I had one session that was relatively painless with great results, after 3 days recovery when my face was just red, my enlarged pores appeared lot smaller and overall skin was rejuvenated and glowing. Doctor is very knowledgeable and professional with great patient care. Office staff is also very friendly. Easy to schedule appointments. Will be going back to finish the recommended amount of session for my skin type for both laser hair removal and laser rejuvenation.

I really do love the Asian massage places and actually prefer them over the large chains that mention membership while rubbing your back. Honestly not much English is spoken, but that's fine because there does exist a mutual understanding. But in this case, it seemed like there was a mutual mis-understanding. The price list said that $60 was for 60 minutes, $90 was 90, etc. I chose 90 minutes and asked if I could use my debit card. They said yes, but it would be an additional $7 charge. I figured fine, I was in pain. It was an ok massage, definitely nothing special, but when I tried to communicate with her she really, really didn't understand what I was saying. So I gave her what I thought she deserved as a tip (I'm usually a great tipper, but also fair), and she shook her head and told me that for a $97.00 massage, she wanted twice as much. I think she understood the expression on my face when I walked out.

The brow threader did precisely what I asked for. It was quick and painless. Word of advice about threading: Not all threaders are the same. Some pay attention to detail and others are careless, and even answer their phones while working on you. If this occurs, stop them. Before you sit in their chair, take a little time to observe them and explain what you want in a very uncomplicated way. This should give a better result. :)
