I started going to Susan in 2014 and I am still going to her to get rid of my facial hair. Being an Indian I am bit on the hairy side. I started Laser treatment couple of years back but after I would say 3yrs I started noticing my facial hair coming back and also on areas like neck where it never used to be. I have been to other electrolysis over the years for facial hair removal and I think Susan is the best of them all. Her equipment is top notch and not painful like my other experiences. She is always on time, very professional, and the office is clean. A couple of years ago (I'm 62 now) I noticed some long white chin hairs, but I couldn't pluck them even with a magnifying mirror. I also had new dark and white upper lip hairs, etc. A friend recommended Susan and she was able to give me appointments very early in the morning so I could still get to work on time. Throw out your tweezers ladies! I've been receiving treatments from Susan for under a year and the results are fabulous. I started appointments on a weekly basis which quickly reduced to bi-weekly, every third, now just once a month for minimal maintenance. Susan is always on time, thorough, and efficient. Susan is knowledgeable, efficient, prompt, and also very kind. I came to Susan after years of struggling with very coarse hairs on my chin. Due to an underlying medical problem which caused the excessive hair, I also have sensitive skin which became raw from daily tweezing. Susan has been awesome. I got electrolysis several years ago in a different state but still had some hair so I tried laser hair removal on my face and other sensitive areas, little did I know, it had the opposite effect on the peach fuzz causing several dark course hairs.
