Lauren, the receptionist, is the absolute sweetest--we always have great conversations while I wait. When I first started coming to EWC, I had a waxer who made my first experience so comfortable. She was kind and patient, which really helped since I didn't know what to expect. When she moved on to open her own salon, I began seeing Ashley, and she's been absolutely wonderful. Ashley is incredibly professional and detail-oriented. I usually get my eyebrows, upper lip, sideburns, and chin waxed, and she always preps my skin thoroughly before starting. Afterward, she makes sure to remove any leftover wax residue and finishes by filling in my brows using one of their products--they always look amazing when she's done. Highly recommend this location and especially Ashley for anyone considering waxing services!

I have been to this wax center a…read morehandful of times for leg waxing and once for Brazilian and had really good experiences with Gena and Jordan. However, my last visit I had booked a Brazilian but couldn't get the waxers I usually schedule with. The waxer that did my Brazilian this last time completely messed up my service. First, she rushed through my legs and left sparse hairs which I didn't make a fuss about. Then when she began my Brazilian she applied an insane amount of wax to my private area and made a massive strip (covering almost the full right side) all the way from the bottom, up the lip and to the top of the mons. I had never seen an application this way especially because my hairs grow in different directions. When she started to pull, the wax was still hot and didn't pull up all the way (became stringy) and was extremely painful. She attempted to remove the wax and ripped at my sensitive skin and it definitely felt like she was not pulling in the correct direction. She attempted the other side but I had to ask to stop because she was causing intense pain and it wasn't getting the hairs up. She then claimed I couldn't be waxed because my hair was not long enough, however I had gotten it waxed previously at that length with no issues or pain! She left pieces of wax that I had to pull out myself when I got home. I ended up with a ton on ingrowns as well after the experience. They removed the Brazilian from my bill, but months later I now have random patches of hair that no longer grow at all. I also acknowledge they tried to call to discuss my experience but I moved away and I won't be returning regardless. Honestly just disappointed after having so many good experiences there and still having to be reminded of the experience to this day

The wax is kept at a perfect temperature and I never got red, like when they use the strips to pull off the wax. Sammy explained STEP BY STEP what she was doing, and music was playing in the background.. One thing that Sammy does that I found very interesting is she waxes the outer part of your nostrils ( there is a small charge.) The wax is molded into shapes this can only be done with hard wax.. I decided to try it.. I couldn't believe how much better I could breath.. I must say Sammy did a wonderful job and I am completely satisfied!!! My eyebrows look great!
