They welcomed me as soon as I walked in and took care of me right away! I was very impressed... I lucked up and got the famous Xiomara for my waxing and she was amazing! I am a chicken and have zero tolerance for pain but she helped to calm my fears. She explained everything she was going to do in detail, and was more than patient with me. The waxing process took less than 15 minutes which was impressive! They stay in the room with you when you undress which I thought would make me uncomfortable, but it was fine. They offer products for you to use at home but they don't pressure you to buy anything. This location is in a strip mall with plenty of parking so no worries about that. I was so pleased with my service, that I scheduled my next appointment before I left. I highly recommend this place!

She asked if I was interested in purchasing a new wax pass. Told her "no" since i don't go as offen as I used to. She refused to take no for an answer. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean, which is super important to me. The owner is so awesome! She truly believes in her business and is so passionate about it that makes it even better! Nicole is amazing for micro blading and lashes! And Christina gave me the best hydra facial I have ever had done, actually best facial ever. Today I am getting a lash lift and tent because I saw a girl come out of one of the rooms and it was honestly amazing. When you go there, you're going to have such a good experience that you will keep going back and wanting to try everything! PS -their glam glow display is awesome... Every single product you could possibly think of they have. AND DIFFUSERS & OILS! Truthfully, I couldn't say enough good things about this place. AMAZING EXPERIENCE.

Natasha was extremely thorough with my intake, making sure I'll get exactly what I'm looking for by creating a detailed profile of my skin type. The laser they use has a constant cool stream, which is a HUGE improvement over the lasers with short, hot bursts I've used before. I will say that I have a very high pain tolerance, but I'd take the cool laser any day. I felt very safe visiting their spa. Before my appointment, I was asked to fill out a COVID risk survey, and they took my temperature at the door. They offer packaged discounts for multiple sessions, and I was able to tip using Venmo instead of cash.

Needless to say, he couldn't find our appointments. He managed to squeeze us in, apparently by giving us some other woman's timeslot bc she showed up pitching a fit during our sprays. We asked where to go for the service. And instead of going behind reception to the salon rooms, we were sent back out the door to the salon, up a few flights of stairs inside an old apartment building. When we got to the piles of black garbage bags stacked in the hallway, the door to the spray room was to the right. There's a tiny, shabby waiting room, if you can call it that, and a janky storage room/janitor closet. Plus, the woman getting sprayed had left her stuff all over the one chair, open handbag and everything. The tan itself didn't really look like much, except on my face, which was really dark. But everywhere else you couldn't really notice it. So, nope. Would not recommend. PS: If this review convinces you to go here, be prepared to get totally nay-nay except for disposable paper undies.

Not only was she super personable, but she also really cared about making sure my eyebrows were moving in the direction I was trying to go. She took the time to talk through different shapes with me -- it turns out I like the straight shape look -- and showed me how I could get there with a growth encouragement product at home. Rosana showed such incredible expertise too, drawing out the symmetrical lines I should strive for to achieve the look I wanted. I absolutely appreciated the time she took to make my appointment successful. They have good covid measures in place too right now, with a temperature check at the door, a big jug of hand sanitizer on the front desk, and masks required all around. I'd be happy to go back to see Rosana again.
