She was really kind and personable, and did a great job making sure you feel comfortable. I've had quite a few Brazilians already, but I would recommend her to anyone who's new to this and not ready to spend a fortune on European Wax Center. She's super attentive and made sure the temperature of the wax wasn't too hot by testing the temperature on herself and honestly, really appreciate it as I've gotten burned twice at other salons. Her presence is so welcoming and we had just met each other today, but it felt like we already knew each other. Her studio has a modern aesthetic with a little waiting area before you get called in. Mints and chocolate as well. If it's your first time waxing don't be scared and don't listen to the exaggerated media. You'll be too busy talking to even remember that your Coochie lips just got ripped off lol. Her prices are very reasonable compared other chain wax Studios. She told me today she runs specials and there is currently a Valentine's Day special. Making appointments is super easy, you can do it online. Select a day and a time that is available and you're all set. Anyways, if you're looking to get a wax of any sort, I would highly recommend Anna. Also as a PS I am insecure about my vagina and I'm not one to drop my pants freely. It was never about the pain for me. It was about the vulnerability. I felt so safe and calm. Again this experience is everything somebody self-conscious could dream about. I already booked my next appointment. Thank you Anna

After my experience with Zuzanna, I totally understand why this was a great choice. Making the appointment seemed a little labored.. I guess because of the hours, there is one girl manning the phones... and also, Zuzanna is pretty booked, but I'm glad one was accommodated. Parking lot is shared and a little tiny, but I believe there is on the street parking (on the side). Aesthetically pleasing and very clean inside..The only issue that I had and almost made me walk out was my beginning experience.. not really warm and fuzzy when I entered in for the first time. I was told that I really needed to make my appt right at 5:45, so I was shocked when I hadn't gotten seen until at least 30 mins later with no check in from the front... just when I was about to leave (had limited time to begin with), Zuzanna called me in.... from there my experience was on the up and up. I see great reviews of her on this website. She did great work, but they decided to get rid of her anyway AND EWC did not even have the courtesy to sign off on her paper to submit to the state to obtain her license. The requirement for this is 1 month; she was employed almost 7. The state requirement is to work for 1 month and be proficient in "temporary hair removal". The state form does not mention anything about how much she needed to sell or pre-book. Shame on EWC. They take advantage of their employees. She never called out; she covered other peoples shifts; even sometimes did not take breaks in which she almost passed out one day. I am filing a complaint with the State......stay tuned.
