I have had very good experiences every time I visit. Reasonably priced. Always accommodating and does a great job.

Booked a mani/pedi...mani first. Asked for someone experienced w dip powder manicure. Got there , the girl not ready so "let's do pedicure first." I say ok and while ped is starting a different girl comes in to start removing polish for the manicure. So not possible to enjoy the ped as I'm extending hands back and forth for the start of manicure while having the pedicure. When I did finally get my dip manicure it was awful. So thick w the layering of polish and powder. The liquid was so thick it seemed hard for her to spread evenly onto the nails. I should have stopped the entire process. I expressed my displeasure at check out w no acknowledgement at all from management. I will never go there again. read more

They do not have their decent tech e so the manager repeatedly tried to bully me to try someone else. Last time I did it was so bad that the gels came off and ripped 4 nails. You don't get the chance to do that again. He harassed me until I blocked him. Go anywhere else. I am not the only one he is losing, 2 friends left as well. Positives-salon clean Negatives-pushing service that I did not want. Both the nail tech and pedicure tech burned me with the nail dremel tool, the pedicure tech nipped my toes with nail clipper. I should have just left. Went in to get get dip on nails but changed mind after tech drilled so close to my nail bed, my fingers were throbbing. No luxury here. I went here for a pedicure. I didn't get any color because it was really just a cleanup since I won't be wearing open toed shoes anytime soon. I have been here before but it's not my regular salon. The salon seemed a little grungy like it needs updating and while they did put a liner in the bowl, the woman giving me my pedicure ripped it open to empty the bowl while my feet were still in it basically releasing all of the bacteria into the bowl rendering it useless anyway. She also kept putting my feet on the foot ledge with no covering on it which is just gross, a lot of feet have been on there and it just made me uncomfortable. When she was cutting my cuticles she ripped part of it out from my big toe which hurt a lot and now 4 days later my toe is red and swollen so it's likely infected. I'm trying to keep it at bay with Neosporin and peroxide but I won't go back there for a mani or pedi again. I did have a chair massage though and the man that gave it to me was amazing, I will go back for that! read more

I have a couple weddings coming up and decided to get extensions since my nails were so short. Cindy did an amazing job! I've struggled to find a good place for extensions where the nail tech doesn't make them too thick, and he/she takes the time to make them look like my natural nails. Cindy did such a lovely job, I can't stop staring at my nails! Also, I'm completely blanking on her name, but another tall, young women did my pedicure and did an amazing job as well (my toe nails are VERY short). 10/10 Luxury Nails for quality service, professionalism and timeliness. I had decided to go to Luxury Nails after seeing options for ombré nails. I had read the old reviews and figured the place had improved based on the owners responses to those reviews. I figured maybe the store name matched with the service. Gabi was great for the pedicure. It was odd that the place didn't have a dryer for the pedicure since it's called Luxury Nails. I admit I walked in without an appt as most of us do. The location gives bad service to those without an appt. The front end person did not offer the ombré option for manicure so I had to settle for a gel with Sunny. Sunny had provided the manicure service I did not enjoy it and it was not relaxing. I had to move my hand several times from the UV light during the gel manicure. She would do one finger at a time on each hand and make me place it in the UV LAMP box again and again. She had apologized along with the receptionist when I got two cuts from the cuticle. The massage option I couldn't enjoy it when I was in pain due to the cut on my cuticle. I will not be coming back for the manicure. This was not worth it for me. I'll be going to another location to get this redone. To the owners, please note the name of your place does not meet the standards at all. Don't offer ombré options if the whole staff doesn't know how to do it. My first time here! I came in for a pedicure with callous removal (I'll spare your the before/after pics of the soles of my feet). The entrance is a little confusing- it's inside the building and you have to do a few turns before you find it-the sign is on a storage closet instead of the actual door which is inside the building. The more obvious outside entrance doesn't face the parking lot. It was also unclear where to check in, but the space is clean-not trying to be fancy but not dingy either. Standard COVID mask, temperature check ans hand sanitizer requirements. They had me write my own temperature on the log. Now for the actual foot service. The way Rosa was handling my feet (she is VERY good) made me realize I wanted a foot massage. When I told her I have ankle pain she made it a point to concentrate on that area. I have chronic ankle pain and have at this point not found a masseuse who understands how to help-never thought I'd find someone at a nail salon! She is also very receptive, she noticed subtle nuances in how I was reacting to her touch. She was also communicative, checking in regarding if I was comfortable with the temperature of the water and the hot towel. The brief shoulder massage at the drying station was nice as well. They give you a $5 of any service for next time which expires in one month. read more

Amazing gel manicure! I'm visiting Florham Park from Los Angeles for a business trip and this happened to be the closest nail salon. I only had time for a gel manicure but I wish I had gotten a pedicure just because my nails turned out so great. Also, while my nails were curing I got an incredible neck and shoulder massage included in the pricing. don't use clean tools. rude. did a sloppy job and nails smudged within 2 hours. Then they gave attitude to fix it. Took shortcuts like not using base coat. After spending close to $150 for nail services for me and my daughter I wouldn't expect this. Lesson learned. will never go back and will never recommend this salon to any friends. read more

