Lauren, the receptionist, is the absolute sweetest--we always have great conversations while I wait. When I first started coming to EWC, I had a waxer who made my first experience so comfortable. She was kind and patient, which really helped since I didn't know what to expect. When she moved on to open her own salon, I began seeing Ashley, and she's been absolutely wonderful. Ashley is incredibly professional and detail-oriented. I usually get my eyebrows, upper lip, sideburns, and chin waxed, and she always preps my skin thoroughly before starting. Afterward, she makes sure to remove any leftover wax residue and finishes by filling in my brows using one of their products--they always look amazing when she's done. The second thing I liked was she uses a type of BLUE HARD WAX. There are no strips to pull it off..Its great for SENSITIVE SKIN. The wax is kept at a perfect temperature and I never got red, like when they use the strips to pull off the wax. Sammy explained STEP BY STEP what she was doing, and music was playing in the background.. One thing that Sammy does that I found very interesting is she waxes the outer part of your nostrils ( there is a small charge.) The wax is molded into shapes this can only be done with hard wax.. I decided to try it.. I couldn't believe how much better I could breath.. I must say Sammy did a wonderful job and I am completely satisfied!!! My eyebrows look great!
