the hot stone pedicure massage too! I really enjoyed my visit there. They charge an extra $1-3 for using your credit card so bring cash if you can. Amount is determined off total price or tab. I had an appointment with Sophia today for full gel set. It was super easy to make an appointment online and when I got there Sophia was ready. I asked for a very specific nail length and shape which takes longer to do so Sophia told me upfront how much extra it was. Not the most consistent with nail services. I've been here 5 times in the last year and the only reason I keep coming back because 1) the place is clean. 2) it's easy only reservation. 3) it's huge so last minute reservation are not a hassle. But besides the 3 reasons above, each time I have had gel mani chip in 2-3 days of getting them done. The problem is, I have never been able to go back to get it fixed coz each time I got my nails done, I would go off to a work travel or vacation in the next day or 2. Not dependable at all.
