I made my appt online for just a basic pedicure, I didn't need anything fancy. So far everyone was friendly. I was greeted when I arrived and was shown to the booth bath chair as soon as I picked my polish. From the looks of this place, it would make a cute spot for a girls day or maybe even for a bridal party to get their nails done. The basic pedicure allows you to pick a scent for the foot scrub (I chose lavender), foot massage, hot stone massage (in my opinion wasn't very hot). The water was hot but that was fine for me since I like my water like that, but could be a problem for someone else. While I waited for my polish to dry I also got a light shoulder massage that was nice. I can say that if you're coming in for a basic pedicure, this place is great. I would recommend to others to try them out. I can't speak for manicures or how well they design them but i may come back to try it out.

Not because the explanation changed anything about my experience, but simply because he called me. I felt heard, and that made a difference. I no longer feel like I might have to find another nail salon. And when I make my next appointment, I will understand better what to expect.

It had all the necessities (TVs, massage chairs, and of course, nail gels) but nothing above and beyond. Quiet, homey, maybe even a bit outdated. But I felt peace. Almost dozed off between hearing the water trickle of the foot spa machine and feeling the warmth of the towel rubs. I don't get nails done often enough to have an experienced opinion, but I just needed a simple color and this place is perfectly simple for it. I thought it was because its a lengthy process, its actually because she doesn't know how to do it. Both myself and my mom came and are extremely unhappy. The nail is so thick it hits my phone when typing. I have seen dip nails before, they are not this thick. She filed my skin constantly instead of the nail. When mentioning that the nails are way too thick, we were told thats how it is, and at least in two weeks when it comes off our nails will be healthy. We both got a gel pedicure and the quality of my nails came out great. The pedi was pretty basic, no massaging or hot stones, which I guess I've become used to at other salons. I also received a gel manicure and my tech kindly repaired one of my broken nails prior to painting. I definitely plan to return for a new color when it's time, but I do have to dock a star since one of my tootsies was cut during my pedicure.
