I was hoping for a more detailed pedicure, especially since I don't use polish, and I ended up needing to finish some of the work myself at home. The price was decent, but I wish I had known ahead of time that services like detailed cleaning and callus removal are considered add-ons and cost extra. Overall, this would be a good option if you're looking for basic maintenance, but for a more detailed pedicure, clearer communication upfront would have made a big difference.

Every single nail was chipped and peeling by that night and I had a party. I would never go back again! They should have called me back and offered a credit or a new manicure.

Carina was my stylist and she did a wonderful job with my hair. I have pretty long hair and just wanted to get my split ends trimmed. She patiently listened to my request and made sure she wouldn't chop extra hair. Most salons charge extra if the hair is longer than shoulder length but SAFFIRE DOESN'T. I also got a 'glaze' done which was only $15 if you use Groupon for your main service. Regular price is about $30 I think. So in total I paid $45 for a haircut, glaze, shampoo and blowdry and that's a steal. Also, Carina was kind enough to run and add coins when my car parking time was expiring since I had product in my hair. They have a cute coffee station with coffee, cookies and other cold beverages. I was surprised with a small goodie bag as a new client. The bag had a hair serum and 2 discount coupons for future services. Overall, I had a great experience from the moment I walked into the salon till I left. I highly recommend this salon. Ask for Carina. She's sweet and the best!

I told her the friction was burning my nails and my skin and she gaslit me into thinking you cannot use acetone for gel x. I told her to atleast be gentle with my nails because it's hot and it burns and her response was "if you can relax I can if not then idk what to do". Not only did she not give me a design I like, she completely botched my nails. She did not remove my gel x nails, filed them down till my natural nails at the end were super thin, kept half of the gel X and preceded to give me the worst, crooked nails. It looks like a child did it. I asked for round shape nails and she used an e-filer to even do that. She claims these look like steel but they are dark as hell and had the audacity to say No to me when I asked for more chrome. She put gel all over my cuticles and skin and it burned me throughout. I asked multiple times to clean up since it was burning me and she refused to clean up. She then filed my skin to get rid of the cured gel. I'm attaching the picture of what I wanted vs what I got. I'm extremely disappointed with this service and this was money straight down the drain. DO NOT GO!!