You can't beat Luxury Nails for a great manicure or pedicure and the price is right. The owner, Ann, is attentive and meticulous with her salon. The technicians are terrific, I have never had a bad manicure or pedicure. Grace and Linda do a top notch job as do all the other ladies. Athletes foot, ring worm and MRSA. I have gotten all three of these infections/fungus from this salon. As per my Dr: If they do not open the tools from the sterilization bags in front of you, leave immediately. I would recommend calling to get prices before getting nails done. I was charged $45 for a basic manicure with a gel polish. I thought that was quite expensive. I just paid and left. I called back to get the price for a gel manicure and they said $37. The person at check out didn't say anything to me when I was trying to pay for my service. I had to ask to pay. She was as sweet as pie to the regulars. The gel polish was thickly put on and peeled off within 4 days. Gel polish should last 2 weeks. I will not be going back as there are plenty of other nail salons in the area. read more

Kate was wonderful with me yesterday! I initially booked a powder dip but she actually remembered me from my single visit to her before a couple weeks prior. She'd registered that I was super sensitive to filing and heat on my nails from the machine they use. She suggested trying Gel instead. I am grateful that she cared enough to suggest something else that would work better. She said the Gel would strengthen my nails too. Since I know powder dip is more expensive I was impressed that she suggested otherwise. Very disappointing. I walk in with every staff staring at me. No greeting. I then pick out a color and sit down with the manicurist. I asked her if the nail polish I had gotten was gel and she looked at me perplexed and says with an annoyed tone, "so do you want regular manicure or gel". I said, I would like a gel manicure. She rolls her eyes as she gets out of the chair to find a similar color. I definitely politely excused myself and will never return. Such a bummer too because I take yoga right next door. Don't go here! Went in for a pedicures last April and left with an infection!! Took a whole year for the nail on my left big toe to grow back. When I called to speak to a manager about it they never returned my call. Spent $120 to have a podiatrist treat the infection. Worst experience of my life!! This is a terrific nail salon to go to if you are in the area. Although a little bit more expensive than what I am used to, they definitely get the job done. First off, it is extremely clean. They have the little vacuums at each of the stations which suck in all of the fumes and the shavings from your nails. I have actually never seen that done before, it is very helpful. The nail therapists do not speak a ton of English, so be precise on what you would like to get done. One thing I do not like, is they are constantly trying to upsell me on their new products. I actually gave in 1 time and really did not like the results. It is a part of their job I guess, so that I do not have a big problem dealing with. Their pedicures are excellent. I had horrible dry skin on my feet over the winter and the girls do an amazing job. They have this wooden stool specially designed for your foot when they are scrubbing and cleaning them. This allows them to spend more time and focus on your foot rather than how they are sitting there practically carrying your entire leg. Also, they offer different pedicures where you can have them seaweed wrapped and your calluses removed. This is something I really needed and they did an excellent job. Another thing I absolutely love is that when you go to dry your nails and feet, one of the nail therapists will come and rub your back and shoulders for about 5-7 minutes. This is probably a way to get you to get a massage there on your next visit, but whatever it still feels damn good. read more

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon. The only salon I will go to! They offer quite a few different spa pedi options which are all absolutely wonderful! I usually get a gel mani and a pedi and I have never once had a bad experience. I usually try to make an appointment, but typically, if you go during the day, you won't have to wait. If it's the Friday before a holiday, I would definitely recommend making an appointment as they do get busy! Massages are also offered here and are AMAZING. John is the main massage therapist and he is fantastic! You can schedule a private massage in the room or you can get a massage while getting your nails done! Pampering at it's finest! read more

Never the same people working in there. When I went up to the manger to ask for a manicure he did not inform me that it would be an additional $10 to take powder gel off my nails so I ended up paying $22 for a regular manicure that chipped the next day. When I asked the manicurist why I was not informed of the additional charge the manager came over and blamed me for not telling him I had power gel on my nails. She treats me like crap because I'm young even though I'm a loyal customer and tip her workers well. She always gives me the girl that doesn't go the extra mile and pushes me to the side if she has other business. I was actually recommended by a friend and decided to try during my lunch break. Since then I have been going to this salon for the past few months. The location is convenient and very close to my work. The workers work quickly and I never worried about being late going back to work. The owner is always there and she greets you with a big welcome. There are many specials and the loyalty card is great. Great idea! If you have any discomfort, just tell the worker or the owner. The nail techs all do a great job. Shellac colors are a little limited. Be clear if you want an acrylic fill or shellac cause you will wind up with the more expensive shellac. All of the pedicures are excellent. I have tried the basic to the more elaborate. I have my brows waxed which was fine. but have not had a Brazilian done there. They only have strip wax, no hard wax.
