It is hard to find a place where…read morethey also treat darker skin tones well and take the time to explain all the procedures step by step. Everything is tailored to your needs and you and the doctor discuss the right amount of treatments for the best results. I have been going back here several times already and each time I was treated wonderfully. After the first treatment I already saw results but by the third you clearly see so much improvement that you wonder why you didn't go here earlier. The pain from the procedure is minimal(I did my neck) and the aftercare steps are very clear. The place is of course licensed and won awards before which you can see for yourself when you go in. Very clean place. Dr. Ram and the staff are so caring and welcoming, that I will always go to them for other procedures which they provide a wide range of. Go check them out Update: It has been a couple more months now and my neck still has no hair in the spots treated. Well worth the money in my opinion, the hassle of shaving it every morning was tedious and very hurtful with the razors, it pays for itself in the long run. I am certainly going back a few more times though to continue the rest of my treatment, just been on vacation so wasn't able to get my last one in time. The crew is very helpful with working with your schedule and fitting you in on certain days which I am very thankful for. Many deals and payment options for the laser hair removal as well, and if it is your first time, certainly try it out, it is cheaper and very effective. You can stop whenever but you won't after you see the results so quickly. Be a better version of yourself and keep in mind that they offer more than just laser hair removal.

They deleted my Google review... so here it is again:…read more I had a very negative experience at this laser hair removal med spa and ultimately decided to stop going. During one of my sessions, I was severely burned in a specific area, which was very painful. The injury made me lose trust in the amount of safety I had during treatments. I am unsure still why it occurred because I was told that the puss open wound, was due to a hair that was ingrown and became infected... which I quickly learned was not what was going on. In addition, I felt uncomfortable with the staffing of technicians situation. While many other females worked there, there was only one laser technician available, and he was male. He performs Brazilian laser hair removal on female clients, but when I checked the website after a few treatments and curiosity, did not offer the same service to male clients, which in hindsight sight felt unprofessional and inappropriate to me being that if a female wants a Brazilian, she has no choice but to have a male technician. An hour before my appointments, I applied numbing cream on my bikini line and my entire Brazilian area with plastic wrap over the areas. At the beginning of my appointment, he wiped my numbing cream off from my Brazilian area very invasively without even asking if I was okay with that or giving me the option if I could wipe it myself before the lasering. The reason could be so he removes all of the product off completely before lasering, but with ONLY a male tech available and as a female patient who is basically blindfolded being touched in that vulnerable way, I should have 100% been given more options for my comfort. I was asked to remove my bra while wearing a medical gown that opens in the front. The laser treatment was only for my underarms, and the area was fully accessible through the sides/sleeves of the gown. There was no medical reason for me to remove my bra. As a result, my chest was exposed, which made me feel very uncomfortable and vulnerable. This situation felt completely unnecessary, and it could have been easily avoided. Between the physical injury and the discomfort surrounding the treatment environment, I chose not to return again. I would strongly encourage others considering this spa to think about your comfortability levels when getting vulnerable areas lasered by a male technician, to ask detailed questions about safety protocols, and how client comfort is prioritized before making an appointment.

She's really professional and so thoughtful! She really cares about you and your needs and does an amazing job. I would defiantly recommend her to anyone. 10/10 would recommend ! Also the place is cute as well. A side note of something I like is all of their chemical free products and crystals they have decorated throughout the store. The place is super reasonable as well for a normal cut. Another plus!

I have been to this salon before and Kelly always did a good job but I travel for work and have been in and out of the area so I decided to book online with Natasha for partial highlight/dimensional color + tone, gloss, treat w/cut and style the price online was 250.00 and I had to pay 125.00 when I booked the appointment. I went into the salon and Natasha was very nice but she did an awful job on my color. My natural color is light brown but I have been doing blonde highlights especially around my face. I told her that I wanted my base color lighter and golden blonde highlights. I even showed her a photo because I was very definite about what I wanted. Well she did my base color dark, dark brown (darker then my actual real hair color) and blonde highlights around my face but they are so even I have a big clump of blonde on the right side of my band (she cut curtain bangs, which I had and like) that it looks ridiculous. I look like a skunk with this clump of blonde and then dark brown everywhere else. I wanted to be more golden blonde for summer and my hair is darker than it's ever been. When she showed me my before and after pictures, I didn't want to tell her but I liked the before much better then the after. The other thing was she told me that she would have to charge me extra because she had to use more color and when I got the bill she charged $110.00 extra and it's says for Root to End????? Isn't all color root to end???? Really disappointing! I ended up paying 360.00 plus a tip for her for dark brown hair with a clump of blonde in the front?! I hate it so much can't wait to go somewhere else and try to get it fixed. Natasha told me not to worry that next time I'd book "full highlights" and it would look better. When I told her that it was really dark she told me; "don't worry, it will lighten up when you wash it a few times." This isn't my 1st color and I'm quite sure that no matter how much I wash it, it will never be the blonde color I asked for. Unfortunately I will NEVER go back to there.

This location in…read moreparticular can get pretty busy at times but the staff is lovely and they do their best to accommodate. Not only can you walk-in at any time without an appointment, but you can also pre-book appointments online, through their app, via text-message if rescheduling, or via phone. That combined with their flexible hours as well as being open on holidays makes this a very convenient wax place especially for busy individuals. Cost: It can be pricey if you don't buy one of their wax passes. I get their student package for one of the larger body area services which is $177 and gives you 4 passes. When you divide this out - you basically end up paying around $44 per wax plus whatever amount you tip. If you buy a bigger package, you'll get a bigger discount. Location: conveniently located in a shopping center next to stores like Nordstrom rack, DSW, & Shop-Rite so you can indulge in some retail therapy & get your groceries for the week right before or after your wax appointment. The space is kept very clean and smells good! The wax: they use a purple hard wax that is made exclusively for EWC and not sold on the shelf. The wax they use is one of the main reasons I've stuck with this place. I've gotten waxed at many different places in the past and have always gotten a reaction from the wax. The wax at EWC goes on smooth and comes off quickly. No strips needed and it works for my skin without giving me a reaction. Each appointment is typically blocked off for a 15 minute time slot. It may take you a few gos until you find a wax specialist that you really like, but once you find your perfect person you can request to book all future appointments with her! You also get credit for referring a friend, and they offer a couple services for free if it is your first time.

Absolutely every last annoying thing I want to avoid when I shop is epitomized here…read more First of all, yes this place is pricey. I get it, and I'm not looking for the same experience, as at a Sephora, or even an Ulta, but when you see items that you can then find on Gilt Groupe for 1/2 off (like Nest, etc), it just emphasizes how overpriced this shop is. Second, it's beyond annoying and mind-boggling how many employees there are working in this tiny store, and how each one of them only deals with their own section. If you want a certain type of eyeliner (like liquid) , but they don't carry that in "their" line, whelp, they will try to push what they have in their line on you, even if you don't want it. Please don't tell me how to use a brush to apply eye pencil. If I wanted that I would buy it ffs. Third, the snooty attitude is so boring. Employee ladies: please have more chill, and also stop hovering! Gosh it is so unpleasant here. The store is minuscule - keep 10 feet from me so I can browse. Please stop suggesting things to me, so we can just enjoy looking and touching the packaging and if I have a question, will certainly ask. This store reminds me of why I shop online. I want my fancy eyeliner, and my Tom Ford perfume, but not at the expense of dealing with these type of people at Blue Mercury. Btw, parking near this location is a hellscape between almost no metered spots, and those aren't cheap, to the nearby structure that only gives 30 minutes free. TL/dr: stay away, shop online instead.
