We were encouraged to try a "gold package" pedicure listed at $95, and two out of the three of us agreed since it was a special occasion. We also chose gel polish. From the start, the experience was off. One staff member smelled strongly of marijuana, and unfortunately, that smell transferred onto one of my guests hands and feet after her service. While the staff were polite on the surface, there was constant upselling throughout the appointment, which became uncomfortable. The service itself was average at best. The polish was applied fine, but nothing stood out. We were supposed to receive a 30-minute massage as part of the package, but it only lasted about 15 minutes. I chose not to complain at the time because the quality didn't justify pushing the issue anyway. The biggest issue came at checkout. We asked to pay separately, but before we could even review the total, the employee took my guests card and processed a charge of $405 without properly showing or explaining the breakdown. When we questioned it, the charges did not add up: * We were charged the $95 package three times, even though only two people selected it * An additional $35 charge per person for gel was added, which made no sense since the price difference between a basic pedicure ($35) and a gel pedicure ($60) is only $25 * A $10 French tip charge was added once which was correct. * One person was incorrectly charged for a higher service they did not request that service should have been $55 not $95 When we tried to get clarification, the owner avoided giving a direct answer and was unwilling to explain the pricing inconsistencies. She just kept repeating it's a $35 upcharge that's what it it. Based on their own posted prices, our total should have been around $330 at most, yet we were charged significantly more. After arguing the charges, we were only refunded $40, which still leaves about $30 completely unaccounted for with no justification. To make matters worse, when I continued asking for clarification, I was met with dismissive and disrespectful behavior. I was told to "treat people with respect" while being spoken to in a condescending tone. I will admit I raised my voice toward the end out of frustration, but it came after multiple attempts to calmly understand the charges. Still do not have an answer where the rest of my money went. Another major issue: although they didn't realize it, I understand Spanish fluently and heard staff members speaking negatively about my group during the service. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful, especially since it had nothing to do with the services we were receiving. I even asked the owner to pull up my past visit history to show that I had never been charged this supposed $35 gel upcharge before but that was ignored as well. I've been there multiple times since the new owner and never was I charged an upcharge of that magnitude. Overall: * Pricing was inconsistent and not transparent * Services did not match what was advertised * Staff behavior was unprofessional * Customer concerns were dismissed I understand that everyone is working to make a living, but if you are going to run a business, it needs to be honest, professional, and transparent. Couldn't say this business was anything like that and I should have called the police. This experience felt like a complete rip-off. If you value your money and want to be treated with respect, I strongly suggest choosing a different salon. I will never go back here and I hope the karma they deserve gets back to them. Although they were closed, they texted me back immediately to make the appointment. They also sent me a confirmation text the day of the appointment. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding, so I wanted to match my nail color to my dress. Not only were they very patient because it took me 5-10 minutes to decide on a color, but the staff and other customers gave me their opinions. John did my pedicure. Everything was really clean and when I told him I had a little scrap on the ball of my foot, he was very gentle with it. The foot massage was great and included in the regular manicure price. A regular manicure and pedicure were $35 and I believe it's $30 during the week. My manicurist was very attentive and careful. They play movies and the other customers are regular and very friendly. My manicure lasted a week with no chipping. I will definitely be back!

I started doing some research and calling around to see what different salons would charge for a UV gel fill-in. My nails were in desperate need of being done -- the last time I had them done was literally two months ago . Most of the quotes I received were on the higher end. They were still less than what I had been paying at my previous salon, but you also have to remember to factor in tip, which adds up. When I called Victory Nails & Spa, their quote was lower than the others, so I thought, why not give it a try? What can go wrong? I made an appointment and decided to check it out. When I walked in, the salon felt clean, calm, and quiet, especially for a Tuesday at 3pm, which I really appreciated. I like to be able to relax, feel zen, and enjoy the full experience when getting my nails done. As soon as I arrived, Annie handed me the color books -- and wow, there were a lot of options. It took me a while because I am very indecisive, but Annie was extremely patient, which I was grateful for. Once I chose my first color, Annie got to work. She was gentle with my hands and very pleasant. She made some conversation, asking what I did for a living and where I lived, which I liked. What I appreciated most, though, was that she read the room really well. When she saw I was relaxing, she let me relax. When I talked or asked questions, she responded and engaged. That balance is exactly what I prefer -- I like to talk on my own time without feeling pressured. When it came time for polish, Annie put the color on one nail first and asked if I liked it, which I thought was great. After seeing it, I realized it was too neon for me. I wanted something softer and more muted, similar to "Pink Slippers" (a shade I remembered from years ago). She immediately went to find another option. The second color was closer, but she could see I still wasn't completely happy. Instead of getting frustrated -- and yes, I admit I can be a little picky -- she patiently brought another option. The third color was the one, and it came out exactly how I wanted. Overall, it was a great experience. Annie was patient, attentive, and clearly cares about making sure her clients leave happy. During the callus removal, the bottom of my foot began burning badly. I immediately told the technician that my foot was burning and asked if I had been cut. Although I wasn't cut, whatever was used on my foot clearly caused a very painful burning sensation. She then began massaging my foot, and I had to tell her to stop because my foot hurt so badly. What upset me most was her lack of concern. I would have expected her to check on me afterward and ask how my foot was feeling, especially after I had specifically told her that I was experiencing significant pain. She never did. I should have spoken to the owner before leaving, but at that point I was so uncomfortable and upset that I simply wanted to get out of there. having this service done for so many years, I found the entire experience very disappointing. The pain was bad enough, but the lack of concern afterward was what bothered me the most. I am not looking for a response or explanation from the owner. I simply wanted to make you aware of what happened and how disappointed I was with the way the situation was handled.
