Powder and leftover product were all around my fingers, my nails weren't properly buffed, and the overall finish was sloppy. I went back inside to have Fatima fix them but they still weren't right. Sam also tried to correct them, but unfortunately, the result was still unacceptable. Please look at the photo!! What's even more concerning is the decline in cleanliness. The salon simply does not feel clean at all. During my last visit, I saw a bugs crawling across the floor, and I've become increasingly uncomfortable with how the equipment is cleaned and maintained. My last pedicure left me feeling very uncomfortable about the sanitation. My daughter also developed what appeared to be a nail fungus after getting her nails done there, and I have serious concerns about whether the salon was a factor. I've been coming here for almost two years, so I considered myself a loyal client, not just another customer. That's why it was incredibly disappointing and disrespectful to be allowed to walk out with my nails looking the way they did. Unfortunately, I will never return. I do not recommend this salon. If you're considering going here, think twice.

The pedicure was good, no frills for the regular but it wasn't rushed. Lots of options to upgrade for extras like scrubs, hot stones and paraffin. They also took the time to do some extra coats since I picked a light/translucent color which I appreciated. The manicure was quick but well executed. My nails were all different shapes and sizes and my manicurist was able to make them all uniform in no time. My thumb nails are always difficult due to shape and ridges but after my appointment was done everything looked great and no one would have any idea! Will definitely be back.

My group of three went in for pedicures and ended up being charged $405, which was completely unreasonable for the services we received. We were encouraged to try a "gold package" pedicure listed at $95, and two out of the three of us agreed since it was a special occasion. We also chose gel polish. From the start, the experience was off. One staff member smelled strongly of marijuana, and unfortunately, that smell transferred onto one of my guests hands and feet after her service. While the staff were polite on the surface, there was constant upselling throughout the appointment, which became uncomfortable. The service itself was average at best. The polish was applied fine, but nothing stood out. We were supposed to receive a 30-minute massage as part of the package, but it only lasted about 15 minutes. I chose not to complain at the time because the quality didn't justify pushing the issue anyway. The biggest issue came at checkout. We asked to pay separately, but before we could even review the total, the employee took my guests card and processed a charge of $405 without properly showing or explaining the breakdown. When we questioned it, the charges did not add up: * We were charged the $95 package three times, even though only two people selected it * An additional $35 charge per person for gel was added, which made no sense since the price difference between a basic pedicure ($35) and a gel pedicure ($60) is only $25 * A $10 French tip charge was added once which was correct. * One person was incorrectly charged for a higher service they did not request that service should have been $55 not $95 When we tried to get clarification, the owner avoided giving a direct answer and was unwilling to explain the pricing inconsistencies. She just kept repeating it's a $35 upcharge that's what it it. Based on their own posted prices, our total should have been around $330 at most, yet we were charged significantly more. After arguing the charges, we were only refunded $40, which still leaves about $30 completely unaccounted for with no justification. To make matters worse, when I continued asking for clarification, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. I was told to "treat people with respect" while being spoken to in a condescending tone. I will admit I raised my voice toward the end out of frustration, but it came after multiple attempts to calmly understand the charges. Still do not have an answer where the rest of my money went. Another major issue: although they didn't realize it, I understand Spanish fluently and heard staff members speaking negatively about my group during the service. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since it had nothing to do with the services we were receiving. I even asked the owner to pull up my past visit history to show that I had never been charged this supposed $35 gel upcharge before but that was ignored as well. I've been there multiple times since the new owner and never was I charged an upcharge of that magnitude. Overall: * Pricing was inconsistent and not transparent * Services did not match what was advertised * Staff behavior was unprofessional * Customer concerns were dismissed I understand that everyone is working to make a living, but if you are going to run a business, it needs to be honest, professional, and transparent. Couldn't say this business was anything like that and I should have called the police. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. If you value your money and want to be treated with respect, I strongly suggest choosing a different salon. I will never go back here and I hope the karma they deserve gets back to them. I'm sure just by the way the owner was this wasn't the first time and she was upset she was confronted on the issue.

I called on a Sunday afternoon to see if they could accommodate a gel manicure with extension and they were able to take me right away. Tracy was my technician, and I felt very comfortable with her the moment I sat down. She was a great listener and made sure she understood exactly what I wanted. She paid attention to my desired length, shape, color and look. I mentioned I wanted a very natural nail with some extended length and that was exactly what I got. Tracy is definitely thorough and detail-oriented. Not to mention, she was super pleasant and enjoyable to talk to. The salon also has ample parking in the lot (a true perk for the area), and was super tidy and clean! It was not crowded for a Sunday, but staff did seem limited for that day, so I would advise calling ahead before coming. They did have to tell some walk-ins to come back later since their chairs were filled at the time. I am looking forward to coming back here and trying out some of their other services in a few weeks! I finally found "'my person" at this salon and she is the only one I would allow to do my nails. I'm simple. I like to get SNS dip powder on my natural short nails and that's it. No designs and none of the other extra stuff. Isabelle does a phenomenal job each time and always gives me what I ask for! She is professional, and meticulous and honors your appointment time. My nails normally last a little over a month before I need to have them redone! If there's an issue with your nails, she will gladly fix them for you with no hesitation! The salon is a decent size. It's a part of a small shopping complex with private parking in front & back. They constantly clean, wear masks and there's still a protective shield up between you and the manicurist. The only fault I find is the salon can sometimes be loud. They allow customers to talk freely on the phones while being serviced and it can be rather annoying. Between that and the loud TV, you are guaranteed to not find any peace here. I always bring headphones and listen to music or watch Netflix during my appointments. Be sure to ask for the price of what you want before being serviced. Some of the prices listed in the salon have changed and the list has not been updated. They charge extra if you pay using a credit or debit card so I suggest bringing cash. They take walk-ins but I highly suggest you make an appointment.

I started getting my paws and claws done here. Grace is the owner and just the loveliest person so am glad to give her my business. The place is adorable and quaint. The entire staff is most pleasant and professional so am always pleased with the service here. They are all very aware of COVID cleaning protocol and take all measures necessary to make you feel safe while out and about. I highly recommend this nail salon. It's simply fantastic!!

Bee the manager told clients we do not rush our clients but he yelled at her numerous time and he drove the woman who did my nails crazy. He then asked me to write to the owner and then Sophie has yet to respond. Bee was not a very nice man and although this is a great shop they need a more professional and calm manager who doesn't yell at his employees. Sad that he lies to clients. I only hope Sophie will respond as I will be there again to address the issue and not be forced and rushed. Two other client next to me said he never listens.
